I usually don't do reviews but man I really had a great time here. It's been a while since I've been to Denny's due to bad customer service. Let me tell you all man the waiter Salvador was amazing and really nice. He made us feel at home and gave us the appropriate time to choose our orders. Worst service. Got a table within 5 mins. Then had to wait 30 mins for a server or someone to come over and even acknowledge me. They were too busy, and I saw them having at least 6 servers plus the little robot and the manager. I tried to wave people down before hand and I was ignored. Then the manager finally came over and asked if I've been help. I said no. He took my drink order and then another 10 mins. Got my drink. The waitress Wendy finally came over and asked if I needed more time with the menu. After 30 mins. No I don't need more time. I ordered and the food came out faster than my entire time there. At that point I was annoyed. I ate and wanted to leave. No one came again for about 20-30 mins. To check on me. Never was offered a refill. Will never be back to this location. Second time I come here and they take 15+ minutes to even take our drink order. Service has gotten drastically worse at this location. If I could give them a lower rating I could. We really felt ignored as customers and just walked out today without ordering anything. read more

Spent nearly $80 on DoorDash for this location only to receive burnt or soggy food with missing items. Our breakfast plates had soggy pancakes and French toasts. The hash brown and bacon was all burnt! The chicken tenders didn't come with any sauces as specify in the app. Almost like they didn't know how to follow the simple items selected. Our fried chicken meal was burnt and chewy. I don't understand why would they send out burnt food?!!!! If they over cooked the food then they should redo it. Why the need to send it out like that??!! Our service was a 10/10 our server, Hermon really did help us out. He attended us very quickly and assisted us with the menu. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was delicious! Hermon made sure we have everything we needed to enjoy our meal, and came around frequently asking if we needed refills, or anything else. We are regulars at this location, Hermon has assisted us more than once, and he is awesome! The vibes are there and he is a very kind person, he really cares to do a good job. I actually had a great experience and always have every-time I come. The servers are friendly and so are the hostess in the front. The fact that they have the serving robots is so awesome! As a previous server, I know how much of a help this must be to not be having to carry heavy trays! **I also want to note on the professionalism witnessed today by the hostess and the rest of the employees at the front. Today a man with a golf club was complaining, cussing rudely at one of the girls at the front. This is a family restaurant so I did say, "hey" to him because I had 3 children with me (ages 8,6,2) and that was completely inappropriate. The girls at the front handled him with respect. And he eventually ended up leaving. I commend them for their bravery, and having to maintain their composures. GREAT JOB!!! read more

Ordered food to go on 6/9/24. We are staying at a hotel only 4 minutes away. All the food was cold by the time I got back to hotel 4 minutes away. Ordered the lumberjack slam and it only had one egg. I usually order it and it comes with two eggs. To top it off they didn't include any forks even after I selected for them to include forks so we ended up have to eat the cold food with our fingers and half the food was thrown away because my kids wouldn't eat it read more

Go on Mobile Yelp, and click the link to add your name to the waitlist before you go... especially on the weekends. That's the best advice and the way to go! IMHO no one really chooses Denny's. Its usually chosen by default. However on this occasion, I actually chose this place because I was craving grits, and remembered their BYO Grand Slam had that item. I needed the address and looked it up on yelp. I spotted the wait list link and added my name. I am so glad I put my name down. By the time I arrived the table was ready. We waited about 10 minutes for a server to take our drink order and then our food order. Our server wasn't the best, as it took a while for her to get our drinks. Stephen ordered the Santa Fe skillet, and I built my own Grand Slam: Bacon, Eggs, Hashed Browns, and what I came for: Grits. Our order took a while, and the table across from us got theirs first, even though they ordered after us. Oh well, maybe the skillet took a while? My order was luke warm. The eggs were hard, and the hashed browns were puny. I don't recall ever getting such a skimpy portions of the browns. Luckily my grits were good. I didn't leave stuff, but satisfied. But, for $7.99 I did expect a bit more. Coffee (go BOLD) wasn't bad, and our cup was rarely empty. Overall, a 3 star experience, but could have been 4 stars if my portion were not so puny. read more

Aye Aye Aye Dennys. This is the one place you are gaureteed crappy service if you visit in the wee early hours of the morning. It tends to be understaffed between 1-5am with a waitress doubling as a cashier and waitress and bus person. Came here a few times over the year. Average at best. Not terrible not wonderful. Just in the middle of finding your way to happiness when nothing else is open. The mister wanted pot roast of some sort. Or any type. I could really go for a cheese burger. So it was a win win. The double cheeseburger with bacon was better than expected. The hand made burgers were seasoned topped with melted american cheese and bacon in between a toasted bun topped with fresh veggies. Paired with seasoned fries. Tasted really good at 4:00 am. The Pot Roast. Let's just forget about that one. Certainly not the golden ticket that's for sure. The Tater Tots appetizer were better. Portion sizes are crazy in comparison to what we gotta pay like it doesn't make sense. I also received my order not how I asked which isn't the biggest plus either. Save money and don't order delivery if you have specific needs bc they probably aren't going to pay attention to them. read more

Went in to dine in but we over heard a customer complain that he had been waiting order 30 min for someone take there order so we decided to place a Togo order. That wasn't any better they got half our order wrong i tryed calling the restaurant to speak to manager that's almost impossible. They keep transferring me to a recording that say pls try agin later and hangs up. Horrible costumer service and horrible service!
