I came here this morning for the free Veterans Day Breakfast . I served in the Army for 4 years and the Air Force Reserve for 6 years . Of course when I got there , there were several people waiting outside and the hostess inside would take your name . As I was waiting , I noticed a few people got seated before me that came after me . I waited a few more minutes and just before I approached the hostess , she noticed me and was like oops , he's next . I sat at the counter and I was helped right away . The waiter asked if I was a Veteran , which of course I had my Army hat on , so yes I am . He told me the breakfast was the Grand Slam with eggs , bacon , sausage , and pancakes . Actually the promotion was supposed to be a build your own Grand Slam , which I would have chosen Ham as my meat instead , but I wasn't gonna argue over a free breakfast . I got coffee to go with it . I was served pretty quickly and my scrambled eggs were cooked properly and fluffy . One of my pancakes could have cooked a little longer , but the other one was perfect . The bacon was not overcooked , I'm not one for crispy bacon so that was good . The sausage was bland . The waiter came by and topped off my coffee twice , which was good service . I have been here a few times with my son and this is a much better location than the one on Tropicana in the Wild Wild West Casino . I like the 50's decorations there , but they cheat you on the eggs , like one egg instead of 2 and I got grits there 2 different times and the bowl was tiny like would hold 4 or 5 spoons of grits . Come on grits are cheap . The bowl was like something you would put ranch in to dip your chicken fingers . The location on Tropicana and Decatur is good also , but usually the Air Conditioning there is freezing . So we usually don't go there either . We also like to go to other places for breakfast together . Nice to relax and talk and spend time together . Not so much now with the Covid restrictions . read more

Came here with my brother for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The restaurant was fairly empty when we arrived, put our order in and my brother got his burger within 15 minutes of ordering. 30 minutes later the server told me my food was "almost ready" fast forward another 20 minutes she told me my order was skipped. By the time my food was brought out to me my brother had finished his burger, to top it all off my eggs were cold. At that point I asked for my order to go and left. The server gave us a $10 discount but unfortunately that doesn't fix the issue of me not being able to enjoy a quick breakfast with my brother. read more

Service was bad order was rong,server wanted to argue about what came with the order. Then the shift supervisor came to the table to argue also. I ask for a menu to prove my point. The supervisor read the menu on the way back to the table. Then stated your correct I'm tripping. Foood was cold and still not correct the second time it was brought to the table. The resturant was empty. Only 3 other tables occupied. 2 of those had coffee and left because the server could not get there order corect. read more

The service is always impeccable shout out to Ms Monica who even when it is busy, she never loses her kindness and smile!!!! I had went here last week on Tuesday. My husband reminded me to make a review about this place. We waited quite some time until we were sat down. The food was great and the waitress was amazing. This is for 7341 W Lake Mead Blvd store. 1/6/24. Ordered online, Cali club sandwich and fries and a Flamin 5 Pepper Burger combo. I arrived 10 minutes after ordering. Order was already on the shelf for pickup. Fries were cold on both Cali Club Sandwich, half a piece of bacon on it. See pic. Almost zero pepper mayo or whatever dressing they were supposed to put on the burger. Think we will stick with ordering in instead of online. Also, who am I tipping? I came in with my two boys 11 & 2. We weren't greeted by our server for a while and then a girl (Dili) came and said she was our server after a guy had said he was going to be our server. Dili the server took our drinks and left to take more orders. I waited for our drinks and our drinks weren't brought to us in a timely manner so I asked the manager to please get us our drinks since our server was busy. He prepped the drinks and send the server to take them to us. We waited for our food until I seen there was no more orders on the screen to ask the manager about our food. Everyone else who came after us got their food. I asked the manager why our food wasn't out and people who came before me already have their food and he had the audacity to say it all depends on the way the server put the food in and I said I know but I watched her put our order in and then take everyone else's food. He walked back checked the screen had some under the breath convo with my server and the server brought our food (cold) and I explained to her the kids food should of came out first since they're kids and she said "I know, I have kids at home" that doesn't help in anyway shape or form. Not once have they checked on our table again. It wasn't until I seen a piece of ham in my hash browns and a piece of plastic in my sons Mac and cheese. The manager said ham in my hash browns are possibly since they cook everything in the grill. And the Mac and cheese.....? No excuses. The service, management and establishment; I give it a 1 out of 5. Most definitely not coming back. I understand when a restaurant is busy but I've seen busy restaurants and this is a small dennys. read more

I eat at Dennys pretty every now and again. The food is decent and the price is good. I just went to this location today and the food they served me was disgusting.
