The quality of the service itself is never an issue, but the constant, long waits question the viability of even coming here. However, the straw that broke the camels back for my wife was what one of the lady's said to her while she was getting her pedicure done. The nail tech, Angel, asked her if she was pregnant, which my wife isn't. When my wife told her, Angel said "oh, they told me you were." This comment was extremely offensive and inappropriate considering that there are women who are unable to bear children, and a comment like that has no place in any business establishment whatsoever. Very disappointed, but perhaps you'll have better experiences.

My nail tech Tammy was friendly and professional. I had made an appointment online earlier in the day and chose the VIP Pedicure which includes massage, hot stones, and paraffin. I'm very happy with it so far!!! $65 for mani/pedi (with gel on fingers and matching regular polish on toes). Love the good soak and scrub on the feet. Amazing hand massage too. First time Kim did both services and this time Kim did hands and Paula did my toes. Was about an hour for the service. The ladies are really nice. No loud music playing and nice massage chairs too. Decor is basic and not pretentious. All three visits I've called for same day service and no wait - but usually Saturdays around 5pm or so. I hope they stick around, I'll be back for again in a month.
