I understand it's Christmas but the manager Jason has no clue about managing a group of people or a list who are waiting. The restaurant was totally empty and he is not seating anyone. He is taking the to go orders first before the customers are standing in front of him in the restaurant. He has zero personality. Jason is on his personal cell phone at the reception podeum texting instead of working and finally puts his phone away and then continues. The regional manager should look into this locations customer satisfaction scores. read more

Not the greatest. Food was good but the service wasn't the best. We were seated and greeted right away but that was it. It wasn't busy. It was Saturday night around 10pm. Our drinks never came, I tried to get our waiters attention but he didn't come around to check on us at all. I saw him at the register having what looked like a long conversation with customers that were on their way out. I had to walk up front to the register to ask for the bill. I had asked him to remove the drinks from the check since we never got them. He smiled and his apology wasn't sincere. First time here. Came here after new years eve event at legoland and lucky for us it was a Kids Eat Free Tuesday. Place was clean. Cashier/Hostess was very nice. Server Erin was great. Came by several times to check on us even though he was serving half the place by himself. Overall food was good. Bacon nice and crispy. Only thing in could critique is that thebbreakfasy sausage and mozzarella cheese sticks were a tad salty. Overall nice experience and cant see why this place has negative reviews. Last week, on the Black Friday, day after thanksgiving I ordered multiple Veggie Burgers via phone app order. Dennys staff was very professional on the phone too. On a rainy evening, those burger combos were really nicely made, well packed and delivered warm. My family loved those delicious burgers. Upon entering I was greeted by Yumi in the front, he rushed (good) us to a table. Our server was Brianna M., who had lacked the ability to refill my cup of coffee. Not once during my visit she refill my coffee with her own hands. Others servers had done that job for her. Next, I order all you could eat pancakes and ended up waiting 15 minutes to receive the 'next' plate of two. Did not get my pancakes until AFTER speaking to the manager. NOTE* I do understand my visit was on a Sunday, one of the most busiest days of the week. Even with this being the case, after being told my coffee would be refilled shortly by my server. I am staying at a nearby hotel and my breakfast order was delivered without utensils, napkins, butter or jam for my toast. I ordered the new chicken with biscuit and gravy bowl and it was so salty that it was inedible. I also ordered 2 fruit bowls that were both only half full. I contacted the MOD and was offered only an apology. I didn't want free food, but I did want them to make good on this order. The twenty fifth is a crazy stressful holiday add that to restaurant and it could spell disaster. Not at this Denny's the hostesses was super sweet and seated far sooner than expected. The waitress Judy? / Judith? was amazing I do believe she is the best thing since slice bread I only wish she could have taken a load off and had a coffee me. Seriously can I take her home? I am was craving denny's on friday night. Since it's close by, so I decided to come here. When me and my friend arrived at the location, about 6 groups of 2 or 3 ppl in the restaurant. 3 servers including manager. I asked for water with lemon as the waiter came by. Waited about 15 mins. (during these minutes, I gave a little hint to waitress). She noticed me and she said she will be with us twice. (She was pretty busy with other tables since waiter ditched our table). About 5 minutes later she came back to us with nice apology (she didnt have to since she wasnt designated for our table). Finally ordered the food. Food was just regular denny's anywhere you can find. I wanted to give 1 star, but the waitress was so gentle and nice with respect, adding 1 more star. Rather go to Ihop next time. read more

Was really un happy with this place I've been here many time but today was horrible it took us about 35-40 minutes to receive our food, once we got it . I've always loved this location since I was a kid. There's something really cozy about it. My friends and I came here the other night after deciding to boycott ihop but still craving diner food. The middle eastern/Indian (?) man who looked like the manager took us to our table and he was really warm and sweet. The restaurant was pretty busy, it was a rainy Friday night which seemed to draw in the crowds that had come from their Christmas shopping. I've always loved that Denny's has the $2,$4,$6,$8 menu. There are some really decent sized meals you can get for a good price. I ordered the burger from the $6 menu which came with fries (.59 extra for seasoned). My boyfriend ordered a build your own omelette, my other friend ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich (he said it was surprisingly extremely tasty). Our server was rude. Don't remember her name, she had braces and long dark hair and ignored us every time she would walk by...but of course was flirting heavily with the military men seated right behind us. Anyways, our food took a pretty long time to come out but like I said it was all enjoyable. One thing I regret was asking for the seasoned fries. I assumed they would have that yummy orange salt on them, but instead they were cooked in a curly fry-like batter and I don't like curly fries for that exact reason so oh well I learned my lesson. Overall I do love Denny's and this location always brings back childhood memories. My stomach is always satisfied when I leave. Service could definitely be better but eh oh well. read more

Tried to give this place another chance last night and after waiting and hour we were told the chef was overwhelmed and asked if we could wait for another chef to come in to relieve him. We agreed and 20 minutes later were told the chef arrived and our order was being cooked. After being at the restaurant for over an hour and a half our food was served. My boyfriends breakfast came first and my boneless wings were served ten minutes later. We agreed to wait and I wouldn't be writing this if that was the end of this story. However after over an hour and a half of waiting my chicken came out COMPLETELY RAW. Oh god this Denny's needs some serious help before someone gets really sick. read more

Me and my roommate have been looking for a place to eat on late nights, somewhere to call our own little dive when we get hungry and nothing is open. This will not be the place. After trying the Denny's not far from here and finding it "average" we thought we'd give this one a go and we were disappointed. We started off with 2 waters which tasted like they had been used for the dishes, honestly the taste of the water was very off. So we got other drinks which took awhile to get there but were fine, being forced to order a soda or be thirsty was a bit off-putting to begin with. After ordering some sodas we ordered a nacho appetizer and 2 meals. My friend said ever time he goes to Denny's and orders a sandwich they add ham and he wanted bacon NOT ham and of course after waiting 15 minutes we hear the waiter say to the cook "no this wasn't supposed to have ham". After ANOTHER 10 minutes of waiting or longer we were brought our meals, nachos and all. We were talking about walking out minutes before the food finally got there, the place wasn't busy at all. So we finally got our food which was "Okay" The super bird was the worst I've ever had but just because it seemed small and smashed, it still tasted okay. Took forever (Sorry Chris, you looked new, if you were new I at least kind of understand.) The manager was walking around asking other people if they'd been helped yet but didn't ask us how we were doing at all. They seemed VERY disorganized. Sadly we won't be returning. The place didn't feel comfortable and the food was disappointing. We were not charged for the Nachos since I told him we had ordered it as an appetizer but he could have at least let us eat it instead of throwing it away. Like any of my bad reviews I will GLADLY accept a message from a manager at the location if you'd like to discuss our experience and try to figure out a way to make it better. I am only giving 2 stars because Last night around 11:15 p.m. I had to ask for someone to give us our drink and a couple minutes later she came with them. At that point we where ready to order food so we did just in case the crew didn't show up again for another 20 minutes. The girl who sat us was on her cell phone. My 9 months old was irritated and the whole crew neglected to help us. Including the one's who stud around behind the counter bullshited talking about person stuff the was irrelevant to work. And my Banana Carmel French Toast skillet was pretty decent, though why I got two little cups of syrup to go with it is pretty crazy, considering the toast was already well painted with carmel over it. But some people like things super sweet so I get that I guess. Our server didn't rush us in ordering and was well timed. That is, until we received our order. After that, he wasn't anywhere to be seen and drink refill? Not happening. 2nd time in a row that we've come here and we get the feeling the servers just want to do the minimum and disappear. Last time, we found our server just sitting outside and chatting with a friend while the manager could only apologize for her having disappeared. I came in for the Tour of America promotion that I found in my email box as I'm part of Denny's Rewards program. I was quite disappointed. First of all, the waitress said we could order anything from the regular menu but then get an item free from the Tours of America menu with our coupon. After we had already decided what to order, she came back around and told us that we couldn't order from the regular menu and that everything had to be from the Tour of America menu. This is really bad customer service. I asked her was there anyways that she could honor what she had said since we had already decided what we were going to order. She said "no" as she had asked the manager and she had said "no". This is poor customer service I feel. Secondly, The Hawaiian Tropical Pancake Breakfast was quite "non standard" in the sense that I ordered two of the same thing and one of my plates was noticeably smaller. Also, pineapples on top weren't even "even". I had 2 on one and 3 on the other. The cream was uneven as well. My friends ordered the same thing and mine had more cream than theirs. When I asked for more, it took her about 15-20 minutes (by that time I thought she pretty much had forgotten or wanted me to forget) to serve it. How long does it take to take out "ready made" items? Very unacceptable! There was no standardization in size of the pancakes nor toppings. Also, service is slow when there the restaurant was obviously more than half empty!:( The above menu item was also not really great - way too sweet...and needed way more pineapples - very measly amount. Thirdly, asked for a separate bill and they gave us one slip of paper and asked us to pay it separately. I haven't ever seen this before at other restaurants I've eaten at. When I ask for separate checks/ bills, I expect separate pieces of papers with separate pens and receipt holders. This seems "low class". Will probably not visit Dennys again!:( read more
