Great dining experience at 24hr restaurant. In my opinion; this is the best location in my area. Food was good as Denny's Standard The staffs are very friendly and attentive. Managers are great, especially Mr. Daniel Sanchez is an excellent manager. He helped other party to be seated, instead of waiting for the hostess. I saw him on the floor all the time, so I talked to him about food and service. He has great experience in food and beverage. He is very passionate about hospitality industry. And at 4am to get breakfast to go the food was ready 45 mins later smh getting back to our hotel room at 5am and noticed that our plates didn't have my wife's sausage or my turkey bacon we called to let them know and we were told we have to come back. We go to Dennys all the time and have been going for over 25 years. But this one has stood out for the best lunch experience in 25 years. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Juan, we sat down and Mario immediately greeted us, brought us our drinks gave us ample time to order and made some suggestions. Juan also came by and chatted with us, made our lunch much more enjoyable and with that type of customer service we'll keep coming back to THIS location. Even the manager Daniel came by to "touch" the table and I noticed him doing that with other tables as well which is an incredibly rare sight at Dennys. Denny's is a diner and they serve diner food. The food at this location is always excellent. The service is always good and the prices are family friendly. Since they are open 24 hours a day, its great for late night eats. With breakfast all day, Denny's is always my first choice when everything else is closed. I've visited twice this month and each time is always the same, excellent. Reviews such be based on many things, excluding anger. Give this Denny's location a try. I went with a group of friends and we got a lovely girl as a waitress. She was very sweet/fast/ attentive. When we went to pay however her manager Isreal was going to charge is. No one looked at the bill but we all called out our orders to him. As it was my turn I called out two steak dinners and he immidiately looked at her with rage and told her she would be written up... as a consumer I left feeling terrible for the girl as she might have not gotten our full order as I had left and come back from picking up my son from school: I told my Boyfriend so he went in asking him not to write her up as she was great and he would pay an extra steak diner (even tho I had already paid both) The manager said he would take extra money wrongfully, he said he would still write her up as it's happened muliple times she did not ring up the sodas. I then proceeded to inturupt him stating he should be written up for unprofessionalism and misconduct in front of the customer. It was not his place to put her business out like that in public. I have to give a 5 star review and you will see why: Thanksgiving night, it's busy, everywhere is busy. We were told upon putting our name down, that they honestly do not know how long it'll be. We see family after family finish eating and leave, yet no one has been seated yet. At this point, everyone would be leaving too, or getting upset and leaving 1-star reviews, right? Not us, we decided to stick it out, because at this point, we've already spent about 20 min waiting, and thought, "If we leave now and go to a different Dennys, do you think it'll just restart the waiting and we'll end up waiting another 20 min? Let's just stay and see what happens. If it's been 45 min total, we can go." but the thing is, is that we could hear the Manager/front desk tell every incoming family and group that they still don't know how long it'll be, but also, that "the kitchen is backed up right now". Ah, Ding ding ding! So we figured, logistically, the Manager was doing the right thing: clearing out the dining room, getting the kitchen up to speed and filling orders, and then being able to seat people and take orders again. We stuck it out for another 10 minutes before my friend's mom basically just said to the manager, "Hi, we know what's happening and we don't mind actually, but can we just be seated and get a coffee or teas while we wait instead? You don't have to take food orders, just drinks would be helpful. It's cold by the door." and instantly we were seated, had coffees served and we were indeed much happier. We were able to wait an additional 15 minutes before we could see the kitchen staff had finally finished up a large phone order and were ready to accept dining room orders - and that's when the room filled up again with all of the people waiting in the lobby. This type of management skills should be applauded tbh, because while they endured a lot of people leaving unhappy, they could have had an even bigger disaster by seating everyone, not getting food, and if anything, maybe undercooked food disasters too. Once everything calmed down, we placed our food orders and received it in a timely fashion, quality was what was expected from a Dennys and service never faltered - they were always happy, smiling and ensuring that we were satisfied. We tipped 50% of the bill, we hope the staff is hanging on. read more

Service is slow here. Doesn't matter if you come during brunch time when they're busy or late at night when there is only one other table. You'll be waiting for your food no matter what. Also, this is by our seats the last time we went. Ants! I know they're attracted to the sticky syrups but, it shows how they don't really clean the walls by the tables. The ants weren't on the table surprisingly but they were on the wall and that wasn't a pleasant sight to look at as I'm eating. Please upgrade your service and cleanliness! read more
