We were traveling from out of town, stopped into Dennys, it was crowded, we got right in. We got the best service we have gotten from any restaurant in a long time pre Covid. Our waiter was Eddie he was on top of things the whole time. He was great! He was so busy,he still managed to give us great service the whole time! We would definitely recommend this place. They kept dirty dishes off the tables the whole time too. The whole staff working were extra polite too! The food was prepared just the way we ordered it. Hot and fresh too! read more

This happened on Mother's Day, I know places get very busy so I went into this with extreme patience. Placed order on yelp grub hub. Showed up on time and confirmed with manager, because I have experienced terrible service at this location before... She said it'll be 2in because they were backed up. Ok. I asked for order 25 min later and she rudely said 2 ordered ahead of me after telling the cooks that I was bugging for my order. 1:30 past the estimated time supplied by Grubhub I asked for my food again... she said my order hasn't even been put in yet. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place or trusting grubhub to place my order again. Warning: Poor customer service plus incompetence to take a Grubhub order. Maybe if you do attempt, triple check and have the manager show you your order on their screen. I got my refund back after being on hold with Grubhub for 30 minutes but I'll never get my 2hrs of Mother's Day back that was supposed to start with a surprise breakfast.... read more

0900 08Nov19 Been sitting waiting to be served and numerous customers (5)have been sat and served before myself and my wife. Went to the front and asked for help they said they only have 2 servers. Still waiting been passed by at least 2 servers and a manager. Spoke to the manger as we were walking out. He Explained the situation that they were short servers and there was a miscommunication. I dont need to here the excuse just need a solution to the issue. Still doesn't help the situation when not one server stop to check if we were helped or needed help. I get we might not be their table or in there section but we are people as well as customer. No team work was shown by these employees and I am very disappointed. This is likely one of the better Denny's locations I've been to. I stopped by here with friends after arriving in the early morning at the Ontario Airport from a summer trip to Vegas. It was average breakfast fare, with standouts from their pancakes and poached eggs (one of my favorite style of eggs). The coffee wasn't weakly brewed and had a mellow, bitter taste with each sip. I usually add a couple of creamers and maybe one packet of sugar... because what's a decent cup of joe without a hint of sweetness?! The customer service was great! Our server checked up on our table a good amount of times and consistently filled up our coffee mugs. This is a Denny's I will be inclined to visit again! read more

I literally had the worst service of my life here in honestly surprised it's still running considering it's understaffed... it was so bad I'm going out of my way to write a review. I understand how it can be when places are understaffed but the waiters and cooks had no idea what they were doing. I had a party of 5 and all of our orders were wrong plus the waitress kept forgetting simple things like giving us our drinks/ utensils. I get that they might've been understaffed, but the restaurant wasn't that busy either. When we walked in the door it took about 7 minutes for someone to even greet us. Finally got seated and the table was dirty & sticky. It took a very long time for someone to even get our drinks. Took even longer for them to get there, so we just left. We were out before the drinks even came to the table. I don't recommend coming here. The location on Milliken Ave. in Ontario is much better. read more

I meant to review this on Monday 8-19. Went there for lunch, my 2 grandkids and husband ordered breakfast I ordered lunch. Our waitress was very slow, we ordered food and drinks at the same time. It took at least 10 minutes for us to get our drinks. I have to say our food must have sat ready for some time, the butter on the pancakes had already melted into the pancakes and my fries were cold. It wasn't even busy. Also they need to turn down the music, if I wanted a party atmosphere I would have gone to Applebee's. Won't be returning to the Claremont facility. read more

We pay full price for a fraction of food. I ordered an avocado burger and fries. I was upset on how little fries are given. McDonald's gives more fries in there happy meals then Dennys. Ordered online and never received it. I tried calling 4 times and phone rang continuously and then hung up on me each time. I had to go to the restaurant in order to find out why and where it was. Went a few days ago to order some appetizers since they are currently 50% off during happy hour. I sat in the lobby while I waited for my food. After about 25 minutes I asked my waitress about my order. She then told her male coworker to check on my order since she had a rush of customers. He grabbed a bag of food, wasn't mine. I again told him my name, nope, not my order. Again, damn near yelled my name, the waitress came and told him my name as well. He finally said "OHHH!". So dude didn't even get my name? Took him 3 times to finally give me my order. He definitely does not belong working there. Oh and while I was waiting for my food a man who by the looks was the manager came out with the shortest and tightest shirt ever. You can see his belly hanging out! Gross.
