Ordered a hamburger but soon after leaving I had ill effects. Then 1.5 hours later I continued to be sick. Before lunch all I had was coffee and cookies. Service was lacking any enthusiasm. Waited a hour for my meal. Waiter said it got behind to go orders. No one seemed to care so I left without my food.

We Came Hungry. We Left.. Still Hungry. Walked in around 2am. There were two tables occupied.. a couple and a lone guy parked right in the center like he was hosting a game show no one wanted to be on. We stood there for about 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Finally got seated, got our menus... and then? Radio silence. Another 10-15 minutes passed before she came back to take our drink order. When she did, she said: "I'll get your coffee and be right back to take your order." Narrator: She would not, in fact, be right back. She dropped off the coffee, said, "I'll take your order in just a minute," and then immediately floated over to center-table guy .. who "couldn't decide what to eat" but very clearly had decided he wanted to flirt. We sat there, hapless and hungry as we watched their romantic menu consultation for another 10 minutes, coffee gone at this point.. hunger growing.. patience dying. It was almost 2:40 before she finally came back to take our order. When the food finally arrived just before 3 am... it somehow got worse. My husband ordered steak and eggs.. which of course was overcooked.. not the medium rare he had asked for. And the eggs? I'm 95% sure they were seasoned with rancid butter and rotten shrimp oil. The smell alone had me questioning reality. To her credit, when I brought it up, she tasted the eggs, spit them out (which is what I did) took the plate to the back and the cook tasted it himself and apparently agreed. It was that bad. She did comp the meal, which was the only redeeming part of this horror "breakfast". Final Verdict: If you're into long waits, no service, questionable food, and watching your server get emotionally entangled with a guy who thinks ordering waffles is a group effort -- this is your place. If not? Just go home and eat cereal. At least your milk won't betray you. (Check the date first though, just to be sure). read more

Stopped at Denny's in Caldwell, Utah on our travels to Washington, and ordered some breakfast to go. It wasn't a long wait to order upfront. I ordered the Hearty 9-grain Pancake Slam, with an extra side of hash browns, the food came out hot. The Slam was good. Only complaint I would have about this particular Denny's is that upon checking the order before we left, was that they gave me one plastic spoon, instead of a fork, knife, napkins and no syrup for the pancakes, when checking the extra side of hash browns they were overcooked to the point of being burnt. They did give a refund on the extra hash browns and as for the plastic ware, they said they were out of plastic forks, knives, napkins and syrup. Maybe if we had eaten in, it would have been better experience. When ordering "to go" they should let the customer know when they are out of something, instead of just sending them on their way. Always check your to go orders. I'm glad it was just a Denny's we were just passing through. read more

Long wait for food but that's okay, or it would have been if our waitress was nice. She was downright rude. When I asked questions and gave our order she barely even looked at me or my sister or my husband or our son... she just acted like we were bothering her or wasting her time or she just wished we weren't there.... Hi , I am a truck driver that's passed thru this Dennys 2 week ago around 1:30 pm I oder a smoke house skillet with brisket. I never had a problem with denny before this occurrence, So I get my order leave to drop my load get to my delivery in Ontario oregon about 20 mile and open the meal all the brisket was burnt so i call up their to speak with a manager I get no answer, So I call the next day speak with the manager I was told the the don't do refunds I can come in with receipt and my meal will be replaced. OK it 04/13/2025 I returned with my receipt the manager on duty said she never heard about it even though I posted it on Google review with the pictures, also she told me that's how it supposed to look. Then She told I will not be able to get my food replace until her boss gets back on Tuesday .I said I am a truck driver it's no tell when I will be back here . So I'm here to say manager on duty was dismssive to a paying customer who had receipt and photos but i will call corporate on Monday morning because this is not how to treat a loyal customer. read more

My waitress Natalie was the GREATEST I've ever had, she was making sure I was well taken care of. My drink was never empty, talked to me about what I did that day and was very engaged and interested the whole time! I had a really fun conversation with her. It is really hard to give our visit a star. My brother and I hadn't at all day and stopped in on our way out of town. We stood out front for about 15 minutes before a server popped her head out and said she would be there in a second... About 5 minutes or so later she came out and apologized, saying it was the change of shifts and it would be about 5 to 10 minutes!!! So we had stood there for about a half hour as well as the 3 other customers who had came in. Finally being set at a table with menu's (nothing else). After 10+ minutes we got up and left!! I ate here & was so happy at how good the food was! The staff were all friendly & I especially liked Nicole & Shontel. The had all the answers to my questions about the menu & made great suggestions on what to order. They even let me compliment Chef Manny in person when he came out to introduce himself.
