How much explanation do u need about that...its a chain and the idea of any chain is the food taste the same no matter where u go...and it did the food was just as Denny's should be! I was super happy to see they had vegitarian patties! I ordered a avacado bacon burger sub the beef patty with the veggie one and bacon on the side they did exactly that just forgot the Avacado which usually is a big deal because avacado is like gold and always extra$..lol...which was sad but not that big of a deal for some strange reason which I'll get to......last night was homecoming and it was packed so I was just happy that I got my food 90% right and in a decent amount of time! Little baby (my youngest daughter) ordered a value slam and cake batter milkshake which unlike the picture didn't have sprinkles on top...so just to touch base -5 for the Avacado and -5 for the missing fun...aka sprinkles...now that we've done that math let's talk about the service...A1!! Mind you it was PACKED my server was Jewels and she clearly was a pro you know a pro server when the have the memory of an elephant and work the crowd like they are running for office! This, in my opinion, is one the BEST locations around!!! The food is prepared gracefully, presented professionally, the wait staff couldn't be more personable. They're polite and extremely courteous. I recently had lunch with my sister at this location. We don't get a lot of opportunities like this and when we do, this is the location we choose. We are NEVER disappointed. Our server, Kim, was SUPER attentive and friendly. Our glasses never reached half full and she was there with a refill. Order date 8/15 order time 6:32 Tonight's experience was extremely disappointing to say the least. We decided to order Togo and 4 out of the 5 meals we ordered were messed up no eggs in the moons over my hammy or Santa Fe skillet, forgot the kids meal, and only included 2 out of 4 pancakes I ordered. So I called to let them know we were coming back so the orders could be fixed. Upon arrival the server who was there was extremely nice and wanted to get this fixed right away. Cue her going to get the manager who refused to come out. Instead she was extremely rude and just proceeded to yell at the server helping us from the kitchen. She then didn't want to remake the Santa Fe skillet and just wanted to remake the eggs that were missing. But how does that make sense a now cold skillet, with piping hot eggs. When this was noted the manager yelled from the kitchen that she "already fixed our damn order". Perhaps the server and the manager should have a change of jobs. I completely understand restaurants are short staffed, I work in the industry as well and know how hard it is. Our food was inconsistently and poorly cooked. We had to ask for refill or hunt our waitress down. It wasn't fun at all. We went back a few days later and had a bit better experience but then again there was a manager on staff so who knows maybe they are only good when a manager is present? The manager was great though he even helped out when the waitresses got rushed by 2 large crowds at the same time, which was very nice to see since not many managers will lift fingers to help these days. I had a bad experience here a few days ago. From the point of entry our waiter showed us seating. From the drinks with lil to no ice and the most unorganized order taking skills. It just spiraled out of control from there. Family of 5 plates were not ready at the same time and when my 5 year old received his eggs the egg were very raw( not fully cooked) our waiter was so horrible it was a slow time it was completely not busy but she seemed not to attend or deliver very unorganized and did not know how to prioritize her service. At 9 PM, the kids and I grabbed a bite at Denny's. I had the chicken noodle soup. It was a home style chicken noodle soup and seasoned on the salty side. It suited me perfectly because i was recovering from a cold and could hardly taste anything. My children ate the Strawberries and Cream breakfast. The pancakes were delicious, infused with white chocolate. The bacon was crisp, the hashbrowns were well seasoned. Our meal came up to under $15. Birthday breakfast at Denny's. My wife and my birthday fall on the same day so it was off to Denny's. for a free breakfast. Not entirely free but close. I believe you hav3e to pay for the coffee. We will go to Denny's when we travel but almost never when we are in town. Their breakfasts is good. Hard to mess up beacon and eggs. They do this well and thee are many, many combinations of eggs and beacon. This place moved from the north east corner to the south west corner a few years ago. Why did they not build it larger. The place was packed with a waiting of over half hour. Maybe this was just a big day since it was my birthday. The service was excellent the food was good, the place was clean even with all the people coming and going. Just me but I am not a fan. I eat at Dennys somewhere in the U.S. a couple times a year because I know I will get a good breakfast. If you are into Denny's this place is a place to visit. read more

I haven't been to a Denny's in a while and when it used to be across the street it was horrible food and horrible service but I decided to try dennys again and glad I did. First of all it's a dennys so don't expect a five star type of meal. However for the service and quality of food I enjoyed my breakfast. Our waitress was super attentive and checked up on us. Our food came out hot and fast. Everything was cooked to our liking. If I am ever in need of a cheap meal I think I will start coming back to dennys.
