Every Denny's appears to be the same. The food is ok and the staff is pleasant. The restaurants are clean, but the business is usually packed in the mornings. I come to a Denny's every so often, but not my favorite place to go. read more

If I could've put zero stars I would of ....Ok so I ordered thru the Denny's app FOR DELIVERY and when I received my order it was incomplete, I called to let them to let them know and Of course my order was on the counter because they forgot to put it in the bag ..(I didn't have a car that's why I chose delivery). I asked for them to remove it from my order so I wouldn't get charge for it but a manager wasn't on site nor a supervisor and she told me to call back I called back they were still not there they told me to call back the next day I called back the next day I left my phone number and guess what I still haven't heard back I called today to make a new order and for them to add the stuff that I was missing on my order last week but there's no manager or supervisor on site once again till maybe 4 so I got a man and now I'm writing I did call door Dash since they were the ones that delivered but since I did it through that Denny's app they can't do anything about it !!!!!!! read more

The waitress was really rude to me. I'm always leaving good tips and very respectful to them. I went there 2am in morning after work. The waitress told me she had to leave the store to get cash. I told her I'm going use cash and then laugh at me and said they only take orders to go. There was 10 customers in store. Then she said they were here before you. If I was her manager I would have to let her go. You can't leave the store that early morning to get cash unless your a manager. She probably left the store to be with her boyfriend. This place is under staff. There are only two persons working, the waitress/cashier and the cook. I went to eat dinner there and luckily we made it in on time before the cook left to lunch. The waitress had to turn a lot of people down by notifying them that they would have to wait 30 or more because the cook was leaving to lunch and was not going to cook for that time. The waitress was running by herself from table to table doing what she can to get everyone's orders. Coffee was semi warm, the food was semi warm hitting cold. The restaurant in the inside needs to be remodeled to much newer seats, tables, floor and everything. I honestly think this is the ugliest Dennys I ever ate at, felt like I was eating at a Toms burger in Compton, CA. Over all it's not the employees fault as it it's the managers responsibility to have staff and if understaff he/she needs to be there at all times to step it up and be a team player helping her staff. They lacked food quality, time preparation and most of all legendary customer service!! Manager should be replaced or sent back for more training. read more

A mediocre Denny's that puts a shame to the franchise. Management needs more staff. Empty sections and long wait times to be seated. Cooks and servers are so spread out that food takes much longer than other Denny's and restaurants in the area. Until management makes some much needed changes, I recommend a different place for breakfast. 2 stars for the good food. read more

They appear to have several new employees, everything is so slow and many mistakes on my order, I ordered a build your own breakfast, they put both breakfast orders in the same container, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, just me and two other people waiting, it took 40 minutes to get my order after waiting 15 minutes to order. My server was Constance, she either needs more training or som additional help. It wasn't a very good experience. read more

I had a terrible experience & after writing a review in March when the incident happened I was contacted by someone who told me they would send me voucher to compensate for the potatoes that had the consistency of soup, the small piece of fish & over a 30 minute wait when there were only a few people in the restaurant & people who came in after me got served before me. After waiting weeks & still no voucher I called the company & was told it was sent to my previous address & they would resend it to my current address but it never came plus I never gave them my previous address & hypothetically if I had, it would have gotten forwarded. People if u value your hard earned money don't let these businesses treat or serve u what your not happy with. Talk to the manager, call their corporate office, write a Yelp review or put it on social media . read more

Very poor experience. It was Veterans Day but it wasn't that busy. Our food took an hour to get out even though it was a skillet and an appetizer sampler. When it got to us, the sampler was cold, and the skillet lukewarm. Tables that came in after us got served full meals before we did. When I got my sampler, only then was I informed they were out of buffalo, instead of being told when I ordered. I would have chosen something different had that been the case. We asked to speak to the manager, but we were blown off for 15 or so minutes. We finally got fed up and tried to leave the restaurant while leaving the money on the table, and only then did the manager come. When he came, he tried to weasel out of all our issues and only did something when my wife mentioned I was denied the Veterans Day discount because it was 12:02 and it supposedly ended at 12:00. Service is extremely slow especially if you get Veronica M. Asked for a medium sirloin steak she asked if I wanted mushrooms and onions on top. Told her just mushrooms. She came back 5 min later and said mushrooms were done a few min earlier. If your not serving them why ask a customer if they want them? Alberto C I'm not sure what time his shift starts but he's at work at 1:00 am and I'm not sure of the cooks name. I asked for their names and was told that ALBERTOS NAME WAS RAUL AND THE COOKS NAME WAS ED. Those are not the names of either employee! Alberto C was extremely rude while my sister and I looked at the menu he came back every minute asking "ARE WE GOING TO ORDER" DO WE KNOW WHAT WE WANT YET" It would be understandable if we took over 20 mins but we were only in the restaurant for 6 mins (with masks on) he also decided to make fun of my nails and make fun of the fact that I refused to order after seeing how bad his customer service was! we got a refund and asked their names and he told me his name was RAUL AND THE COOKS NAME WAS ED. the receipt from our purchase says otherwise. I have a picture of the paper he wrote the fake names on and the receipt with the real name on it. I came back with the proof his name wasn't Raul and he admitted his name was ALBERTO! Had dinner at this location in Rialto Ca. Debbie was my waitress. She was excellent. Never had to ask for a drink re-refill or more napkins etc. She anticipated just what any of us would need. The food was terrific too. Cant wait to go back. Hope Debbie is there so I can ask for her! read more

Very poor service, long ticket times , no drink refills, waitress said they didn't have the drink I ordered waitress said it was outdated menu,my sister ordered a raspberry tea and she told us the machine was down. We came in today 12/11/2021 for dinner around 6pm they only had one waitress taking orders, serving food and doing cashier at the same time also they only had one cook. At one point more people where coming in and they had to tell them they were going to lunch and would be back in 30 minutes. I feel sorry for the employees. Limited by my dining options on a late Sunday evening, I ended up coming to this Denny's. As soon I arrived in the parking lot at 11:42pm could see the filth come into focus. I go in and do not see many other people dining there, so I hoped that would translate into speedy service. The emotionless staff seated us in a desolate corner of the restaurant, which smelled like feces from the nearby bathroom. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity the greasiest scumbag took our order. Several eons later the appetizers and entree come out at the same time, some colder than others, all overcooked and all borderline burnt. After forcing the questionable pile of matter in front of me down my throat, I waited patiently into the distant future for a refill of my water, which never made it to the table. I took my girl here around 6:00pm on a Sunday. They seated us, never asked for our drinks and left us seated for 20 straight minutes without a single person asking what would we like to drink, or if we were ready to order. It was a nice elder Asian lady didn't catch her name. She was polite, but the server just didn't get to us but got to literally 3 other guest before us. And those guest came in after. So after a extra 5 minutes we decided to just leave. This has to be the longest I've ever waited to even get a glass of water. Tables were also super dirty.
