New Dennys same old bad service. This location reopened as one of the newer look models but it's still the same bad service as the location right next door. I went their Friday night with some friends and the place was empty but they still messed up our food. They said they were out of Diet Coke then we find out they weren't. They said they were out of other things and they weren't. Then forgot to bring out other items until we were almost done eating and we had to remind them. Go to today and I order on line. Simple. Curbside pickup. It doesn't have the normal verification that your there like most places now you still have to call in to let them know you've arrived. Well... just like if you try to call in and order when their app is down nobody answers. I call 5 times. Nobody picks up. I have to go in to get it. I walk up and just grab my food. Keep in mind months ago someone else grabbed my food because they don't even check. So if you want free food just walk up and grab some! If you want your food be prepared to maybe not get it. Claims they don't have it and don't expect to get it the way you expected. If there was another breakfast place in my area I would skip and if McDonald's pancake breakfast didn't cost more than Dennys now (I don't understand why) I would just go their and eat their crappy eggs. At least I wouldn't have to deal with bad service. read more

I went last week to the Denny's in Cordelia (Fairfield) for lunch to celebrate my wife's birthday. I particularly like this Denny's location for great food, super clean ambiance, and a very large private room with audio/visual facility for family and corporate events. It was so cool to see that they have leveraged technology to continue to provide great service even with the ongoing labor shortage by deploying server robots to bring food to the table and take used plates to the dish washing area. Servers were taking care of customers while the robots were wonderfully executing the routine task of delivering food. We had ordered one of their sizzling dishes, and sizzling it was when it was delivered!! Overall a great experience in customer service and food quality!! As an 11 year old, I like dennys but those pancakes make me full after one bite! It's good but it's also not good because it's so expensive. The person who served me today was Shirley T ! Wow, what a change. We have been to the "old" Denny's numerous times, always good service. This was our first time since the new one opened. About 5 minutes to be seated. After they took our order we waited approximately 15 minutes and I asked if it was coming soon as we had an appointment. She said she'd check. Another 5-10 minutes and nothing. The table that was seated a few minutes before us was told they still has 5 minutes. We packed it in! They definitely didn't seem that busy. They need better management in the kitchen. read more

I was thrilled to see that Dennys had a Beyond Burger on it's menu so although I had already eaten my perfectly loose scrambled eggs ( and I can't tell you how difficult it is to get your eggs scrambled this way) and perfectly crisp hash browns (without being too greasy), I ordered one to go with the zucchini instead of the fries because you must (and this is my only complaint) have a side). I thought the side dish would be wasted in the reheating process. But I love the way Dennys packaged it. It was as though thought was given to it and the container was able to be microwaved with the wrapped burger which was in special foil, and the zucchini and onions which were sautéed were seasoned and really great. I'd had a slice of raw onion in anticipation of the reheating process and it turned out well.I haven't had a burger, real or otherwise this good can't remember when! read more

Jose and Victor were very amicable and pleasant. The owners stopped by to say hello and recommended the "apple crisp with vanilla" dessert. My husband and I just had the all american breakfast. It was filling, we enjoyed it. Our server Lynn was exceptional. When we walked in their were already a few customers and a few more after us. Lynn was the only waitress and she handled the crowd with a genuine smile. She checked on us frequently and was very gracious. We typically enjoy coming here and the service is always great. Unfortunately, today was a little different. I originally wanted a hamburger and add avocado. The waitress seemed a little confused and offered me a burger from the menu. So I asked for an avocado bacon burger with no bacon. Still not understanding I just took it the way it was to be made. My father is a manager at a Dennys and I asked him how many avocado slices typically come in that burger. I was suppose to get a whole avocado. Great customer service was not on the menu today. We came in (party of 3) and immediately, one of the employees shouted "I can't seat you for another 5 minutes, I'm by myself." Mind you, the place only had 1 table of guests (party of 4) and the rest of the restaurant was completely empty. There were also two other servers walking around, so I'm not sure how she was "by herself". Once she sat us, she chose to sit us at the table right next to the other party. My first thought was that this had to be a joke. A completely empty restaurant with so many clean tables and you chose to sit us right next to another group of customers? Talk about lazy. We ordered, got our food around 15 minutes later, and only got a super quick check in. My partner and I both got the All You Can Eat pancakes, and after we only took two bites, she asked if we were ready for the next plate. Why on earth would we be ready for more when we just started on the first batch?? Before she tried to run off, we asked how do we get the syrup to come out of the dispenser because literally nothing was coming out. She said super nonchalantly "I don't know, just take the cap off", and walked off. 3 minutes later, she dropped off the check, no words. What if we wanted to order more food?? We stopped in for a late lunch. The service was excellent & the food was out quick. Our server Barbara was wonderful.

This particular Dennys needs work and lots of mentoring. When arrived no host for many minutes completely empty didn't even know if it was open or closed when trying to order on menu was told out of many food selections the delivery arrives tomorrow (while eating delivery arrived)the waitress coughed on separate occasions first on coffee and then on my salad also served the same salad damp frozen that I could not eat. she asked me what do you want me to do take it off the order and I said yes please and requested another coffee. The sausage tasted really bad in the sandwich like plastic had to remove it. Not recommended and unpleasant experience I can't support this particular establishment. I couldn't eat my food and was afraid to get sick from the sneezing on food and coffee from her cold or allergies lady apparently seems to be friendly but unacceptable food establishment and needs to understand the basics hygiene. For Veterans discount make sure to bring your ID because otherwise you may be insulted even if you have your military debit card with you never experienced before. Stay healthy. Perfect eggs (scrambled with cheese), fluffy hash browns, bacon with just the right amount of crispness. And although we are still marshalling the world-wide protest over no more sourdough toast at Denny's ( what the heck are you folks thinking at Corporate ? ), the white toast with butter was good as well. Very disappointing tonight for dinner. My wife ordered an omelet without green bell peppers and also a gluten-free English muffin. They brought out the omelet with the green bell pepper. They said they were out also of gluten-free English muffins. I ordered a Cobb salad and they brought me out a salad without the hard-boiled eggs. They told me they ran out of hard-boiled eggs. REALLY? Plus, as I recall, a Cobb salad ALWAYS has chopped ham. It did not have that but they brought out extra avocados to offset this. NOT a good Cobb salad at all. Terrible night! The manager was kind and did try to make an attempt by giving us a discount but the problem was everything was off. Not coming back to this Denny's anymore but Manager is fair. read more

I have to say that they adapted to COVID so well, with a super cool outside patio experience (canopy, misters, music, and string lighting).
