First Star rating for our waitress, should of wrote this review as I was leaving that night,I don't remember her name...very pleasant from the moment we walked in,always checking on us and as we left. Meet up with one of my closest friends and his food was picture perfect. He said it tasted really good (breakfast sandwich egg, turkey with cheese on sourdough) that was the second Star. My order: seasoned fries, burnt tasted dry yet crispy, haha, with ketchup kinda edible ... well for me because I was starving hadn't eaten all day..then my chicken tenders came out burnt worse than the fries, funny cause waitress said they still sizzling when she place them down...(in my head I asked for the manager asked the two items be taken off the check ask for a to-go box for my friend and leave) Ordered a side a bacon, asking the waitress to asking not to be cooked too crispy, like these chicken fingers,and the two slices of bacon served to me were slightly under cooked. I can't believe that this location only has a 2 1/2 star rating! It's clean and nice. The service was wonderful. Our server Kelli was super cheerful, happy as a peach! If I could give the night staff a 0 I would. Day staff is amazing but for some reason the night shift was just not at that level. They had us seat ourselves and never gave us silverware .. mine the other ONLY person sitting here had his food served and no silverware. He had to get up and go find it himself. He complained about his food being cold and they warmed it up in the microwave. Like really?! A microwave . SMH . We finally got our food and the t bone steak my husband got wasn't even edible. Came to Denny's for dinner on Friday and Jessica helped us again. The good service is why I chose to come here instead of a different diner. Tonight there were lots of people dining in, but we all got seated quickly and everyone was getting their food. Jessica got all the details of our orders correct as usual. OMG! I ordered the buffalo chicken breast sandwich. It was horrible. Chicken was like rubber, tasted like if I was eating fake chicken. I don't know who the manager was at 11:00 am today, Sunday, but we never saw him or her. Wait staff was working very hard to keep customers happy while we waited for excess of an hour to receive our entrées. One waitress actually made the excuse that they are very busy on Saturdays and Sundays and lots of to go orders. So, the manager should adjust his staff to accommodate. I wish Tables covered with dishes waiting for Bussers that were nonexistent. People waiting for their food stood up and left. They need help! read more

Server Africa W. greeted my friend and I promptly as we entered the restaurant, and offered us a table or booth. We choose a booth. Drinks were promptly ordered and delivered. Meal ordered and took about 15 min to arrive- but there was only one cook and quite a few to-go orders. The food arrived as ordered, hot, and tasty. Our server checked back with us and was both polite and courteous. This was my first time at any Denny's location in years, and it was a positive experience. Stopped in to try them out on Sunday evening st 6pm, pretty slow, they immediately sat us with menus and then nothing for ten minutes, I asked some big guy if we had a server, he said in just a minute, more time went by and he was at the cash register. After a long night Denny's was a welcome sight! Our waitress Gina was awesome. She greeted us with a smile and the food was great.

We stopped for breakfast during the rodeo. Faster than the casino and well appointed. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Blueberry pancakes, eggs bacon with individual requests considered and topped off with coffee and tea. Creative order placement by the staff saved us $'s and that was appreciated. Wanted breakfast and my roommate and I were dicing, his choice, he chose Dennys and this new one just opened down the road so we thought we'd give it a shot. There were cars everywhere so we thought for sure there would be a wait, especially for a booth but we got in right away, It was super busy inside though. Clean, comfortable and our waiter was good, Ryan was his name, my only complaint would probably be that it took almost 25 mins to get our food and he laid the reciept on the table before we finished, Im old school, I dont think you should ever bring it out till You A. Ask if we want anything else and B. We are done eating. But...The food and service was otherwise GREAT. The die made me try Cold brew coffee which I had with cream and it was delicious, first time trying this item and I asked Ryan questions and he answered them and was patient and then I had the chorizo skillet and asked for mushrooms to be removed as I am HIGHLY allergic to those and that was not an issue. My roommate ordered the all American slam and he liked it and also an iced tea which was what the die forced him to get but he liked it just fine. My boyfriend and I went to this Denny's for a late breakfast and ended up having service that was comparable to that of a 5 star restaurant. Ty was hands down one of the most incredible and attentive servers I have ever had! He also makes a really good mimosa. And as we were leaving I got a chance to meet the manager Michael, who was so nice! I would definitely recommend eating here... and be sure to ask to be seated in Ty's section if he's working! read more

Came here twice by myself and both times were a disappointment. Both times the place was empty and someone was at the drawer but took them forever to seat me. Staff walked past me at least five times with plenty of clean empty tables available just too busy doing something else than to acknowledge that I was there. The service both times have been EXTREMELY slow I would understand if it was busy but the restaurant was basically empty. I will not be giving this place another chance. We had an odd experience, and I am having one now like I wrote this bfore and did not enter it or it got deleted. our food was quite late and we were headed to an event. the waitress noticed this and tried to hurry it up and boxed stuff to go and threw in two free cheese cake slices. The crew here was highly discriminatory and racist, we were poorly served and they were rude and disrespectful. We didn't even eat here because the first 10 minutes was the worst customer service I've came into to contact with, if I could I would've given them 0 stars!!!! We walked in the tables were dirty and we asked them to clean them and they sucked their teeth with an attitude at the request, we asked to be moved tables because there was not enough space for the whole party and there was a problem with that. Visited the Denney's on So. Las Vegas Blvd for breakfast, and it was busy. We were so surprised at the service this team of employees provided. Our coffee was on the table just a few short minutes after we were seated. The team worked together and it made a difference. We had no less than 5 employees service our table. One took the order, another delivered the order, another offered more coffee, another refilled the water glass, and so on. The manager cleaned tables and still found time to bring water. The amazing thing was they were all personable and smiling. They all made you feel they were happy you were there, and they were happy to serve you. We were about to leave when the General Manager came by to speak and offer more coffee, which I initially refused, but her pleasant attitude convinced me to take at least a half cup! I don't usually write reviews, but we were so impressed with this team of employees, I was compelled to. Thanks so much for the experience. read more
