If I could've given them a negative star I would've. My family and I ordered takeout breakfast on a Friday morning. One of the entries we ordered was pancakes and soft bacon only. Well what we received was pancakes, sausages, and burnt bacon. I spoked with the manager, Kent. He offered for us to come back to get "the soft bacon." Yep, come back to get the soft bacon only. Um sir I'm not if you thought about gas prices, thought about the extra miles we have to drive, and thought about extra time out our day we have to spend to come back there just to get soft bacon. I explained we will not come back just for that. He needs to offer some type of compensation for the inconvenience, which he declined. My family and I definitely won't come back to Denny's with these type of employees. read more

I ordered one meal and paid for two. the meal I was provided all the sausages were not cooked. Also this location was under staffed and having difficulty dealing with to go orders. One of the employees was crying after a customer complained and was given the wrong meal. DINE IN ONLY may have worked best for this location. This Dennys is located on 192 (Irlo Bronson) just west of Sherbeth Rd. This is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat. It can be busy during high seasons. The staff has always been friendly and attentive and most of the time the food comes out quickly. On a recent visit after being assured that no actually Hobbits would be harmed, I tried the Hobbit Hole breakfast. It was two cheddar biscuits with a hole cut in the center and a fried egg in each. The biscuits were light and flaky and it is served with hash browns covered in bacon and shredded cheese. It was delicious! Those Hobbits really know how to eat! The bathrooms are always clean, but one warning. This is in a tourist area, so bring a hoodie. It always seems like it is 62 degrees inside. It also sells a limited selection of wine and beer. My family and I will go here after a long day at the park. The food is pretty good and the service is nice. Whenever we have gotten take out they always get our order right and always give us plenty of napkins, condiments and the portions are pretty filling. Whenever we eat in service is a bit slower at night but not so much to the point where I want to get up and leave. This place def beats eating mcdonalds and will cost about the same. This review is for service alone. Nicole was our server and she is THE best server I've had! She was attentive right from the beginning. We were waiting for a table after a long day at DisneyWorld and we already were losing our patience since no one really acknowledged us. She came out and took us to a table where the other servers were saying "no, don't seat them there", but she said she would personally take care of us. And the kicker is, she did take care of us! She brought our drink orders right away, even apologizing for the different sized cups and promised she'd be back with refills. Then she took our food orders. Checked up with us to make sure everything was all right along with refills of hot chocolate. When we were ready to go, she brought us to go containers with a bag with all the utensils we might need for our leftovers AND even offered us hot chocolate to go. She was really awesome! We went in tired and with intention of getting a light dinner. Well well. Well. Not a good place to choose. 2 families waiting to b seated and the staff just kept walking by. They had about 5 tables there. We finally were sat down. Already not friendly. Sat to a table with remnants of last family there. Some of it was covered by the new paper placemat. Then the good old menu wouldn't open. It was stuck together by something. I about got sick and I looked around how the staff was handling the other tables. Horrible customer service! When we first got here we tried to open the door and a customer held the door shut. He let go after a second and told us they were closed. I turned to talk to the rest of my party and he just kept saying they were closed. So we walked out to the parking lot and were standing there deciding what to do when the same customer came outside and said "he said you can come in" then he stormed off to his car. We go inside and asked the hostess if they are accepting orders to go and she said yes but it may take a while. She was very nice which is the ONLY reason I gave this two stars instead of one. Then a waiter comes over to us and asks if we are ordering to go we said yes. He then asked if we had been told it would take awhile and we said yes, we understand. He continues to say it's gonna take a while because they are going to serve everyone waiting to be seated first then take our order because everyone there had been waiting for 30 minutes, I'm sure some people were there that long but some had walked in and placed their names after we had come in to be helped. They did not tell the people that came in after it was going to be awhile only us. I'm not sure why the fact we wanted to order to go warranted being made to feel like we were unwanted. After all the years that this location has been serving visitors, you would have thought they would have learned customer service. There is little friendship, just blank looks at visitors who are truly happy, nay joyous, to be there. Yet all you get are surly looks and you are expected to pay a gratuity when they have not earned anything to be grateful for. Location - great. Food - it's Dennys, it works. Service - atrocious (truly atrocious). Again, as with so many American restaurant locations, if you don't want to do this job properly - go do something else and make way for somebody who cares. Large parties are very difficult to manage however a restaurants host should be able to assist in that event. The current host should not be a host. The guy just went out of order, spoke soft or was completely quiet and clearly did not manage the flow of people. Tables were empty and available yet didn't make an attempt to seat us. Once confronted to management, management was not understanding either. Not the best service. read more

I love this dennys! I don't usually come to dennys because there usually gross but this one is top notch! Our server mike was very attentive and seemed to genuinely care about our food allergies. The manager was great as well. I definitely recommend mike as a server if you want someone to go the extra mile and provide above and beyond service. The food was spectacular read more

Worst experience of my life. Stopped by there to eat at about 1145pm after a concert and it was horrible. Rap music blasting so loud that it was difficult to even carry a conversation at our table. As soon as I approached Denny's, there was a nice lady who kindly showed us to our table and took our orders Right after that, there was another kind lady who was a Twister (person who creates balloon animals) and she was great at making art! She made balloon animals for all of us - I got the Hulk Now the food--it was splendid! Everything was great, my order came on time and it tasted AMAZING! The pancakes, the eggs, the hash browns, chocolate milk - everything was great and it filled us up! The place was very organized and everyone was kind! I would strongly recommend everyone to visit this Denny's...They will not disappoint you Denny's has earned their 5/5 stars for being organized, excellent customer service and it was cheap as well! This spot was very clean and kind to us. Originally we were looking for something small like a house salad and destiny convinced us to add prime rib because meat was tender an delicious. At first we didn't think it be as great as she told us but ooh my god was it amazing taste. We were glad we took her recommendation. In addition, at the time we saw people at entrance and management was giving them mask we thought that was a nice gesture. The reason for that being is because across some stores are selling masks to come in to the location for businesses an here they were giving them. Exceptional service in and out from the moment I called in for take-out. I believe it was manager Shaudriah O who took my order over the phone. She knew exactly what I was coming in for as soon as I walked into the restaurant. She even reiterated my order in detail to the person bagging my order and made sure everything was as I requested. This is rare customer service in this day in age. I only regret not dining in at this location.
