We come here every week and even with dennys standards this server was absolutely disgusting. He wasn't wearing any Dennys shirt or work clothes. His hoodie looks like it had puke in the front of it and his pants were the same. There was a table with workers purses and stuff on it and it was a mess. The food is usually pretty good. Walking into this restaurant was like walking into the Twilight Zone! When my hubby and I set foot in the door there was another family sitting on the bench to the immediate left, so we were standing there waiting. The host quickly reprimanded us and said "You have to sit there first in order to be seated". Ummm, kinda hard to do when someone is already sitting there, chief. The family that was sitting there was quickly whisked off to their seats so we did what we were told and sat on the bench for literally a minute while the host reintroduced himself and asked us how many people were in our party. We felt like we were about to be initiated into some strange Cult. Like the Kool-aid would arrive at any moment and they'd bring in the reinforcements to see that we drank it! Like it was a mandatory passage for our butts to touch the bench in order to gain access to the dimly lit dining area. Out host hastily guided us to our seats, which was a booth. When I looked down at the carpet it was dirty. You could SEE the filth. And the STENCH in that place! It's unbelievable how others were able to tolerate it and eat in there! My hubby and I looked at each other and said "Nope!" We promptly left the scene of what was once a reality nice place to eat. What a disgrace that restaurant has become! My wife and I stopped in here today and ordered the steak and eggs with a side salad. The eggs were perfect, the steaks we ordered as medium rare and they were juicy and perfectly cooked. The blue cheese salad dressing was thick and creamy, not the watered down version you get in a lot of places. The service was great and the owner even stopped by to chat. The restaurant reminded me of Denny's as I remember it from the 60s when they were a mainstream restaurant. The restroom is clean and well maintained and the restaurant is well maintained with no sign of worn seat covers or damaged tables. You have to give this place a try! read more

Double cheese burger is a mouth watering, big sandwich. Have to split it apart into one to eat. Had Darren for a waiter. (A retired school teacher). A hard working gentleman, A great personality, and very attentive. Have been there multiple times, and everything that we've ordered has been really good. I've been wanting to try other menu items, but, I keep going back to the double burger. On special occasions, we stop in the mornings for the grand slams breakfast. And again, the pancakes melt in your mouth, and the entire meal is wonderful. We now, make it a point to stop, at least, once a month. Never had any problems or a bad meal. We arrived to a nearly empty restaurant and the hostess/server who had just finished up at the register disappeared for several minutes. My friend can't stand for long (see video, he walks with 2 canes) so we found the closest table and got him comfortable. When she didn't reappear, I walked back to the kitchen entrance and let her know we'd seated ourselves and needed help. She said "you can't do that" and said something about "first available ". I told her we weren't going to move and explained the mobility issue even tho she saw us walk in. She then refused to serve us and walked around in the now completely empty restaurant. She also tried to escalate the situation twice. I don't know the server's name, just that she's young, dark hair with a piercing in one nostril. Went in at 2AM and waited about 90 minutes for food. On the bright side the servers were really nice and kept reassuring us that the food will be out. The food itself was okay at best. Here's my breakdown. Veggie Omelette: There really wasn't anything too special about the veggie omelette besides the fact that it's full of protein and was relatively low carb. I was very impressed with my visit today Saturday June 13th 20/20. I can imagine that it is more challenging for staff than ever it has been. Seating and service was very quick, the food was hot and delicious. The whole staff is very friendly even while hustling non-stop. The restaurant appeared very clean and safe. The food at this location always meets my expectation. Great food, well plated and hot. It gibes me a home cooked experience. With that said, the service experience needs a lot of help. Last visit the service was poor and they sat me beside a window and I was cold the whole meal. This time, the waitress who took my order was rude, was unpleasant when I requested a substitute for the vegetable, sat my plate down on the edge of the table with a thud, no words and moved on. It took her 8.46 minutes to return to ask if I needed a refill and she never dos ask if I needed any condiments or to check if the food was to my liking. It has now been an additional 10 minutes and she hasn't returned back. Kuddos to the kitchen staff, not so much for the wait staff. Stopped in last night for a bite to eat and was thoroughly disappointed. Had the chorizo skillet, it was way too loaded with chorizo which had an awful taste, and whatever red sauce they cooked with it was equally awful. My wife's mashed potatoes and gravy were almost ice cold, and we waited a good 50 minutes before being served when it was empty. The table had an awful mildew stench like they've used week-old rags to wipe it down. We kept having to swat flies and gnats away from our plates. I chose this restaurant for lunch today and I'm really glad I did. I got seated quickly and ordered the build-your-own sampler with jalapeno bottle caps, mozzarella cheese sticks and a cheese quesadilla with sour cream, marinara and pico de gallo sauces. The food arrived at the table quickly and everything was tasty, hot and fresh. Ok, normally I wouldn't go to Denny's, but I was traveling with my parents and they wanted to stop here for lunch. Typical, not so clean tables, dirty carpet, dirty bathrooms. The waitstaff was very nice and kept our drinks full, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It came out on toasted bread, even had some sliced grapes in it and had a real nice flavor. Decided to make a fun day of Christmas shopping, so we started the morning with breakfast out. Went to Denny's for the first time at this location. First there were two young waitresses who would rather laugh and gossip than work. After standing at the doorway being ignored for some time, there was a break in their conversation so we were seated. We ordered coffee and then looked at menus. She came with coffee, but we weren't quite ready to order. She seemed put out. She then proceeded to wait on two young foreign guys. The two girls then made fun of them. One girl said to the other "Hate is a strong word ". We ordered and there was no mention of refilling coffee. We waited 25 min. And no waitresses, but you could hear them screaming and laughing in the kitchen. My husband refilled our coffee. About 10 mins. more out good came out. She then asked if we needed coffee. Wish I could at least say the food was good, but no , it was terrible. ! We both ordered the Supreme sizzle skillet and there was nothing but potatoes w/two eggs. I like Denny's - usually. Furthermore, it was my birthday. I went with others to enjoy food and my birthday special grand slam. Turned out to be the worst Denny's experience I've ever had, and that includes any late night visits from my youth! I've order the same thing for years without problems at other Denny's locations. When I asked for 1 egg scrambled and 1 egg over easy, the waitress looked at me like I asked her to stick her head in the toilet. Again, I made a very small request with my food, one that no other Denny's has every questioned. I'm not there to make a fuss. I asked, is there a problem? She said, no, that's a very unusual request. I said, I've never had a problem ordering my eggs that way before anywhere, but that's fine, let's just make them both scrambled. The rest of the service was just poor, not going to get into it, but I'll never go back to this location. At the end when paying, another server rang us up, and said we were supposed to buy a drink to get the birthday slam. We said we've never had to do that before, nor were we told we had to. She magnanimously said she'd let it go. We said ok, thanks. Later we looked it up on Denny's website. Getting a drink is NOT a requirement. read more
