    Crispy chicken sandwich
    William D.

3.5 stars if I could give half stars. Our sandwiches were great and the fries were solid. Only issue is they ran out of onion rings. This isn't the first time they ran out of popular items. Service was great but the poor worker was all alone. He had about 7 tables and took care of online pickups. Not sure why Denny's sets their servers up to fail.

Went here with my kids and husband after a night out and didn't expect much but we had a good time! Food and service A+. Love how they made my steak and potatos. Hubby enjoyed his burger and kiddos love the staple milk shakes.

Both of the grand slams that I ordered tasted good/freshly made and was still nice and warm upon pick up. The customer service was fine when I arrived to pick up my to-go-order as well. But I didn't realize it until I arrived at my destination that I received NO condiments whatsoever. NO catchup for the hash browns NO syrup for all of the pancakes, which was extremely annoying because let's face it some meals are made to eat with condiments. Huge example, PANCAKES WITH SYRUP! Furthermore, they didn't give me any eating utensils at all, which was even more so annoying. So now I'm faced with two choices. I can either.... (A): Eat my dry (non-condiment covered) food with my bare hands like a savage... or (B): Wait to get home and use silverware like most proper people in civilize society. Fortunately, for me, I am an extremely proactive type of individual, so I ultimately discovered an individually packaged plastic fork in the glove compartment of my car. which saved me from being hangry (hungry & angry) all afternoon and made my lunchtime actually possible. This situation was caused by human error/a slight oversight, which granted was a nuisance, but still understandable. Hence the deduction of one star as opposed to two or three stars. I will, however, personally take on the responsibility of checking my bags to make sure staff members have packaged my to-go-orders properly, henceforth.

The lady Zenayda was really nice and welcoming. The food was also great plus it was nice and calming in the early morning.

Opposite of what I ordered. Terrible service.

I went into this Denny's to get breakfast. I ordered the Everyday Slam, I asked for eggs scrambled soft, bacon soft. I got eggs scrambled hard and bacon so hard it hurt my teeth. Horrible service. i could NOT eat the bacon at all.

I had 1.5 hours to spare waiting on my oil change and walked over here for breakfast. I'm not a Denny's type of gal, but desperate times... I got the fit slam and it was decent. I don't eat meat, so I was able to replace the bacon with hash browns. The service was above average. I was greeted & seated immediately by a manager. Server was quick to take my order & food came out without much delay. The server was not attentive, which was fine with me because I was working. Needy patrons might not like that. Picture attached was taken to prove to my husband I actually went to a Denny's on my own will.

Wow! What a great night! Special thanks to Mario, our server, Carlos, our host, and Rubin, our cook. Celebrated a kid's birthday here the other night expecting just a chill dinner and ended up enjoying a fantastic meal and wonderful service. Honestly, one of the best omelettes I've had in a long time. I ordered the veggie omelette and the vegetables were grilled to perfection. Also enjoyed some great iced tea and this awesome apple dessert. Mario took such great care of all of us, and made everyone feel like we were right at home. Can't wait to satisfy that breakfast-for-dinner craving again soon! Thanks everyone!

Oven-Baked Lasagna The cheese on top was way over baked. Hard to even cut with a knife. The edges were so crispy, the noodles got hard. I guess I am to blame here, ordering lasagna from Dennys... but I had faith in them that they could do it! It was okay. Obviously I just ate around the flaws.... That's the good part of this review.... The boneless wings were so over fried. The outside was so crispy but not in a yummy crunchy way, but like a burnt batter that just crumbles in your mouth. Idk how they even failed so badly at these wings.... But again, I should have just ordered moons over my hammy and French toast.

I was greeted by a friendly hostess when I walked in, and my waiter Ramsees (I think that's how you spell his name) was even better. He was welcoming, attentive, and took the time to give me some recommendations since it was my first visit. I ended up ordering a classic breakfast. Overall, it was very good. The eggs were a little greasy for my taste, and the pancakes were definitely on the sweet side--but to be fair, they are called sweet cream pancakes! What really stood out was the service. The gentleman sitting next to me seemed unhappy with absolutely everything and somehow made it all the waiter's fault. We never know what someone else is going through, but it certainly wasn't the server's fault that he had a bad day. Despite that, my waiter remained professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire interaction. I felt bad for him, but he handled the situation incredibly well. Thankfully, he mentioned it was his Friday and he had a couple of days off coming up. He definitely earned them! This review is really to recognize him for doing such a great job. Excellent customer service, a positive attitude, and professionalism even under pressure. I'll definitely be back.

Coffee was nice and hot, a little stronger than other breakfast spots but that's a good thing. The cinnamon roll was amazing, probably the best one I've ever had. It's very soft, cinnamon flavor is there not overpowering and the glaze was perfect. Paired very well with the coffee. The blueberry pancakes were delicious I didn't need syrup to top it off. The blueberry jam, whipped cream and butter was enough. Not too big and thick of a pancake. Eggs were cooked perfectly over-medium, hash browns were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sausage patties were good, similar to jimmy deans. A little bit on the pricey side considering there's a good amount of competition in Vegas for this style of dining experience but I'll be coming back for sure. Definitely worth paying a little more for better taste, quality, just overall a great experience.

It was easy to get to, and although it was very busy inside, we were seated right away. The service was decent, but it felt like they're used to a very fast breakfast turnover. There wasn't much of a personal touch, but everyone was efficient. The restaurant itself was clean and surprisingly spacious. Now for the food. I'm just being honest with my experience. The pancakes were the biggest disappointment. They were tough, almost like the batter had been overmixed. I could barely cut into them without feeling like my plate was going to slide across the table. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were all pretty average, nothing really stood out. The Eggs Benedict was also just average. Don't get me wrong, the food wasn't bad. It just wasn't memorable, and those pancakes definitely missed the mark. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick breakfast stop, it'll do the job. But based on this visit, I don't think I'd come back.

I was stoked to see a solid lunch special selection. We immediately ordered the deviled eggs appetizer, a Blonde Ale for my husband, and a Lambic style apricot beer for me. For food, we decided on the buttermilk chicken sandwich with fries, the chicken bahn mi with the house made chips, and a slice of mango pomelo cheesecake for the road. I was annoyed as I kept having to talk to the event lady to change the amount of girls and she was not very responsive. It would be days and i would double text, call, e-mail etc. She would finally respond a week or two later, then when i had to change it down to 14, she stopped responding. And again calling, voicemails, e-mails, texting. I was getting a bit frustrated and felt like i was being a pest. Finally the VIP responded saying she went out for a family emergency and he could help me. He was very responsive, within a day! Much better. We got the set hungry wold menu which is $145 a person and a welcome cocktail for $14 a person. We just sat down and the server was giving everyone our welcome cocktail and she spills the last drink all over the bride and a little on me. But mostly on the bride and her hair that we just got done at the salon prior to dinner. I know she felt terrible. And it was human error/accident. Multiple staff came quickly with towels and she apologized like 20x. My bestie was a bit upset as she just got her hair done and some of the drink got onto her LV bag as well. Luckily, it was a light drink, so no stain on her white dress. But she back and shoulder was soaked and sticky. The server was mortified and asked if she can get her a drink on the house, but at the time my friend did not feel like drinking, she was just upset and frustrated at the situation. She did end up bringing some henessy out for her but she did not drink much of it. And at the end, she gave the whole table a shot as well. However, everyone was pretty full from the yummy food that they couldnt drink it. My other friend and I ended up drinking like 4 each. Did not want to go to waste. I think maybe the restaurant should have comp'd the bride's meal off or even $50 off or something for this accident since the shots were not really used well by the crowd. Now onto the food, that part 5 stars!! The shellfish charcuterie was so good. It had fresh oysters that were decent size. A good amount of lobster that tasted bomb! And some crab dip. I also enjoyed the oxtail hummus. Main course was either new york strip or fish. A couple of girls said the steak was medium rare and they like theirs more cooked and the server never asked them how they want it done. Everyone just had it medium rare. As for my fish, i loved it. it was crispy outside, flaky inside. The pommes puree potato was so buttery and soft. Loved it! There was so much food. We ended up eating it as left overs in our big airbnb the next day. We were so full after. Yummy!

We both had fish and chips on our brains, and I know Flowing Tide in the north has yummy fish and chips, so I was hoping this Vegas location would too. This location was easy to find, Vegas is so easy to get around, everything is all laid out on a grid, with big throughfares every one mile. We just got on Trop as the locals call it, till we got to Decater and go a little bit and there we are. The place is open 24 hrs. like a lot of things in Vegas. Parking is easy and we go right in. Looking at the menu, I see prices are higher by a few bucks per item and I see more upscale items on the menu that we don't have in the north, like crab cakes! I saw the fish and chips, so that's what we got. I really don't care for coleslaw in general, so I got mine with double fries instead and my friend likes coleslaw and is cutting carbs, so she got double coleslaw and no fries. The order comes with 4 nice pieces of crispy deep fried fish, along with malt vinegar of course. The fish was super hot and tasty seasoned at the table with salt and malt vinegar. I was taught that was the British way to do fish and chips, tarter and catsup is the American way! If I'm down here in Vegas again, I'll have to give some of these more upscale items a try, unless Flowing Tide decides to bring them to Reno locations.
