The general manager for this place is completely rude. They must be short staffed cause he's running around like a crazy person. When he seats people he just darts off there's women with canes struggling to keep up he drops off the menus and darts off. The only reason I rated it 2 stars was because my server was a doll. Wouldn't even give this restaurant 1 star if I had a choice. Came here for breakfast, got seated right away but took almost 20 minutes just for a server to come over and greet us and take our drink order. She then proceeded to take our order, which when it came out, we watched it sit in the window for another 20 minutes before it was brought out to us almost ICE COLD. the bacon tasted like rubber and the sausage looked like painted cardboard. I refused to even touch the sausage. Absolutely horrible service. Not to mention, there was a table that was sat after us and got all their skillets before we did as we watched our food get even colder, all because the table was the same RACE as our waitress. The service was phenomenal and food was perfect the manager becky warned us that it would be a wait and it was no problem she was absolutely a perfect fit for a manager the kitchen was busy and she jumped in there and got tickets pushed out quick never had an empty drink either the servers were on there game non stop kicking but and they deserve 100 percent recognition read more

Went there the other night and was immediately seated. The waitress told us to wait one minute and she would be right with us. 20 minutes went by and no one came. We continued to sit, and the proceeded to ask for someone, but again no one came. There were 4 waiters standing doing nothing and ready to help us, but no one even seemed to care. We then got up and left, walking right past the waitress that seated us and the several other waiters and they said nothing, not even goodbye. Horrible service and I will never go back. Had a late dinner with my boyfriend after work. We got seated right away but the food took a while to get to us. The waitress was kind, if it wasn't for her, we probably wouldn't have paid. Food tasted bland but we were starving so we ate it anyway. Waited about 15 minutes for someone so we could pay. We could've easily walked out because they were just so inattentive. About 5 minutes after leaving the restaurant, we both started feeling sick, and my boyfriend pulled over to vomit. We both got food poisoning (both had the country fried steak skillet) and have had a terrible night since. Talked to manager and said he would get back to us. Staff is poor at this location. The guy seating this afternoon seemed in a hurry to seat us and get back to texting on his phone, which a few other employees were also doing. Not very professional. Our waitress was not much better as she never checked on us until we were finished eating, even though there were not many customers there at the time. I have no idea what she was doing during this time. Our appetizers and main course were also brought out at the same time, which should never happen. This is my favorite family restaurant but today it really disappointed me. It was just 3 people we got seated by a nice lady. Usually after that we are offered drinks but we didnt get any. We waited at least 30 minutes for SOMEONE to notice us. They walked to different people taking their orders. (Notice: they took the orders of people after us) we gave them chances. Last night a few friends and I went to get some late night breakfast. Upon entering we were told that it would be a 15-20 minute wait. That was no problem - we were seated in approx. 20 minutes - we were fine until we realized that they neglected to tell us that the 20 minute seating wait did not include the hour wait for the food. Not only were we the last people in our section to get our drinks (after being the first seated), but when our food arrived, it was cold. My order was wrong as well as my friends, I didn't say anything because I was afraid of waiting another long period for food. My toast that I ordered was clearly sitting out for a long time, uncut and only one slice was buttered. It was not a pleasant experience and we were only checked on twice.. very disappointed. read more

I normally don't complain about service at a Denny's, because let face it, it's a late night and I'm drunk and want something greasy kind of place. I draw the line when the server says it'll be 15 minutes for your food and then and hour and fifteen minutes later you still don't have food and the server has only been by once and it was to bring you your drinks. Only giving two stars becaus 8:20 at night, husband and I are here for a quick bite prior to seeing a movie. Now we missed the movie. This is ridiculous.They have a hostess who got drinks for us because our waitress was clearly overwhelmed, even though there were about three-four waitresses for around 8 tables. Denny's overall is alright I have been to several locations and each has been decent except this one. This one is terrible the service is always sooo slow. The food well simply put sucks. Horrible experience! First when we got in we signed up to wait, which understandable, however a couple came in after us and were seated right away. After saying something my husband and I were seated but at a booth where the vent above us dropped constantly onto our table. There we proceeded to wait approx an hour for our food whole being rather neglected (20 minute wait for even a refill on coffee) and approx an hour for our food. all in all do not recommend this Dennys for service or a good experience. read more

We went to this joint this past weekend after visiting a haunted house up North. We got here and the place was mildly crowded. We got serviced immediately but it took a while for the waitress to order our food. The food did take a while. My 2 friends got their meal first and I got mine like 5 minutes after them. it took a while for mine to be cooked because I got a skillet meal, I got annoyed because I ordered my eggs scrambled not sunny-side up like how they were served to me. The waitress seemed angry or something so I ended up eating my eggs sunnyside up instead of my order for scrambled eggs. It wasnt a great meal. Then the waitress asked us if we needed anything else but already had the bill in her hand like she wasn't expecting us to order anything. I mean we weren't anyway but still, it was almost like forcing us to pay our bill and not allowing us to order any more. It was an ok night. I don't live in the area so I don't think I'll ever come back to this Denny's location ever again, or at least for a looooooooooooooooooonnnng time!!!!! read more

I would advise everyone to steer clear from this place. I ordered pancakes whoch i thought would be pretty easy, but they finally arrived well after they should have and not great. I did have higher expectations for this place even though it's Denny's. I guess that's what I get for going to a place that has been overrun by the ones who don't speak English. read more

Came here with my cousin the lady that took our order was pretty old we ordered our food and I noticed how sloppy she was writing, when she went to punch it into the computer she asked us about 3 times to verify our order, I'm guessing she couldn't understand what she had written.. Once we got our food my order was wrong I ordered chicken strips and 2 sides of seasoned fries, first of I got 1 side of REGULAR fries so they took it back once I got my new order they literally only gave me 2 chicken strips and the rest of the plate was full of fries. I was so annoyed but I didn't even bother to correct them again. My cousin ordered a club sandwich, they gave her a "California club sandwich" we wouldn't have noticed if it hadn't been for the sauce on it, since it didn't have mayonnaise and she loves it, we asked our server what it was and then told her we wanted a club sandwich with mayo... They came back with her plate it was still a California sandwich just with mayo.. We didn't say anything... We still got charged but whatever right.? I'm giving this 2 stars only because of the server that eventually took over our table, Maria, she was the nicest and tried to satisfy us which is great!
