A great place to have breakfast with the family. The food arrived hot and the server was always checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything else. It was pretty early during the "breakfast rush" but we got seated promptly after arriving. The ambiance is very relaxing, modern and it wasn't super loud. The food was soo Good!! Denny's can be hit or miss, but my grandpa really likes it and wanted to try this new location. We stopped in for breakfast on Saturday. He ordered one of the meals on the 55+ Menu and enjoyed it. He doesn't eat large portions, so the senior menu is the perfect size for him. I got the Superbird sandwich with fruit. I thought it was delicious. Plenty of turkey, ham and cheese and the bacon was cooked just right. I would definitely order this again. I love the light up Fullerton sign, really gives this Denny's a modern look. I am sure I will bring my grandpa back sooner than later. read more

It's 2:45 in the morning and I've been sitting at my table for 19 minutes. No one has said hello to me. No one has acknowledged me. No one brought me glass of water. No one you can say I'll be right with you. Nothing not a manager, not the waitress nobody the waitress has four tables and she can't handle them.. finally I got up and asked the manager is anybody gonna serve me so the manager brought me my hot tea the waitress still never came over and said I'm so sorry. When I first came. To this place I got the Build Your Own Grand Slam and it was the best food I have ever had I got eggs HASH BROWNS bacon and toast. Don't forget the HASH BROWNS. If I could, I would give this place 1.5 stars. The first star because of the food, which was great, and the second half because of Cynthia,a woman who kindly helped us. We were stopping by on our way to Disneyland, and wondered if it would be busy so to save time we ordered for pick-up. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted and picked up the food just fine. Seeing that it wasn't too busy, I asked if we could sit in and eat (with no expectations at all). Cynthia kindly helped us and sat us, telling her to let us know if we needed anything. As soon as we started eating, we heard another waitress (loudly may I say) complaining that they should make a sign saying to-go orders are for to go only. We both looked at each other and wanted to leave immediately. Such a distasteful experience I lost my appetite. To make matters worse, everytime she walked by she gave us the side eye. We tried to finish our food as quickly as possible, left our tip (where I asked for her name) and left. What a terrible way to start our day at the happiest place on earth. Look for any other other place to eat, and avoid Yaneli at all costs. The most horrible customer experience I've ever had at a Denny's! Working in food service myself, I can understand the inconvenience which is why I asked beforehand. If we had been told no, I would have completely understood. Me and my son were out wedding ring shopping and we needed a lunch so we just went across the street to Dennys and we wished we didn't. I like a big sandwich and the so called Big Bird was anything but decent size. It was a tiny like grilled cheese sandwich with a ton of butter on the bread so it was greasy and wet when i took my first bite. The fries were old not even hot or warm. My son said the salad was ok so thats why im giving this a 3 star and not a 2. The so called tent they have outside for people to eat in was mostly open so the sun was shining on the tables and making them hot and there was trash all over the place. The food was good and so was the service. Ramon was exceptional, he always made sure we were okay. No complaints there. This is the second time we come and they overcharge us. We simply pointed it out and the manager, I believe, an older gentleman explodes on us and starts going off on my mother and I. My mom had only pointed out that we were continuously being over charged, which we understood was a mistake. But instead of being apologetic, he proceeded to tell my mom off and put words in our mouths. We never called you thieves, we simply pointed out that this happened twice already and to bring it to your attention. The manager's attitudes was unnecessary and speaks volumes on the type of business being ran. He needs to set an example to his employees. Do better. read more

This was the most despicable sad excuse for a restaurant for service treatment and all over quality was a customer of a online pickup order through a relative which was my mom and had it paid for and everything walked in there to get my order and was completely disrespected and humiliated in front of the whole fucking restaurant they said that they are giving it to someone else and for me to leave immediately and get out I'll call the cops this is a very sad fucking excuse of a place, humiliating and also degrading never do I want to pick up here again also to top it off they couldn't even get the order right and then after all said it's done after they messed up our eggs our order and payment for extra things we paid for and all which they didn't give us they proceeded to ignore me when I tried to ask for a syrup that they do not give me more butter nor any kind of jam when I sat there I sat for over 25 minutes waiting for them to respond to me as they kept making eye contact and just looking away and ignoring me until I finally had to sit in front of a person in line because it was my turn first as the regular person walked in and he did too get serve right away by the way waitress but thean politely said sorry the man in front of me was here first and the only reason I was even able to get any syrup or even any kind of help. The absolute worst meal and service I've ever had from Denny's! My pancakes we super dry and burned my eggs were slimy the orange juice was watered down and when I asked for Sprite the machine was out so I got served bad sprite! The floors were filthy with napkins and old food. The staff is very unwelcoming and everyone walks around with their heads down like they can't be bothered I will never return here again!!! We love this Denny's! It's a brand new building that replaced the Denny's that closed down just down the street, north of Orangethorpe. The new building has an awesome vibe to it, very clean, well laid-out, and it has a modern feel, yet with that old "hometown America" diner vibe that Denny's is known for. They still have their outside dining tent setup for those that prefer to sit outside. This is perfect for my family, because we have a golden retriever service dog, and we prefer to eat outside with her if possible. The outside dining area is perfect for this. My mom lives in the area, and Denny's is her favorite restaurant, so we come here quite often when we visit her. And we have a perfect experience every time! You really can't beat Denny's taste, menu selections, and quality of food. And to boot, the prices are amazing! All the staff here have always been exceptional. Everybody is on top of their game, and we love coming here. Specifically, we have been served by Juan G. the last few times, and I can't thank him enough. He goes above and beyond to give us exactly what we need, and comes to check on us often to make sure we're taken care of. Exceptional service! He remembers our family and asks how we are, he even asked about our pup when we came without her one time! It's super awesome to feel like family here. From checking in, to being seated, to being served, to paying the bill, this team is exceptional! We love the food, we love the conversations, and we love this Denny's. Terrible. Never coming back again. This is a non-Muslim friendly restaurant. While ordering I asked the server several times for confirmation for no pork in my dish. She reassured me, my friends got their dishes and I wait an extra 10-15 minutes for mine. I took one bite and immediately knew something was off. I told her it doesn't taste right and she basically gaslight me into believing that it there was no pork. I stop eating and we leave. She still charges me for the dish. I wish I can give them a negative rating! I waited for my family's food for 50min!!!! All the other tables that ordered after us got there food before us! They didn't not even care to come and tell us what happened to our order! Our waiter, Ingrid, did not bother and check on us! She never apologized for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I understand that they are busy but 50 mins? Come on people? Ingrid never checked on our table to see if we were doing fine. We asked for nachos as an appetizer and they brought with our food 50 mins later! Prior to this, we told Ingrid that we wanted to cancel the nachos because we didn't want to have them with our entries. She ignored us and turned her back towards us. She did not cancel the order so the nachos were brought to our table. My family assumed the were complimentary because of the inconvenience. Well, that was not the case, when Ingrid brought the tab, the nachos were still on there. WE TOLD HER MULTIPLE TIMES THAT WE WANTED TO CANCEL THEM!! Another waiter,Ramon, came to check up on us multiple times after the incident. He was friendly and helped us after the brought our food out. So thank you to Ramon, my family was able to have breakfast well. We are not sure who was at fault? It could have been the cooks, the waiter, or anything. Granted we only went here once while honeymooning in Disneyland, but I have no complaints. Food was good and cheap, service was nice and quick so we were able to get to the park nice and early and within walking distance to many hotels, which is convenient as not all hotels do a breakfast buffet. read more

Customer service was amazing! I came with my very very large family. My dad expressed concern that my non verbal autistic brother, who tends to be quite loud, would disturb other patrons. The Denny's staff assured us it would be okay and that it's a family restaurant; we were meant to be here. My brother did get loud and the staff attended to us very quickly bring him everything quickly and giving him complimentary grapes and other drinks. Me and my boyfriend went here Saturday night last week and everything was going good until the manager Cesar appeared , he starred at me and my bf so many times and even made eye contact with him and when he was at the register helping out customers he would still proceed to look over at us many times , my boyfriend confronted him as to why he kept starring at us for no reason , he made it seem as if we were going to leave and not pay . Him starring at us made us feel so uncomfortable we didn't even eat our food and we paid and left . The manager Cesar proceeded to tell us that he was waiting for his wife that's why he kept starring that direction but no one ever even came . That's very disrespectful to profile us .
