-1 star: Long wait for pick-up, cashier told me order wasn't made because it wasn't in the system. Got out of line to pull up confirmation email and then had to wait in line again for her to tell me it didn't show up because it was already paid for. Why not tell me that & hand me my food as soon as I got back in line. The people were behind me @ 1 point, I waited for 3 more guest to pay their tickets to be handed my food with a horrible excuse. My order was there the whole time on the counter. Now about 20mins. -1 star: Got home and hash browns were almost completely raw, I had to actually cook them on the stove. Thankfully I just took it home or else I wouldn't have eaten them. The 2 sausage were so cooked they look dehydrated, I fed those to the dogs. -1 star: All the other food was cold & I didn't have time to be re-heating everything so I basically just ate the cold pancakes w/ cold syrup (lame)& then the hashbrowns once they were finished cooking. This place is always sketchy at best, but tonight was really ridiculous. Arrived at 8:30 pm. Ordered Slam with 2 eggs over hard, hash browns, bacon and English Muffin plus coffee. Husband ordered Hams over My Hammy sandwich and iced tea. Waitress brought water and tea quickly, but I had to ask for the coffee 10 minutes later. Dinner arrived 45 minutes later. We didn't complain, we know everyone is short- handed. But my order was missing the eggs and had ham instead. I told the manager (I think). He said he wasn't going to charge us for the ham and would get those eggs. The eggs took another 15 minutes and at the end he did charge for the ham. I did complain about that. I am a frequent Denny's patron. I used to come to this Denny's multiple times a week before they moved across the street. The food is still wonderful and I can still get my diner coffee fix. However, the new building more frequently than not smells like human feces. I'm surprised none of the other reviews reference it. On several occasions I have walked into the door and had to turn and leave for another Denny's location. The bathrooms are spotless, which makes me think the problem might be a gas leak... Terrible service, honestly have given this location one too many chances. Whether I order through delivery service or dine in with friends, this location seems to disappoint. They seem to be understaff and have terrible management, which in return stresses the wait staff. The staff always looks tired and done with working here. Management never seems to want to help when orders are behind. Always end up waiting on food and when it does arrive the order is either incorrect or cold. Red was our server and she is a ROCK STAR!!! Sunday of course is busier than most days, so took I little bit to get our food, but WELL WORTH the WAIT!! Food was hot and delicious!! The Grand Slamich is a breakfast sandwich with Ham, crumbled bacon and Sausage. Adding onions to it and my hash browns just set the meal off! I came in this evening not too many people. Was very quiet. Good atmosphere. I had the double cheese burger with cheddar cheese on a whole wheat bun with lettuce tomato and red onion. Went here with my longtime friend to get some breakfast, and honestly, I was really impressed with the service. They were extremely busy, but we had several servers and hostesses communicate with us, promising and delivering service in "just a minute!" We were seated shortly, and although we had to wait a little while for our food, our server Dustin informed us that they were short one cook and that our food was coming up. In turn for our patience, he gave us both free drinks. I was grateful for the great communication, and the new crepes on the menu were yummy. I guess my thought would be if theres something your "out of" don't make the whole meal, serve it to the customer, and then when the customer asks where's the other stuff that is supposed to come on this...it's "the cook said we were out". Why not just tell the customer hey we're out of a few ingredients did you want to substitute or change? are you fine without, or did you wanna order something different? Not the greatest experience even by Denny's standards. Line was too long even though I saw open seats. When I was finally sat, waited for about 10 minutes before someone even approached me. When I say that I'm frustrated because of how long I waited, I'm frustrated because every other server either walked by me or looked at me (eye contact) and kept walking. When I tried to flag down the hostess, she just shrugged her shoulders at me. When my server (Melissa) finally did show up, she explained that she was making a milkshake. Melissa did ultimately salvage the experience, but she's the only one. I will say that the food wasn't too bad considering and it did come out way faster than I was expecting. Melissa turned out to be awesome, but everyone else really need to learn the meaning of teamwork. It's unlikely that I'll return to this particular Denny's anytime soon. read more

We went to this Dennys a little after 1:00 Pm on our way to the airport. just a quick lunch. Our food was wrong and our waitress blamed it on the kitchen. All she said was sorry. No offer to remake or try to make it right. We asked to see a manager. None ever came. In fact we didn't see a manager the entire time we were there which was about 40 minutes. How could a manager not be in the dining room during lunch. this restaurant is not very well run. At least not on this day. We actually left most of our lunch and got something at the airport. We went this morning for Sunday breakfast. As you can imagine the place was full when we arrived but they sat us right away. The hostess was gracious and our server came to our table right away to get our drink orders. It was a steady flow of people all during our stay there and yet our food was brought correctly and in a timely manner; everything was delicious. Our server was very nice. I had to make an Yelp account after reading some of the comments, it's 3 am in the morning and i decided to stop in and get breakfast before heading home. Mainly I expect service would be bad from other restaurants experiences at this time but this has to be the most friendliest , most interacting night crew I've been with. Even the guest were interacting with one another. I enjoyed my server "Adam" very much and how properly manner he is. The food was nice and hot, did not take a long time to be brought out to me! Just left this place and I would not give it a second look if I were in the area. It was fairly steady busy but nothing overwhelming...i was sat almost immediately and was served my coffee, Kelly G. was my server and promptly took my order, that was the extent of her availability. I was holding an empty coffee cup more than I was drinking it. I noticed the manager eyeing me a few times and he even offered once to refill. He was also the one to bring my order to me, Kelly never once checked on me to see how things were. I got up and got my own condiments from table next to me. When it came time to check out I searched for the manager to leave him the tip but he was nowhere to be seen...care to guess what Kelly got? Terrible experience. Just left after an hour long wait without any food. Understaffed, worst experience at a Denny's EVER. The server got our drink order and when they arrived she decided to tell us afterwards that there was a 30 minute wait for food. Tick tock....an hour later, still nothing. Most tables were in our situation as well. Screaming children, angry customers. Horrible. Still had to pay for our beverages that we didn't get to enjoy. What a waste of time. Will not be returning. Entered and were seated right away. Server came promptly and took our order. The food came out in good time. It was lukewarm. Nothing was hot. Scrambled eggs were dry, hash browns were good, bacon were 2 dried up pieces that tasted like soap. Pancakes were sort of burned on the edges and were lukewarm as well. Pretty disappointing. I remember when Denny's had the best breakfast in town and people would stand in line to eat there. But, don't bother now.
