After being seated quickly we waited 30 minutes for our breakfast. The food had absolutely no flavor. The Eggs Benedict was over cooked and the hollandaise sauce was just a thick glob of something. Honestly I am the most passive person when it comes to food and service. But this literally is in my top #2 worst dining experiences. Waiting longer I didn't mind but I was shocked at the food my bf and I received. I've been to different denny's and the location by the mall and never experience anything like this. The food was bland, presentation poor, and the most laughable, a tiny shriveled up piece of bacon. I really should of taken a picture of the meal. Of course they ask you how your experience was on the way out, but if I was honest I couldn't even put into my words about how a business could even thought that was quality or acceptable. I would of had a way better breakfast at McDonald's. Waste of money. The meal was supposed to be a thank you to my boyfriend but now it's a rain check to somewhere else. Any future denny's meals will be ate at the location by the mall. Even if the location is a bit run down the service is attentive/friendly, fast, and the food is consistently good and what is expected. read more

This review is only towards the food being take-out, and my issue may just of had to do with corporate policies rather than this specific establishment. I paid $25 for a single chicken fried steak (a little bit larger than a traditional beef patty), a handful of scrambled eggs that fit two spoonfuls, 3 "9 grain pancakes" (for an extra $2), and seasoned fries (actually an okay amount). This does not equate to that price and I will not be returning. I haven't been to a Denny's in about 3-4 years but compared to other restaurants nearby, go anywhere else if you want more bang for your buck. read more

Friendly neighborhood Denny's! Grew up going to the Denny's local to me with friends and my husband and I still dine here for some nostalgia. This decor here is amazing and definitely feels like they tried for the old school vibe with some modern aesthetic. Staff was super friendly and attentive, which is refreshing considering how short staffed everyone is right now. Exactly what you would expect, food wise. Always a good breakfast choice. WORST DENNYS!!! We waited 30 mins to be seated and sat at the table for another 30 minutes and never had anyone come to our table. We seen all the people after us getting their drinks and orders taken and we never even got to order our drinks. I told the manager when he seen us get up and leave but of course nothing was done, not even an apology! Will not be returning to this location. read more

This Denny's is awful. My family and I ordered dinner and got nothing we ordered. Waited over an hour for them to tell my son he couldn't have eggs with his steak, so brought them a salad for his inconvenience, what?!?! Told them, no on the salad, then after an hour and a half, finally his steak came, with EGGS?!!! Unbelievable. Never again!! 1 star is too many! read more

This is a very nice Denny's. It is brand new and very clean the restrooms are really nice and super clean and modern. And the staff has always been very helpful there and the last time I was there, there was a wait staff by the name of Ana that was extremely nice and did such a wonderful job for us. read more

Wife and I have had breakfast here three times. First visit, right at the grand opening, was fine. Food is typical Denny's food, nothing special, easy and quick breakfast. 2nd visit went bad for us as my wife and I waited for over 30 minutes for our food to arrive. As she and i were talking about how long it was taking and at how many employees seem to be standing around, doing nothing, another nearby customer began complaining that he was sitting there for over a half hour, without receiving his food. He also stated that there were employees standing around all over the restaurant, not doing anything but waiting and he was right. We finally got our food, and we watched the manager approach the upset man, and after a lengthy argument, the manager finally told the man she didn't need customers like him, and he told her that was fine, and quietly walked out of the place. This passed Saturday was our third and last visit to this place. We literally waited for over a half hour before my wife asked what was going on with our food and we were told unfortunately wait times were running between 35 and 40 minutes. Yep, 35-40 minutes for eggs and bacon. If that were the case, they should have told us when we came in to be seated. Anyways, 5 minutes later our waitress brings our food, and my hash browns look incomplete, (literally like half of a typical order) and completely undercooked, bright white, with no char. "Those look awful" i said and the waitress agreed and told me she'd bring me a new order. A minute later the manager brought me a new order, and handed them to me without saying a word. I then watched her spend several minutes oowing and awwing over a bouquet of flowers someone had sent to the restaurant instead of helping her kitchen get their acts together.... Fair enough, the pancake house is a couple blocks away, and will get our business from now on... Im thinking the kitchen in this place must be heavily understaffed and miserably dysfunctional. This Denny's has more waitresses and waiters than I have ever seen in any other Dennys ever, by at least 7-8. At any time, you can watch the front counter and there are generally 3-4 employees standing there at a time, most of them doing nothing. Look into the initial kitchen area, you'll see the same thing, waiters and waitresses standing around, waiting. Why this heavy on the wait staff? If you cant keep the food coming out of the kitchen in a timely and regular rate, send half the wait staff home, and at least you'd have an excuse for 40 minute wait times for eggs and bacon.... I couldn't even begin to imagine the waste, taking place on a daily basis in this place... read more

I came in for a late night munchie meal i had Originally ordered one meal and two shakes one for me and one for a friend but upon going to pick up the food my friend had changed her mind when I got there I had asked Taylor whos was wonderful by the way if she had already made it if so I would just keep it because there is no point in wasting food but if she hadn't could she please cancel it she did not make it so we canceled it but she had to get a manager for the code who then came out and was very rude and seemed very inconvenienced and having to do her job and started laying into me about it already being made then when me and the employee both informed her that i was not made she then started to blame the General manager for the way he wanted things done she then proceeded to try and ring me out I told her that I wanted to Apple Pay and she told me that they didn't even though Taylor had already told me they do When she try to tell the manager how to ring me out she then just said I don't care just come out here and do it then she was a very rude to her staff as well food was what you would expect but the management in there needs a seminar or something but Taylor you were the shit I appreciate you!!! read more
