Denny's, what can one say about Denny's that has not already been said ad nauseam? Well, as a "rideshare" driver, you sometimes need a pit stop. A place to get off the road for one reason or another, get a bite or just use the convenience. Denny's is a 24 hour oasis in a sea of closed signs at O'dark O'clock. Coffee, eggs, toast, pie, or something healthy; you can always count on Denny's to be there when you need them to be. Parking here is hit and miss, but at the off hours I work I always find a spot within site of the entry. Gourmet it's not, but its still a welcome tool in the arsenal of the driver out and about when everything else is closed for the night. Denny's is OK. read more

I came here to eat with my husband and daughter on Friday night and my experience was amazing. Right when I came in I was greeted with a friendly employee. Lance was our server and he made us feel comfortable. The food was good and hot and we didn't wait long. The servers here seem to help each other and everybody seems to get along. I am gonna give MY FIVE STARS TO Raquel (the best ever by far), I went last couple times and she was our server and she remember me from somewhere else as well which is good when u remember faces like that. But anyways she is very prompt with the drinks, food, getting the order correct , and just plain amazing customer service all around. The last time I was there she was about to leave her shift as we walked in but she persisted to get our drinks and start our order before she walked (anyone else wouldn't even bother to do that at end of shift). That's why I would give her more than the five stars. Not too be funny but being honest when she left everything started to go downhill from there, my steal came with red and I don't do rare steak at all, my potatoes were super greasy and my toast buttered out the game when I requested dry toast... Raquel would of had gotten it right for sure .never had an issue when she was the server to our table at all. I will not visit this Dennys until she works her shifts due to what I experienced after she left, and also the cleaner guy started mopping when we and another table behind us were eating and they complained to management and so did we cause it was not a sanitary thing to do as dust flying while were eating and drinking at our table. Okay, folks. It's Denny's. I see people complain but keep in mind, Denny's is the last place in LA to offer. 6-dollar breakfast, and it's darn good! This particular Denny's is well-managed. We were seated at a nice booth, coffee and refills were quick. The food had lots of choices. I'm an egg-white guy; there's no extra charge. The bathroom. Is CLEAN and has expensive anti-bacterial soap. Kudos to the management for creating an atmosphere worthy of pride. read more

I don't usually frequent Denny's but have gone here a few times for work lunch meetings. The staff is friendly and professional. I don't get why people are in a huff about diner food... after all it's a Dennys, but the manager that's usually there, whenever I go, is super nice and always checks in on patrons and asking how the food and service were. I'm not a Denny's fan but my car is being repaired across the street. I ordered the fit breakfast. It is really very good! But what makes it fantastic is the service! Wow, I just heard my server explaining the menu to a guy at another table. The man was very appreciative that he took the time to explain the difference between slam choices. The attitude here is so welcoming from everyone here. My server is Marlon. He remembered the lemon slices that I requested snd refilled my iced tea. I have only order delivery from this denny's. with that being said, my order always comes incorrect or incomplete. every time i have order from this denny's i have a missing item. food consistency is also an issue. sometimes my eggs are cooked perfect other time they are over cooked. sometimes my crepe come with plenty toppings other times you can't even see the cream. One of the nastiest things I've seen. Got a breakfast plate asked for fries instead of hash. Plate came out with hash and the server apologized that she forgot and that's that. She came back with a bowl of fries and said here you go. We started eating off the plate and she came back asking if we touched them because they were for another table. I just want to share the terrible experience I had at this Denny's location. I placed an online curbside order and I arrived at the designated time for pick. I was completely ignore by all the employees. This location has outside dining due to the pandemic and they walk by without any acknowledgement. After waiting for 10 minutes in the clearly marked parking spots for curbside pick-up, I finally decided to walk in and get my order which was ready and just sitting there. One of the items ordered was a house salad and it was bad. The lettuce was brown and so were the avocados. There was only one slice of the cucumber for the whole thing. I have been eating at Denny's for over 30 years and this is by far the worst I have ever had. I know that there is a pandemic going on but this kind of issues cannot be attributed to it. read more

Place is good, but security...come here to buy some pancakes, park my bicycle, and it was stolen in front of entrance. For my question "can we look at cameras?" I received answer it doesn't work, call 911. Another staff person said it's working, but we can't see it without cops. So, they don't care about customers. You can just come, pay, and no matter... no one person ask about my problem, I trying to explain but result is nothing. My experience with whole Denny's is finished. Thanks a lot ! I don't understand why the reviews are so low. I came here on Saturday morning with my family. Everyone working that morning has such awesome hospitality!! From the Hostess to the server, down to the men cleaning the tables. I've got to say I was very impressed. Good job manager for creating such a awesome Team. Came today on Halloween, it's just me and my girlfriend trying to grab a quick meal and it seems they help groups instead of me and my gf. We still are currently waiting when I just see a waitress serve water to people who just came in and we where here before them. Just to note that I love Dennys but this location needs upper management attention! I'm never coming back here. Walked in with my dad Sunday evening. Host was on the phone not caring about us because she looked at us and didn't greet but just turned back to her phone call. After waiting there she pointed us to sit at a near by table. How rude but whatever I didn't say anything because again I'm with dad. Placed 2 orders dine in. After a while the host/waitress comes back and asks me what kind of eggs I wanted. 1 minute later she comes back with my dads order. I think she forgot to put my order in. I waited a long time I had to tell my dad to start to eat his before his food got cold. Restrooms were so dirty!! Great Dennys Location. We eat here a few times a month. Every single visit we get exceptional service and the food is great. Pam is the best server we have had ... not only at this Dennys but the best even when compared to some of the finer dining establishments we visit. The entire staff is always friendly and attentive. Good recovery! First of all this is one of the noisier Denny's you'll encounter. Tagalog, Mandarin, Spanish, and some English, all being spoken in different volumes and pitches! There's an army of orange shirt employees running around in all directions all of them saying something! Large families waiting to be seated with their kids crawling around without consequences. It took a few moments to grow accustomed to it and appreciated it. After all, that's what this part of LA is about! The other comments mention the food arriving cold which was true for our visit. The scrambled eggs looked like they had been cut from a larger mold and were refrigerator cold. I think they made scrambled eggs previously and refrigerated them, then microwaving them when they were served. The sausage links were also cold. However, when we told our server, Miguel B. he got us new hot items and checked on us several times to make sure we were ok. Super busy guy but still managed to be friendly with a smile under his mask. The manager also knocked off a few dollars due to the cold food, which was unexpected and a "good recovery!" read more
