Went to brunch at this location on Sunday and it was a pleasant experience. Yolanda was so sweet and quickly took our orders, personalized our meals and got our food to us fast. Went in on a Saturday and online said it was busy but it was not busy at all. We were sested right away. The dining room is clean and spacious. The bar area has a nice ice cream shop/vintage feel. They have a cool serving robot that was fun to watch. Our food came out quickly and the steak was very delicious with minimal fat. We will be returning soon! read more

Have not been to Dennys in many years and had super low expectations. It was late night and my boys were starving after the gym. Kevin was our server and he had many tables was all alone with taking orders, register, serving food. He was absolutely outstanding! Not only was he super attentive, suggesting food, smiling, working as fast as he could, friendly, genuine, and much better service than very expensive local steakhouses I recently visited. My young teenage boys even took notice and suggested me to give him a maximum tip. The cook on duty was also excellent and we were very impressed. Came to this location after having a bad experience at a different location and was impressed. From Jamal who greeted us to the manager Daniel. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Food was great and made very well and the waiting time was short. cashier and manager on duty 3/16/25 did not honor my aarp discount despite ordering a regular priced meal with a value meal. they also said they cannot separate the bill ??? this is not my first time eating in a restaurant and the manager won't just go an extra mile, they definitely need customer service 101. very disappointed. read more

Food was fantastic as always. Service was terrible to say the least. Server took our order, never came back. The manager served the food with the robot. Manager also refilled our drinks, spilled the water on our table so I had to use my napkin to wipe dry. Replacement napkins never came. Bill didn't even come, had to walk to the front desk and ask for the bill for us to pay. I would have given 1 star if not for the good food and the sympathetic hostess. read more

Wow. Just wow. Husband has a test in eight hours. We come here to study - there are outlets and nice diner chairs. But also booths (no outlets) there, very cozy. Our server, Aletha, was beyond amazing. She was sweet, she was patient, she explained things when my 4AM brain is tired. So when she brought out the chicken wings I ordered, they were actually sizzling fresh. It was amazing to wait for them to cool - I had ordered a side of fries and played with them in barbecue sauce. Everything was good. Had a bite of husband's pancakes and it was good too. Overall would recommend, and look out for Aletha! she's the best one to help you out there. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Today is the last time we will be visiting this Dennys location. We've been here SEVERAL I mean like 20-40 times in the past as we live down the road. First, it took almost 10mins to get drinks. We were ready to order so we did. Secondly. My burger came back wrong twice. The server who handled it well apologized, said he wrote the wrong cheese down took the blame and reordered it with the other missing item. When it came back again missing onion, he apologized and brought some to the table.. the server wasn't the issue. When we tried to pay and leave, us and another table was standing at the checkout counter waiting to pay and leave. We had to ASK to pay (by yelling in the store "hey can we get some help up here?") after 3 workers looked our way and kept cleaning/working instead of coming up to take care of the patrons trying to leave, and the MANAGER comes over pissed, and goes "is it really that serious?" My husband replied "are you going to allow me to pay for my food and leave?" And he was talking loudly but not loud enough for her to THEN THREATEN to call Metro on us. Then, after paying, and keep in mind we can SEE the screen say approved, my husband went the grab the door for me and she yells "IT DIDNT GO THROUGH!" But as soon as he responds to check again she reverts and says it cleared.. Like really? If you want patrons. And you want us to pay our bill, don't make us wait 10 minutes to pay, while you're sitting in the corner of the restaurant not going a dang thing to help JUST to come over and threaten the police of the people PAYING to eat here. Never again will we give this location our money, we will be going to the one on Sahara closer to the strip since we've NEVER had one issue with service, or food. I suggest others do the same. Yalls manager might be the issue here. read more
