I waited in drive-thru for about 25 minutes when I finally pull up to order my shakes they told me their machine is down. Online it shows you can place the order for a shake. Del Taco has done something unforgivable. I've been eating their cheese quesadilla for 30 years. When they make it right (which is unfortunately a less than 50/50 proposition; they mess it up so often it's ridiculous) it's one of the best fast food items anywhere. Which is why I've been putting up with the aggravation for so long. A few weeks back we made a run for quesadillas and immediately knew they have messed with the formula. The tortilla was not what I've always gotten. It was thicker, smaller, it didn't have the oily texture, and did not taste right. I could tell that this tortilla burns easily when prepared. Basically it was just like the crappy quesadillas at Taco Bell that I detest. I asked an employee about this at another DT location and they informed me that what's happened is instead of their "hand stretched tortilla" they are now using their 10" burrito tortillas. Let me just say for the record that I will not be giving any more of my money to Del Taco for this item, and I've spent countless thousands of dollars on them. In fact it's likely that my visits will be fewer and farther between. They might be able to quietly pull the wool over most people's eyes, but we knew immediately. read more

I was about six or seven cars back in the drive thru at about 10 pm. We moved up only 2 to 3 cars in about 20 minutes. A truck pulled up and someone banged on the del taco door, and they were all let in. It looked like they were other employees or friends. They exited with food in hand while us and several other cars were still waiting to order. It took about 45 minutes from being 6 or 7 cars back in line, until we received our food. Then after asking for mild hot sauce, we found out when we got home we were given del scorcho sauce only. Terrible customer service!!! read more

Went to this del taco last night. Girl working the drive through window with too much makeup on and too long fingernails looked like she hated her life. She was rude despite me being nice and polite. Good to see nothing has improved at this del taco location. Gross food and bad customer service from employees. She asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes, mild. Of course I get home to find she didn't put any in the bag. What's the point of even asking. If she's so miserable at her job she should go find a different one. I would give 0 ... this specific Del taco is the worst ever. And every time I try again, I'm never not disappointed. Today we ordered 10 regular beef soft tacos, 2 chicken avocado burritos, and chili cheese fries. Our bags included cheese fries with no chili, 1 chicken burrito with no avocado, 1 California burrito, and 10 chicken tacos with sauce. The only thing they got right was our drink (which we poured ourselves so they couldn't mess that up) Horrible employees no matter who they are for the last 10 years. And even a small burrito takes 30 min+ to get. NOT ONE TIME HAS OUR ORDER EVER BEEN RIGHT AND THEY NEVER CARE- EVEN WHEN EE GET OUR RE-DONE ORDER...ITS STILL WRONG!! Every other trip to this del taco location. I am always shorted items or my order isn't right. I have called as soon as I have gotten home which I am less then 5 mins away. I have told them many times of my orders being short or incorrect. They tell me. When I come back or when I come again, just remind them. Wrong I am Given a hard time. Asking for proof of my order??? WTH ‍ I go. I order then I remind them. They say we need a receipt. Half the time I don't get a receipt. The other half I expect my order should be correct and IT GETS TRASHED. This Del Taco's management team appear apathetic and slow as a slug. I am not prone to exaggeration, so when I say I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me, I think you understand there is a real problem at this store. If they are understaffed to the point where they just can't function properly then I guess they might consider closing the store when they do not have the proper amount of stuff to function as a fast food eatery. The management person who was at the window when I pulled up give me my total which was completely wrong. I asked her if she knew what I ordered, and real d off someone else's order. I went to Del taco The one off of Bradley and Marietta I didn't wanna get in a line behind the cars so I thought I would go inside and I ordered some chili cheese fries as I was waiting for my fries I noticed flies all over the counter I counted six just sitting there as I was waiting for my fries and around the food landing on everything and the tables were dirty and disgusting they had two guys standing there waiting for the next food order to come up taking turns I will never eat at this place again I wished I would've took pictures of the flies on everything it's really sad that they can't keep the place clean it used to be really clean but not anymore people talk about this del taco all the time how filthy it is I just threw my stuff in the trash and left they just didn't seem like they cared about their customers or working there and I didn't wanna deal with them read more
