Ok... we know Dennys... is just a late night joint we used to go when everything was closed when we were in college or as young adults. Me and my wife were craving something after we put the kiddos to bed and I thought it would be fun to get something from Denny's as a throw back! All I can say is... I went to go order a pick up and my mansss SAL, gave me the best service ever in any dennys or honestly better than most high end restaurants! Made my night and the food was amazing! Shout out to Sal, ill be coming back just cause of him!

Unfortunately the restaurant smelled of sewer. I would not have stayed to eat! Pancakes didn't taste freshly made.

I had seen Dalton Cafe on Yelp and noticed they're known for their homemade muffins and omelettes, and they absolutely did not disappoint. I tried the pumpkin and cream cheese muffins, and wow--warm, moist, and incredibly comforting, easily some of the best muffins I've had in a long time. For my main, I ordered the Dalton omelette, which was everything and more--perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and super filling. The hash browns were a standout, tasting like mashed potatoes but crisped up into hash brown form (in the best way possible). It's been a while since a breakfast truly wowed me, and this one definitely did. The ambiance really added to the experience--cozy and comforting, especially being seated by the window facing outside. The Christmas decorations and holiday music were the perfect finishing touch and set the vibe perfectly. Definitely looking forward to coming back. This spot is a gem for a proper breakfast.

When I pulled into the drive thru there was only one car in front of me. The line moved pretty fast and my order was taken quickly and accurately. The service was great. The cashier remembered all my requests when she handed me my food. I opted for a cheeseburger combo w/ grilled onions and extra pickles. It comes with fries and a drink. I always request extra crispy fries. I got a pink lemonade to drink to share with my son. The combo was $16.30. Not too bad, it's a lot of food. The burger was charbroiled and cooked perfectly. I love that they use shredded lettuce and their onions are actually grilled. Kind of like another establishment known for their grilled onions. The fries were extra crispy and nicely salted. The drink had to much syrup and even after diluting with a bottle of water, it was still really sweet. The ambiance of this place is casual and it has that typical burger joint feel. Definitely give them a try!

Soggy fried who knows what kind of cheap fish tacos smothered in a spicy sauce with watered down beans and weird rice. I was starving so I ate most of the rice which tasted like a mixture of rice r roni with raw cucumbers which was very odd. They had partially cooked carrots mixed in as well. The beans were a mess, just horrible all around. Like something you'd see in a toilet. My friends each got French toast which was lukewarm and the bread was chewy and the bottoms were burned. 2 stars because the service was friendly and the restaurant was empty and clean. Paul's place isn't a place I'd return.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the prime rib was only available during Father's Day weekend. It would have been nice if that little detail had been mentioned in the post that inspired the trip. Since we were already there and starving, we decided to stay. Mistake #1. The medium rare top sirloin arrived looking like it had lost a fight with a blowtorch. It was so overcooked and rubbery that we couldn't finish it. We brought the leftovers home thinking at least our dog would enjoy it. She sniffed it and walked away. For anyone who has ever owned a dog, you understand how impressive that is. The meatloaf somehow managed to transport me back to my hospital room after my appendectomy. If you've ever wondered what institutional cafeteria food tastes like with a side of disappointment, order the meatloaf. The coleslaw appeared to be made from aging cabbage with visible brown and pink bruising throughout. To save myself a trip to urgent care, I passed on trying it. The mashed potatoes were the only thing that showed signs of life, but the gravy was so salty it could probably preserve a mummy and contained the dried skin that forms when gravy sits out too long. Even the lemon slices in our water glasses were slimy. The atmosphere felt less like a destination restaurant and more like the dining room of an assisted living facility. The average age of the patrons appeared to be somewhere around 78, which honestly started making sense once the food arrived. The hostess was very nice and our waitress was pleasant, but she seemed just as confused as we were about what was actually available on the menu. We left hungry, annoyed, and wondering how many other people had made the same pilgrimage after seeing that Instagram post. At this point, I have to question whether @laoc.eats actually eats at the places being promoted or just photographs them. This was our second disappointing restaurant recommendation from that account, and it may be the last time we use it as a dining guide. Forty minutes there. Forty minutes back. One edible side dish. I should have just stayed home and made a sandwich.

When we left there were quite a few people that have come in after us. There's not a whole lot to the place. It looks like it used to be an old Taco Bell or something. There's also covered patio seating out front. There our menu screens that span above the entire counter with everything from Mexican food to breakfasts to burgers. They have a soda machine and also a machine with some aguas frescas. There is something here for everybody! We ordered a Fat Boy Burger, a quarter pound burger meal with fries, and a ground beef taco. I love ground beef tacos so I'll always order one if there's one on the menu just to try it. The burgers were good - - topped with cheese, lettuce, onion, and thousand Island dressing. The ground beef taco tasted very much like a Del Taco taco. The fries are those chunkier fries. All in all, the food was good. Someone came in after us and ordered the fried chicken meal and it looked so good, and another person ordered a breakfast that also looked pretty good. We were told they could accept two forms of payment on one check, but when it came time to pay, they would only split the bill evenly, even though I ordered more than my friend.
