I came here early on a Saturday morning. Analisette was the one that took care of me. 10/10 service. They have some ice cream on display, but they're the closest to the window? That can't be wise, especially considering how much heat enters via those windows during the summer. That aside, I was able to try their Nutella Croissant. The croissant was rich and generous without being overwhelming. You could almost say it hits a SWEET balance between rich and modest (pun totally intended). They also have fruit-shaped pastries that are going viral online, but I decided to skip on those for now. Everything looked fresh and the croissant was absolutely fresh, delicious and totally worth the price of admission.

    Hmmm...how to dissect the mango?
    Maria F.

We didn't try everything, but we tried a good sampling of everything. The verdict - let's go again! The croissant was buttery and flakey. The cheese roll was a good afternoon snack. Just sweet enough. The mango was delightful. A nice, sweet treat. We ate the mango cake at the bakery and enjoyed a few iced beverages - iced coffee and iced chocolate. The air con, the iced drinks, the mango cake and people watching made for a lovely afternoon. Try it! enjoy!

Old Town Pasadena, California. Next to Nana's Green Tea, Delight is A very good French bakery, no breads, but Delight feeds the pastry hunger in me -- all the pastries, cakes and gelati are excellent. There is a smallish macaron counter with popular flavors and can be boxed up to bring home. The house made sandwiches (focaccia), breakfasts and lunch items are very good to excellent also and with great prices. With about 15 tables (a couple of tables for larger groups), there's a steady stream of people here and it would be a matter of time when lines will form out the door. Service is super attentive. The minute you come in the person behind the counter comes to assist. Ohhh almost forgot, savory pastries (caprese and artichoke and cheese) are super well-made and the crusts delightfully light and crispy :-) I keep coming back. End of Yelp.

Wow. It was my first time here, having heard about it from my wife since they opened. The gentleman who helped us was patient and really helpful. My wife and I shared what I believe was a Matcha Pistachio Croissant. The pistachio filling was incredible.

I found this bakery completely by happenstance when I went to the new 'viral' Nana's Green Tea next door and didn't want to join the long queue...I decided to check out this place instead. The owner should thank Nana's for a lot of 'accidental' new customers. As a mango dessert maven I was delighted to find at least 3 kinds of mango concoctions. I got the "Mango Delight" (1/2 mango and 1/2 white chocolate mousse) it was so yummy and refreshing! I wish they also had mango eclair then I would come here every week! Will try their gelato next time.

We were on our way somewhere else when I smelled something buttery in the air. I told my partner, "I have to eat this smell," and we followed our noses to Delight Pastry. The large display of pastries is sure to dazzle, and we spend a good minute looking over the multitude of offerings in the case. Service was fast and efficient, and we sat ourselves. CAPRESE DANISH: 5/5. Perfectly balanced flavors. Tomatoes were fresh and the balsamic was bright. HAM AND CHEESE CROISSANT: 4/5. I know it would have been SO good if it were warmed up and the cheese were a little melty. KOUIGN AMANN: 3/5. My favorite pastry. Perhaps a personal preference, but I wish the sugar were a little more caramelized. It also was not as rich as I am accustomed to this pastry being.

Sooo glad we gave this place another try!!! Fabulous!!! We ordered the pistachio matcha croissant, the cinnamon roll, and the lychee tart. Cinnamon roll wasn't line Cinnabon ok don't expect some big fluffy roll but it was very cinnamony and frosting was great. The croissant was beautiful and flavor was subtle but there. Very flaky and buttery and just delicious!! The tart was my absolute flavor!! Felt super dense at first but when you bite into it, the almond, raspberry, and lychee flavors are all there and so light and beautiful. We wished we ordered more because we just want to try everything!!

Loved this cute pastery place. Their iced strawberry matcha was delicious and their tiramisu was very good. I also loved their macaron. It is perfect for a date night. And there are 2 parking structures near by to park at.

At Delight Pastry .... wow. The smoked salmon croissant stopped me in my tracks.. flaky, buttery layers topped with delicate smoked salmon, fresh dill, pickled onion, and a cloud of whipped cream that somehow ties it all together. Savory, bright, and balanced in that effortless way that makes you pause after the first bite. The salad was crisp and refreshing, a perfect counterpoint, and the cold oat-milk latte was smooth and well pulled.. The kind of drink that quietly tells you they care about the details. The place was super clean with a lot of comfortable seating.. A Simple lunch, done exceptionally well. Perhaps perfection.

Delight Pastry comes to my rescue! I forgot to get a cake for my birthday and they had same day pick up options of their 3 best selling cakes. I went with Berry Delight which I didn't expect to like as much as I did: my guests loved the frosting (and this is a group that prefers less sweet desserts) and I found the vanilla cake to be perfect. Delight always has a special place in my heart!

Was craving the raspberry croissant so I went to get this! Small quaint cute coffee shop with plenty of seating. The service was efficient: prepare and ask for what I was looking for then pursue to box them bag the items: matcha pistachio and raspberry croissants. Got what I needed in 10 minutes. Thanks

The matcha pistachio croissant is to die for! It's incredibly soft, fresh, and flaky, and the filling is absolutely amazing. I'm officially addicted and already thinking about my next one!

I was very impressed with the overall customer service. Now it makes sense why they have been in business for 100 years. The true test was trying out some basic dishes to see how good the food is. Pancake, 1/2 order of French toast, and of course a half an order of biscuits and gravy topped with scrambled eggs. The pancake was soft and fluffy. It was so good I really wanted to fold it up to eat as a taco, but I didn't want to be judged. It was so good that it left me wanting to risk all my manners. The French toast was excellent. Each bite was consistently delicious, well made and great flavor. The half order of biscuits and gravy paired with scrambled eggs is excellent. The biscuits were delicious, the gravy had a great rosemary taste, and the gravy is a bit on the thinner side. Personally it wasn't a deal breaker for me. It was still delicious. What would have made my simple meal perfect was coffee with creamer. They only serve half and half. Not a deal breaker but I prefer creamer giving it a true diner feel to it. Still giving 5 stars because the service and food was perfect. Thank you again! Definitely will be back!

So we were able to kill time until then! Located next to Honey & Lavender, parking lot available in the back, not that small! Once seated, we got to order the California Benedicts and the Country Fried Steak. It actually didn't take too long for our order to arrive, which we were surprised they are very quick and efficient with service! Although, the food was very underwhelming. California Benedict was pretty basic, or just the bare minimum actually. It was okay, ingredients don't really stand out. My bf's country fried steak, he was disappointed that the steak didn't even look fried. He wasn't really a fan of his order lol. I thought the potatoes were pretty decent, although I wish they were cut smaller into like breakfast potatoes. They were so chunky, but also wish they could be fried more. Overall, I feel like we chose the wrong items from this place lol, but these were the items highlighted on the Yelp page? Maybe it didn't help that we were seated next to the kitchen or a cart full of dirty dishes bc I just kept smelling that as we were eating.

When I ordered a matcha, the employee asked if regular milk was okay, and I said oat milk was fine. However, I was never informed that oat milk was an additional $1 charge. She also never asked what size I wanted and then told me to pay. When I looked at the screen, I saw that the total was $7 for a large. I only wanted to spend around $5-$6, so I asked if I could get a small instead. I was surprised to see that the price was still the same. When I asked why, she then explained that oat milk was a $1 up charge and she didn't charge me on the large order for oatmilk. I don't mind paying the extra dollar, but I feel customers should be informed about an additional charge before being charged for it. Also, if getting a large was actually the better deal, I would have appreciated being told that. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the employee seemed distracted and dismissive while her coworker was talking to her. I ended up getting the small, even though I was confused about the pricing. The matcha itself was good, but unfortunately, because of the customer service experience, I don't think I'll be returning. I don't expect anything special--just clear communication about pricing and to be asked what size I'd like before being charged.

This dish comes as two separate plates: one with the ricotta-filled crepes and another with eggs, sausage, bacon, and your choice of fries or tater tots. Unfortunately, the crepes are the weakest part of the meal. The ricotta-filled crepes don't taste freshly made and instead resemble a pre-made food-service product that's simply reheated before serving. Both the crepe and ricotta filling have a generic flavor with noticeable artificial notes. You can choose either banana or strawberry topping, but both sauces taste overly processed and artificial. The accompanying breakfast plate is noticeably better. I chose the tater tots, which were well prepared - crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside. The bacon, however, was again overcooked and dry, making it tough to chew. The sausage was acceptable but unremarkable. Scrambled Supreme - 2.5/5. Despite the name, this is essentially an omelet. The eggs have a mild, neutral flavor, and the fillings are okay but don't stand out. Coffee - 2/5. The coffee is classic diner coffee in every sense. It's somewhat watery, heavily roasted, and finishes with a flat, slightly bitter aftertaste. It's neither particularly good nor particularly bad - just standard coffee that does the job. Overall, The Reyn succeeds as a comfortable, affordable breakfast spot with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service. While the food is average, and several dishes rely on ingredients that taste commercially prepared rather than freshly made.

Pretty good food and a unique menu. We came for DineLA. The best, hands down, was the bone kettle…read morenoodles and broth. It was so warm, comforting, and rich in flavor. The garlic prawns were also pretty good. I was really disappointed with the panna cotta because it was salty. It reminded me of salted caramel, so if that was the intention, then great, but I'm not of fan of that flavor so I was surprised this dessert wasn't sweet. Staff was so helpful and kind. Restrooms are below - must use stairs (not sure if there were elevators). Parking was super chaotic because of the concert at the Rose Bowl (like blockssss were closed/full in terms of parking). Luckily there was valet near-ish that was $20.

We ordered dumplings to start, brisket noodles, and nasi uduk from the Dine LA menu. The dumplings came out and were super salty. Fine, it wasn't that bad, but instead we ended up waiting over an hour for them to serve us instant noodles in the most mediocre chicken soup like broth, with the toughest, chewiest brisket and some dry stringy chicken in nasi uduk. If the wait wasn't bad enough, paying $55 per person to be served the most basic food is a slap in the face. No one came to check on us while we were waiting and I had to ask a server to check on our food. I could've made something at home that tasted better and it sure wouldn't have taken that long to come out. Feel like I wasted my night and my money. Possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had eating out. Edit: OH MY GOD I FORGOT THEY CHARGE A 20% SERVICE CHARGE AND FOR WHAT?? To wait for an hour and waste our time to serve us the most mid food? Please
