This is my second time coming to Deluxe Nail Lounge, and once again I left super happy with my toes. This time I saw Ken for a pedicure, and he did such a great job. I went with regular polish instead of gel and chose a bright hot pink, which can be a little tricky because it tends to get on the skin and into all the little corners. Ken really paid attention to the details and took his time cleaning up every nook and cranny. By the time I left, everything looked absolutely perfect and I was officially ready for a weekend of boating. I've had both the basic pedicure and the spa pedicure here now, and honestly, I enjoyed both. This time I went with the spa pedicure and it was so relaxing. They don't rush through the service, which I really appreciate, and you can actually sit back and enjoy it. The gentleman at the front counter, who I believe may be the owner but I'm not entirely sure, is always incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I've been in. Also, a little unexpected bonus, the guava juice they have there is absolutely delicious. After two visits with great results, I can definitely say I'll be coming back. The service has been consistently good, the pedicures are relaxing, and their prices are fantastic. Helpful tip: If you're going with regular polish, don't be afraid to choose a bright color. I recently visited Deluxe Nail Salon with a party of five. Four of us got pedicures, and overall, it was an okay experience. The salon is beautiful, clean, spacious, and elegant. It never felt crowded. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated that they offer one complimentary mimosa. It was served nice and cold and actually tasted really good! They also accept Venmo, which is very convenient. The biggest issue was how our reservation was handled. We called ahead, made a reservation, and clearly explained exactly what services everyone in our group would be getting. Even with a reservation, one person in our group had to wait while the rest of us had already started. What bothered me most was that one of the technicians who was already working on someone in our group stopped in the middle of her pedicure before finishing the massage and polish. She left to start another pedicure for the person in our group who had been waiting. Later, she came back to finish the massage and polish on the first customer, then returned again to continue working on the second person. I understand they were trying to accommodate everyone, but it made the service feel interrupted. Since we had reserved our appointment in advance and explained exactly what our group needed, I expected the salon to have enough staff available and be better prepared. As for my pedicure, it was just okay. I chose the spa pedicure package, but the leg massage was the biggest disappointment. It felt rushed and lacked the pressure and attention I normally receive during a spa pedicure. The exfoliating scrub was also very basic and didn't feel like much of an upgrade from the classic pedicure. Looking back, I probably would have been just as satisfied with the classic package. Overall, it was an okay experience. The salon itself is clean, elegant, and relaxing, and the staff was pleasant. I would consider coming back, but I hope they improve their appointment scheduling and provide a more relaxing spa pedicure experience. read more

I walked in planning to get just a pedicure. You know... in and out. Famous last words. Linda greeted me like she'd already wanted to share the happiness with everyone. She was so friendly, upbeat, and welcoming that I immediately knew my bank account was in danger. While I was there, I spotted a custom nail design from a previous client and asked, "Who created this masterpiece?" Linda pointed to Vu and said, "He did." So naturally... I abandoned all self-control. Vu squeezed me in right after my pedicure, and WOW. The man understood the assignment. His station is basically a museum of gorgeous nails, and after seeing my set, I fully understand why. He absolutely nailed (pun intended ) the design, and now I can't stop staring at my own hand like it's a celebrity. Moral of the story: I came in for a pedicure and left with a full-blown nail addiction. Linda and Vu are an amazing team, and I'll 100% be back. If you're looking for talent, great vibes, and someone to completely ruin your "I'm only spending a little today" plan... this is your place. I wanted to get my nails fixed after getting a crappy set done somewhere out of town. Walked in and was taken care of immediately, but there were only two other customers in the shop so wait times may vary. I was serviced by Angie, who was great to chit chat with, and she did so good at fixing my nails. She recommended cateye polish and even took the time to focus on my cuticles to where not even a hangnail could survive. Very important since a lot of these shops/techs don't even bother to cut or even LOOK at them. She took the effort and time to not rush the process and I was very satisfied with my results. read more
