I would like to commend the morning staff at this Denny's for their excellent service, from servers to short order cooks. Every time that I've been there for breakfast the service has been extremely fast and food hot and well prepared. Michelle the server is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to please,and never seems annoyed when you ask for refills on your coffee, etc. If you want a nice hot breakfast and cup of coffee, this is the place to go!!! read more

Moldy hamburger bun. I'll start with the positives first: 1) Denny's was open at midnight; 2) server while slow was nice. Negatives: it took several minutes to seat is even though they were not busy. The manager, acting as the cashier and hostess, seemed discombobulated. Eventually our server, Marco, told us to sit in any seat and he would wait on us. It did take a while to get our order and food but the worst part about it was that I ordered a veggie burger on a whole wheat bun with cold fries, and the bun had mold growing on it. I wasn't sick so I know they weren't trying to give me an antibiotic. Typically I would have walked out but I was starving, it was 12:30 at this point so I decided to risk my like in another round of antibiotics. Anyway the server was very apologetic and replaced the burger with another one and dose of cold fries. So thoughtful they are to figure I liked cold fries. The burger was just okay but nothing I would get again. Heck not sure that I would even go back. If I want a burger I'll go to Burger King located in the same parking lot. On a good note they did deduct my burger from the meal; however, the manager did not have the cojones to even come to the table to apologize for serving me moldy bread. read more

This place have the worst service ever, the General Manager came and I complained that the restroom was very filthy and super bad smell and that they needed to clean it right away so the customers can use the toilet and they went with a spray bottle and a mop and put new paper roll and when I went to use it they had still left all the Blood clods on the walls and right under the paper roll rack, when y back and told her the General Manager and she said that for them to clean it good they had to close the restroom for a wile so I told her well you do it because look at the pictures this still very filthy and dirty and about the service they took a good 30 minutes to take my order and bring the drinks then another 20 minutes for the food and I ask for the bill and he gave a a bill for $129 dollars charging me many things we didn't order then I gave it back to them and they gave me mine for $75 dollars. I decided to stop into the Denny's after a late night at work. I had been here before and the service was good. I ordered a lumberjack meal with pancakes , scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, hash browns and toast. While waiting for my food I noticed the restaurant was a little crowded, but clean. The noise was average. They had the basketball game on from earlier that evening. They have multiple TVs around the restaurant. They even have WiFi. I was disappointed that the cashier, which was the manager, didn't call me for 12 minutes to let me know my food was ready. Now my food is going to be ice cold when I get home and I'm pissed . Don't get me wrong, the food is good but on this night the service sucked . There is a Burger King in the same plaza and a Checkers across the street if you desire a burger. Also there's a Publix across the street if you want to go grocery shopping and a Wells Fargo next door if you need some cash !!! read more

If I could give this place less than a star I would... After waiting about an hour to be seated and have our food brought to us, the food arrived little by little and wrong. My order was the last one to be brought to the table. I ordered a VEGGIE burger... It arrived to the table with BACON on it... Even though I made the server aware that I am a vegetarian... The incompetence of the cook was beyond belief... I have not once heard of someone ordering a VEGGIE burger and ask for bacon on it... The zesty nachos are always a go to here. They are one of the best nachos you can have even compared to other high end places like Bokampers. The server named Matthew (Matt) has served our food very quickly and always attended to our needs (water, napkins. Etc). I would highly recommend him. I've been here many times and only had had one waiter who must have been new because she seemed lost, although it wasn't enough to compare to the other pleasant experiences I've had here. read more

Everyone says it. Sometimes it's exactly right and most times it's sub par or terrible. This time around I called my order like I normally do. 5 calls no answer. This just happened at 10:07 am. I was very excited to hear that this Denny's moved near where I live and made use of the dead end BlockBuster that was just sitting there! Unfortunately, all that excitement came to an end very quickly the minute I walked through the doors. It took about 10 minutes for someone to realize we were waiting to be seated and we got the most absolute worst waitress! We were starving and she took about 5 minutes to go and get our menus and there was almost no one in the restaurant so we didn't understand why she took so long. The worst part that made me lose my appetite was when she gave us our drinks and they tasted as if they just came out of the dishwasher but they forgot the rinse the soap out. We were about to leave our seats but the food didn't take long to get to our table and we were able to enjoy our meals. I can't say anything bad about the food, it never fails to impress me. This is the first time I come to a Denny's and it doesn't have that funky old carpet smell. This one is well decorated and relatively new. It was kinda weird though since I remember as a child it being blockbusters and I happened to be sitting in the Video game section. One of the worst experiences at any Denny's I have ever had. The restaurant was not full and we were seated at a table since there were two booths that needed to be cleaned. Once we sat down my daughter and I knew what we wanted, we waited for the waitress to come over and waited and after about 10 minutes another server notice I was not happy and sent over our server. She finally came and asked what we wanted to drink we both ordered and since I had a feeling it was going to take a while I told her we were ready to order. We had to wait about another 10 min to get our drinks and when our food finally came out she had forgot the side we had ordered and had to wait to get that too. Once we had our food we were left pretty much alone and in that time there were a total of 6 tables around us that needed to be cleaned up. As for being left alone she never came back to ask if we needed anything like a refill or anything. We finished our meal and had to wait for our check and wait. Finally the other server noticed my face and come over to see if we needed anything, at this point I just wanted to get out of that place. This Dennysocation is probably one of the worst. I've ordered from here a few times and more often than not, the food and service was mediocre at best. Twice my pancakes were burnt, I've called in an order for pick up and got there later than the pick up time and my order still wasn't ready at 2am and now my latest issue was an online order waiting for it to be delivered and once I noticed that it went waaay over the delivery time I called the restaurant to inquire only to be told that the order been ready it's just sitting there waiting for me to pick it up. What? Are you kidding me? I told the lady "you do realize this is an online order right?" She still keep telling me that it's ready and it's waiting. At this point I realize I'm dealing with someone that's not too bright so I asked to speak with a manager. The manager gets on the phone and tells me that she sees my order and she has to see which company is supposed to be delivering it to me and she would call me back. It took her about 12min to call me back and let me know that the delivery guy will be there in about 15 minutes to get the food. She didn't even offer to remake the food that...oh by the way is now over an hour old. I had to ask her to remake my food, which she probably just placed in microwave. I am sooo done with this location. Customer service has just completely gone out the window and it seems no one takes pride in good service these days...Shame read more

This location is very close to my house! it's relatively new, I find that it is very clean and comfortable even if it's not a very large location. Our waitress was very nice and friendly and checked on us often. She was very patient with both of my sons who took a while to order their meals. I went for the breakfast and so did my husband my husband. He was very happy with the meal-he had the Lumberjack Slam which includes pancakes. The meal also includes coffee and juice! I was not extremely happy with the meal I found that the new and improved pancakes really aren't that much better than before they didn't taste any better than the ones that I can make at home from a box.
