Honestly only giving this one star because I couldn't give less. Waited 15 min to get seated (not bad) for a group of 5. Waited another 25 min to even get our drinks ordered, after that it was like our server disappeared! We waited almost an hour and still hadn't received our food. People that know me personally know how my years (20 years) in the food service industry has made me very picky and I have noticed that the service part of the food service industry has been sadly lacking. This is part of the reason that I only like to go to this Denny's.Every time I walk in and see Luis he recognizes me no matter how long it has been since my son and I have been in and I really appreciate that. He is very friendly and is always attentive the same goes for everyone who I have been served by at this location. I never see the bottom of my coffee cup when I order coffee and when I order a cold drink I never go thirsty. I have never had to look at my empty glass wondering where my server has gone and really that's a majority o what keeps people coming back. We went in on a busy late Saturday morning with a party of 20. Tough to accommodate that any anywhere. We did opt to split up into 4 different tables with our kids scattered and mixed over all of them. Marissa was our server. She alone made our experience a 5. She was so patient with us as we sent her from table to table to deal with our kids. The food was very good and prompt. Even with other tables in the section, Marissa handled all. I was so impressed with her. I have absolutely no negative things to say about this experience. Now I understand that this is Dennys and one shouldn't have too high expectations. I had a great experience here on a summer Saturday night. Kids eat free after 5 is always great, but their chef was awesome! I had the best mashed potatoes and country fried steak that I've ever had at a Denny's, and every other dish my family ordered was above average. Service was fast, but no smile. Got there and the cashier didn't even greet me, she just yelled for someone from the back to seat me... she could have said "someone will be right with you" but nope, no decent courtesy for the customer. The actual server was pleasant. The food tasted good. What was really off putting was the other staff, I could hear them banter really loud and kind of cuss at each in Spanish. Not the most terrible words, but unprofessional none the less. Could not enjoy the company I was with because the staff was being so loud with their private conversations. This location is very standard. Nothing wrong with it but nothing special i guess. I had a good experience when i came over with a buddy of mine. And it looks like it attracts some of the college students because there were a couple there studying, having some appetizers and using the free wifi The waitress was very nice and did a great job to make sure we got what we needed, even made sure we customized our orders how we wanted. I don't like to give one star reviews but I came to this location a few days ago and our server Jose J was absolutely horrible and extremely rude. He could barley speak English and I had a very hard time understanding him. The food took a long time to come and he seemed to busy with other tables and really lacked in service. I asked to speak to the manager and it turns out he's the manager !! What is the manager doing serving tables ?? He should be managing and making sure guests like I aren't getting horrid service. Only giving 1 star because this place used to be really good before covid. Ever since the servers changed after covid and I believe so did the manager this place became a living hell to go to. Nasty attitude from the servers AND manager! Disgusting behavior. Sat here for an hour just to be ignored the whole time until had to scream on top of my lungs to get someone's attention after ordering just one simple wings the server brought out what was kid's menu chicken strips cut into pieces to make it look more and added sauce to it! Was speechless of what they left on the table. Did not even have water on the table even though asked many times! After the server changed another guy came and he didn't seem to be wanting to be there and rolling his eyes on us and not answering us. It was the most disgusting and ridiculous service I have ever seen! Never going back here again! Everyone going there was having an argument with the servers because of the same reasons. This Denny's has horrible customer service. The waiter (Johny L) was very polite and helpful, he should get a raise honestly. However, they are now charging an extra 3$ on nachos because we wanted chicken (like how are you going to charge more on chicken then meat?)Anyways, then my mother order an item on the menu where they lost the ticket while we waited for an hr for her meal. As we finish, we did a complain and told on the manager, but he was very unhelpful and not polite and especially the cashier who kept interrupting us and force us to pay as we were still talking to the manager. However, he made us pay the full amount. (not a very good manager at all) So please don't go to this Denny's (really bad service) and of course obviously my family and I are never coming back again. read more

Horrible customer service! Was trying to return eggs that were practically raw the hostess took the eggs back to the kitchen area then returned with what appeared to be the same raw eggs. The "acting" manager then approached me and I asked that the 4 dollars spent on the eggs be returned he refused. My family and I had been fairly regular patrons of this location, I will Never return here again. I believe also that taking eggs already served back to the kitchen is a health code violation. read more

They have such low prices and such delicious food, what more could you ask for? I certainly would take Denny's over IHOP any day. It was packed. Got my order wrong. Received burnt pancakes and my pumpkin pie was frozen. Never coming back.

Terrible! Do not go here unless you want to wait over an hr for your food. Came here with my husband and our 4 kids tonight. We were seated in a tight booth with no light bulb so we moved to another booth that was dirty. The girl seemed overwhelmed and they barely had staff. My kids were hungry and getting restless. About 50 min in she says sorry but they have a big party of 30 people ahead of us. Why not communicate that to begin with? We would have went somewhere else.
