We ordered today in this branch. We asked for 4 ranch and 3 gravies and were charged for that, but when we picked up the order and got home, we didn't get any ranch and got 2 gravies only. Came in to eat dinner late at night, and just wanted a simple classic sampler since I enjoy the fries, mozzarella sticks, and boneless wings, but I'm allergic to the onion rings, so I asked to swap them for something else and they said there were "absolutely no substitutions". I have never had a problem at another Denny's restaurant substituting out the rings. I did it last week at the one by Disneyland, no problem. They refused to budge and said, "you can order extra fries". I just had to swap to a different meal because I wasn't going to deal with paying extra for what could have been a simple substitution that would have cost the place the same exact amount of money (I've worked in the food industry, and an order of onion rings and order of mozzarella sticks cost pretty much the same on the backend.) Absolutely ridiculous that they couldn't just substitute one thing. It's not like I asked for the whole plate to be changed to try to cheat the system or something. I just wanted to not be served something I was allergic to while still getting to enjoy the things I like. The owner is greedy and needs to change their tune if they really think that swapping out a single item on a plate is going to make them go bankrupt. Be better. read more

Several friends and I went to this Denny's last night looking for a late night meal and knowing that it's a pretty reputable brand, we had high hopes. Unfortunately ...based on the service and quality of cooking, we were proven wrong. I also know there's a staffing shortage but this location definitely had plenty of folks,it seemed as there are only about three other tables outside of us, the service was neglectful....and trust me, I give a lot of grace given previous jobs in the food industry....this was rough. The food was quick to come out but some of it wasn't done all the way, specifically the fries and two burgers were lukewarm. Came to have breakfast with my granddaughter coz ihop had a long line and recommended this denny's branch but was treated unfairly for idk what reasons...came and greeted and directed us to the table and after a long wait i noticed that they were serving the 2 tables which came way later than us so i decided to call the greeter and told him we've been ready to order and after a few minutes server named Came and said "i'll be right with u! The waitress came out with wonderful energy and conversation. The drinks came pretty quickly. The food sat in plain view on the kitchen counter at the ready only needing to be brought to us. My breakfast came without the pancakes. I waited another 15 minutes eating the rest of the breakfast that came out lukewarm staring at my pancakes on the counter. I went to the kitchen myself and asked for my pancakes to go in a container. The pancakes disappeared out of view (likely microwaved) and eventually brought out to me. I've noticed this cold-warm trend of food service (maybe a lack of wait staff. This place had a lot of staff so I'm not sure what happened at this location. read more

The food came out fast... a little too fast. My nine grain pancakes were solid and stale, the cinnamon pancakes had randomly burning hot spots, the eggs and sausage were cold, and everything had a stale taste. The plates were also extremely hot to the touch. All clear signs of a microwave. It's my opinion that the microwave is the hardest working staff member here. We went to Denny's to dine in and as soon as we walked in it smelled like a porta potty.When me and my daughter and her friends sat down and we noticed the place wasn't very clean.We got water,lemonade,and chocolate milk .The water smelled like a pool,and tasted.The lemonade tasted like a lemon in tap water and the chocolate milk tasted like it had fuss in it.The service took forever and wasn't very good at all.When my daughter and her friends got there food they found HAIR in there food and the food was undercooked and burnt.so never go there you will not see us there again! read more

My Family and I used this Denny's as a convenient rendezvous. When we arrived it was slow and we received immediate seating for four. What was immediately evident was the service robots. We were seated right across from the service entrance. Our server got our drinks quickly, and by then we were ready to order. We proceeded to eye, observe, take videos of the robots going to and fro with orders. The robots are only used for delivery, the server loads and delivers the orders from the robot. Our meals were delivered by Alex the old fashioned way. My meal was plated, nicely, and was hot. We all were pleased with our orders. Drinks, coffee and tea were refilled from the carafe and tea pot on the table. Maple syrup for the French toast was at the end of the table and very good. After conversation and fellowship we paid a reasonable amount and left with a thank you for enjoyable meal. read more

Came in today morning with a group of friends for breakfast. Needless to say I will be back. The customer service was friendly and helpfull. The manager Silvia was the one to great and seat us at our table. She made a few recommendations which I decided to try. The food came out pretty quick considering they were a bit busy. When we got our food it was still hot and the taste was really good. The manager came by to check in on us and see how we were liking our breakfast. Everyone over all was very attentive and friendly. Coming to eat with three kids is never easy. Dennys makes it easier to enjoy. My kids love the breakfast here, chocolate chip pancakes are their favorite. And they can't stop hyping up the bacon! They even had a cool robot come and bring my kids their food, they loved it they got so excited. I had the new chorizo Benedict and it was yummy. This is my go to spot every Sunday with me and my family, Even though Sunday's are always expected to be the most packed, we always get seated in a fair amount of time. We've been helped by plenty of great servers but one of our favorites is yamelyn, she is always very polite, attentive, and quick. She makes going to dennys that much more special. read more

Let's be honest, with so many other better options such as Applebee's, why would someone come here anymore? Maybe because of value. I can't say no to a free Build Your Own Grand Slam (during your birthday month). The eggs, sausage, bacon, and pancakes tasted like how you might expect them to taste at any other Denny's, which is to say a very solid "ok" and not "great." Hilariously, these items always look better on the menu than they do when they come out. I also ordered some boneless wings in BBQ and Buffalo sauce; they were a bit better and definitely flavorful, but the sad-looking celery provided wasn't impressive. An option for the customer to choose carrots would be most welcomed. Service was great! Almost all of the staff I came into contact with was friendly and welcoming. My server was especially attentive and consistently came by to see how I was doing.
