I have been here many times because their pizza is among my favorite. Tonight my husband suggested a quick ride to Patchogue and I said okay. Simple order of two deep dish slices and two small drinks. The bill was $22 for which I paid cash. I asked for a receipt because I though my it was high. Well she charged us for four slices and not two. Then she shocked me by continuing to argue with me that she repeated my order back. She barely understood English and I have patience for that. All she needed to say was "I'm sorry, i misunderstood" and refund my $7. Instead she kept arguing even when I stopped talking and through my receipt on the floor and walked away, leaving her coworker to assist me. He had heard me correctly when we ordered and only put the two specialty slices in the oven. After we sat down she was talking about me to another customer who was at the counter. I gave them 2 start because of the food being good as always. But they lost my family as a customer. read more

Its amazing because what some people don't realize is that they actually use the same quality meats on their pizzas as they sell to the public in their pork store around the corner (Which yes! also has a high star rating for a reason!) The facts don't lie... This family knows quality. Which brings me to the actual food rating of this review: You want great taste? Get an Old World Margherita slice. Eating this slice will feel as if your taste buds booked you a flight to Italy. But hey, maybe you're feeling a bit courageous today, go for the Potato slice they have, Its made up of potato chips, bacon, cheddar cheese with scallions, an Irish mans dream . Delfiore's, must say I was very impressed. It has a modern look about it with nice space and comfortable seating. When I walked in there were a lot of people inside. I ordered a pie but was told if I ever stopped in to try the white slice. Man!!! I see what everyone was talking about. This slice was great. I mean I can honesty say its the best white slice I ever had! I know many will challenge this, but I say to those nah Sayers, go and get one, then we will talk. Before I left however I stopped in the bathroom. It was a nice looking bathroom but could have used a cleaning. The toilet was covered in......... Well you know. I decided to wait to go home to use my bathroom. It was my first time there so I don't know if that is normal. I can't say anything bad about the food only it was a bite pricy. But it won't stop me from going again. The owner was nice, but his employees where not very polite. All said and done, Delfiore is a hot stop and you should give it a try. Visited Del Fiore Pizza a few times. Basically out of convenience with wife and kids. The location is in a great spot right in the middle of town. Unfortunately the pizza is just Okay. I also had this thing called a Fizani, which is supposed to be like a calzone but it's more like a half pie folded over, extremely disappointing. Another thing that bothered me was they didn't have Pepsi or Coke, there was a cheap sugary knockoff. Specialty slices were average but pricey. The atmosphere is good with plenty of seating. The prices are inflated. If you want better pizza go across street to Gino's. read more

Finally checked out Del Fiore's calamari pie (see pic), which was worth it: T'was cooked perfectly on a rotating rack in a cylandrical oven, the likes of which I've not seen before. Crust was nice and the fried squids were not all chewy. As busy as it was, the cook was aware of just the right time to take it out. . .they are on top of their game. I've always enjoyed their food but I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of proper mask wearing or masks enforcement. Cases are rising drastically in Suffolk and now is not the time to be lenient with health guidelines. Today my partner picked up a take out order and none of the patrons had a mask on (waiting in line) and the employees had their masks well below their noses. If I was there I would of left. We will not be returning. Also the garlic knots were extremely dry and disappointing but maybe an off night. read more

Pizza is phenomenal! And the staff is always great...very friendly! Would have been 5 stars but the garlic knots are awful. More like rolls, and dry as a bone, no flavor and forgot to give us the sauce to dip, which would have helped a lot! Lol! Avoid the knots and stick to the pizza and you will be happy! read more

Wasn't bad, but wasn't amazing either. Just OK. We ordered a plain pie, which is kind of hard to mess up. When we arrived for pick up, I was kind of surprised how expensive it was - we paid 22$ for a large cheese pie. Where I'm from, specialty pizzas don't even cost that much. The pizza itself had that orangy color to it indicating that there was probably a lot of oil and it would be greasy, which it was. When I folded my slice, grease dripped from the corner which is messy and annoying. I think we only ordered from here because they were still open. I might try somewhere else before ordering from here again. read more

I was torn on giving this a 3 or a 4 star. I only gave it a 4 because you can tell that the ingredients are fresh. I bought a whole Margherita pizza, and it was good. The thing is, the crust just wasnt what i was looking for. Its not NY style. Its thicker and more like foccacia bread or something. The pizza is good though, and definitely worth a try. The sauce and fresh mozz was really tasty. All of their specialty pies had really good looking toppings on them. Service was great. read more

Pizza is good and the workers are usually super friendly. However it's on the expensive side for pizza. City prices. Slightly turned off by my visit today, me and my coworker went for lunch and I paid for a slice and a small fountain soda. After we paid the guy told us they are out of Diet Coke on the machine and I said yea I was actually going to get Diet Coke, so he's like ok here we have bottled Diet Coke and handed me the bottle so We said ok thanks, and then he made us pay the difference which I found kind of rude. I know I sound cheap it was only $.50 which I didn't care about paying but we didn't want a huge 20 ounce soda just a small fountain soda, and it was there mistake for being out not ours. And he didn't offer to refund what I paid only offered to up charge me. I don't know. Kind of turned me off but every other time we have been there we are happy with the service. So for the one slice and drink I paid 7.55 Place is always busy so I would say try it out. Lots of different slices to try which is cool. read more

Finally stopped in and ordered food from here and was not disappointed. Was looking for a new Pizza spot since Ragtime Pizza shut its doors. Delfiore def could be a go to spot. Ordered the fried mozzarella, pasta fagioli soup and a large pizza half sausage. Fried mozzarella was great. Large amount and taste was great. Soup was also great. Not the best I've had but definitely up there. Also very large portion given. Pizza was great as well but with one downfall. Sauce and cheese were great. Pizza wasn't too doughy and the slice was nice and lite. Only downfall was the bottom of the pie was slightly over cooked. Only real complaint I have. Overall the food is great and I look forward to coming back read more

Have been coming here for ever.Latley the service has changed. Seems like a bunch of young kids who dont seem to give a damn. More of a joking atmosphere.Recently i ordered a pie with 1/2 of a topping and when i got home it was something else that we could not eat. Pizza as well have been burnt on bottom which results in a bad taste. I hope you will look into these issues. read more

We tried this place out for the first time....pleasantly surprised. Once you get inside, it's a pretty standard pizzeria/restaurant. There's a seating area and there's a touch screen vending machine of some sort. Nice enough space for eating - it was clean and inviting. Nice size selection of pizza to choose from as well. We ended up getting the buffalo chicken, the lorenzo, the margherita, and the white slice to go. When we made it home, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the veggies were fresh, and the pizza was delicious and had the right amount of seasoning. Delfiore has some of the best specialty slices I've ever had. Their Irish slice is incredible. But the real gem is their Stuffed Knot.

I am a Patchogue native and on every visit back home of course have to make the pizza and bagel tour.... DelFiore was always a favorite of mine. Always good, even if it is the most expensive pizza around. But last night, I must say was a bit disappointing. The slices were dry. The pastina soup did not have pastina in it - it had small bows. And the biggy.... please owners - realize that your restroom is a reflection of your restaurant! The toilet seat was cracked off on one side and it was on the floor sticking out of a roll of toilet paper! So just half of the toilet had a seat. REALLY? I'm thinking that called for a quick trip to Home Depot, huh? Or maybe open the employee bathroom across the hall to customers. And while you are in there changing that seat let's clean the place and get all the trash and paper off the floor. Sorry guys, good food is nice but a bathroom like that makes you wonder if they are clean in the kitchen. read more

The pizza is still great. We had the bbq chicken and meatylicious slices. If you are a carnivore at heart, which I am, you must try the meatylicious! Absolutely filling and tasty. The lines are out the door at times, especially when there's a show next door. Worth the wait, but finding a seat can be tough during peak lunch and dinner times. Specialty slices are inventive, tasty and made fresh. The pizza oven is a thing of beauty - I'm sure any pizzeria owner would be envious. read more
