Worst service ever. There are like only four occupied tables on the restaurant. So you would think the service would be somewhat ok. But no we have been waiting for everything for like going on 45minutes. I haven't had water in a half hour, my wife had to go up to the kitchen to find out where our waitress went when we thought she was getting the ranch dressing and my sons English muffin all to no avail. We are still here an hour later no water no check and three waiters serving now four occupied tables. Wanna get up and go but we will wait until we eventually see someone that works here. Surprising we usually have a great experience at Denny's. I suppose they all aren't the same. Manager came over after my wife got up and asked for help gave us a 20% discount. So that was nice. I've been coming to this place a couple of times for the past 10 years and had some positive and negative experiences, the most recent one was good. First off, the food has never been a disappointment. They do a great job! One thing I would advise is for them and you to check to make sure everything you ordered is in the bag when you go the takeout route. Seems there's always something missing, so just be aware. Thought we would give the Denny's at our hotel a try and not impressed. We went about 4 pm on a Saturday, maybe 4 tables seated, waitress took a very long time bringing drinks. Then we got the food,it was okay, actually it was good for a Denny's. The reason for the 2 stars... the restaurant had a bad smell walking in and the service was just horrible. Stopped to fuel up on carbs before heading out to Death Valley National Park. Open 24 Hours and at 4:50am not very busy. Took a long time for our waiter to take the order which was crazy because only a handful of people in the restaurant. Tea and coffee arrived quickly. Breakfast took for ever. We always eat here when we stay at Tahiti Village. Also we enjoy the Denney's here at home (Lacey, WA). We had the most amazing waitress named Ana. Because of her amazing skills we ate here a lot more than we originally planned. I have to say this Denney's is the BEST one we have ever been to. It's busy but you are seated quickly, Ana would take our order & we would get it within a few minutes. She always remembered what we wanted to drink etc. I very rarely ever asked to talk to a manager, but I did talk to hers to let him know how she is over-the-top 110% Best Server Ever! Visited twice while in Vegas. Completely different experiences. Breakfast 8 am - 5 stars. 2 of us. Was seated right away and brought our coffee right away. Waitress was very nice and helpful and attentive. Food was good. Pancakes n eggs. Lunch 3:30 pm - 2.5 stars. Alone. Was seated right away but waited forever for water, maybe 20-30 min. Then waited 30-45 min for my meal. My water was empty when she brought me meal, she said she'd bring me more water but never did. I asked for the bill when I was done and a to go cup with water. The waitress was very apologetic for the delays. There were only 2 waitresses for the whole place and they were cashiers too. I felt sorry for them. But I didn't get out of there til 5, which was pretty bad. read more

Returning almost back to normal after covid-19, Our family decided to take a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas, were from LA. So we packed our bags and all our 5 children. Anytime traveling with children is a hassle all together, but well worth it. I had come through Vegas to this Dennys with my band and our tour package, of which was a large group of people. Our waitress was new to the store and she was still learning the process of her job. Her name is Retno. She had let us know she was new, as well as her co-workers. She did very well! We are all very understanding that she is new. At the end of the meal, Laurie was helping Retno to divide the bills amongst us. She was very rude and angry towards her new coworker. Rather than helping her to understand, she had been very assertive. Using phrases like "I'm going to lose it." Laurie was not rude to us, just to her co-worker. Had breakfast there this morning. It's a pretty busy place, we didn't mind waiting. We had a great waiter, i wish I caught his name. The person who came to bring the food passed hot food plates over several of us instead of going to the other side of the table, she handed me a very hot plate without even giving any consideration to how hot the plate was. As we were wrapping up our meal, I notice another waitress with orange hair bringing her table their food. She carried the food at her shoulder level and her hair was in the food, literally sitting on the plate of pancakes. I was so horrified. This place never disappoints me. We come to visit Tahiti Village once a year and we have breakfast here at Denney's for Breakfast every morning. We had Ana as our waitress and she was the best every morning. She was very courteous and went over and beyond to make our visit friendly and happy! She brought us glasses of water without asking and napkins. She was super funny. Just made our morning start off happy every day. We couldn't wait to see Ana for breakfast the next day. This is by far the best Denney's food I have ever eaten. I have eaten at other Denney's but this is the best from all over!! We look forward to it every year! I went to this Denny's with a group of friends. It was very busy in the restaurant so the service was a bit slow of course. I ordered the grand slamwich and it was about average but not bad either. Our server was still able to accommodate us though it was very busy in the restaurant. They screwed up our bill but took care of that for us. This is by far the most horrible Denny's I've ever been to in my life!! The night manager referring to people as "black lady" etc, yelling randomly at customers as they come in, just being flat out rude to everyone including the employees. She told an employee if he has Tourette's because he messed something up on the register. If I could give it no stars I would. Night manager needs to be fired immediately. We ordered from Denny's tonight. We ordered from the grocery menu and got some great deals! They packaged everything beautifully and it was delivered for free by DoorDash. We got t-bone steaks sirloin steaks and my favorite sourdough bread. We also got a great deal on the chicken breasts. And my husband's favorite sausages. They did a great job they told me their names at the restaurant but I forgot.. but they were working tonight around 11:00 p.m. I just want to thank them for such a great delivery and wonderful prices on something that's going to help my husband and I do this time. I love the fact that the steaks are individually wrapped that makes it so easy for us :-) Thank you Denny's! We miss you but at least we can have some of your food until we can go there again. The wait to get seated wasn't bad as it was busy, 10 minutes. Once sat down that's a whole different story. Got our drink order right away but we didn't receive our drinks for another 10 minutes. Took our order and we had an appetizer and it ended up coming with our meal. Frustrating. Then I was supposed to have seasoned fries. I never got them the whole time we sat and ate. Good didn't taste that great. Our water cut had leftover cheese goo on the bottom of it, had to ask for another cup. Never got drink refills the whole time sitting. We were thirsty but just wanted to get outta there at this point. So overall don't go when busy!!
