I wish I can give it no stars from what happened today and from previous times. A year ago, my dad and I went to eat here and the food took a while like usual. When we received it, it had a hair on it, so we complained and the manager gave us a 10% discount. Today, we decided to give this Denny's another try BUT it was way worse. A couple next to us said they've been waiting way before we even sat down! While waiting for the food, the employees were arguing with one another and not only was my food cold, but my sister's Mac and cheese was. We asked to talk to a manager, Randy but he sent out an employee to talk to us because he thought she can "handle us". When we said we want to talk to him, he then came. He interrupted my dad and I and said a racist remark by calling my dad "amigo". And once again tried to give us a discount, we rather be treated with respect and to be able to enjoy our food than be given a discount so he continue running the place like that. The worst Denny's ever! The past 4 times that we have been here the service has been terrible starting with the manager. He has no idea how to run this place. Our waitress was texting while serving us and then would go back to the register and text. Also we have placed phone orders before and our order has been sitting there and have had us wait. They have a menu listing items that can be ordered gluten-free. However, I was disappointed to find out they didn't have any more gluten-free English muffins and only had flour tortillas. Having an autoimmune disease triggered by gluten, it is difficult to find a restaurant that serves gluten-free breakfast, so I was disheartened to hear that they did not have any more gluten-free English muffins. The Philadelphia Cheesesteak Omelette was okay and the waitress was friendly and helpful. She apologized for the moderately long wait and for the lack of gluten-free options. read more

Food and service was great but air conditioning was horrible!!. We were seated at the south side of the building and we we all miserable!!!!Did I mention we had three children under the age of 4. I went to the restroom located on the other side of the building and that side was nice and fresh. Because of this we didn't enjoy our meals and just wanted to hurry up and get out of there. I must say that our waitress Veronica was absolutely professional, attentive and extremely welcoming and polite. We were observing the chaos at other tables. From what we observed waitresses are busy talking around and not focusing on customers. We were lucky to get Veronica 10 stars for her! Food was good no complaints. Got there around 12:30 am and was seated immediately, I'll give them that. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks taken because according to the waiter 'he didn't see us sneak in'. Rude. We got our drinks and the place started getting more customers, but after an hour and a half of not getting our food we started getting impatient. Nobody even came to our table to check on us or give us an update on the food. What made us walk out was the fact that other tables were getting their food regardless of getting there half an hour after us. Bad management and service. Not good. Not good at all. This was the second time I have gone to this location and the service was horrible both times I ended up leaving. The first time my family and I walked in and nobody sat us anywhere so we were like well we will just seat ourselves. This is the first time I've ever been so disappointed to ever give a 1 star rating. I came with my family last night at around 9pm . There were not a lot of customers and there were empty tables and booths everywhere it literally took 10 min to seat a party of 4. I know there is a wait time with food especially at denny's but we waited about half an hour and we all didn't get served at the same time. When we did get our food she forgot my sister's celery and my toast. When we got them a few celery sticks had a weird oily sheen with pieces of herbs while the others didn't it was the most tragic looking plate of celery sticks I've ever seen and my toast were soggy. It took forever getting her attention at one point I just saw her standing there wrapping napkins around utensils while we've been trying to get her attention. The lady who was in charge of our table (don't know her name she didn't introduce herself but she had black hair) did not pay much attention to our table until we asked for the bill where she just stood there staring and waiting. It was the longest shes ever gave our table any attention. The first and last time I'll ever go to this place. worst dennys ive ever seen. this is the closest dennys to my home and after 3 attempts here, i will be driving an extra 5 miles to the next nearest location. for one, they NEVER answer their phone for to go orders. I just had the worst experience at this Denny's. I left IHOP because for their turkey melt they wanted $17. I'm like no way am I paying that so I come to Rialto to Denny's for the moons over my hammy substituted with turkey on sourdough bread it's never failed me with an order of fries $10 and some change. I get my order,my French fries are not extra crispy like I asked for. They take my food back I get my extra crispy fries I grab my bag and I go to the car, I look at my sandwich it's on regular sandwich bread scrambled eggs balled up right in the middle slices of turkey has so much fat around it and the bread was just grilled and greasy. I went back in the restaurant and ask for my money back and ask for the manager he comes out and he tells me they're out of sourdough bread. I told him I should have been given that option. Once we were ready to order, it took another 20 or so minutes for the server to take our orders. Once our orders were taken, I kid you not, we waited for like an hour. I've come to this location a few times on my lunch break, and my experience has been ok. Tonight, however, the service was awful. We didn't even get our menus until about 10 minutes after we were seated. It was 25 minutes before our server decided to show up and ask for our drink orders. We went ahead and placed our full orders at that point since it had already been so long. There were 3 of us, and we each ordered a water and a dessert - a milkshake, a sundae, and pancake puppies between the three of us. Not much to ask. It was still another 15 minutes before we got our waters (a total of 40 minutes since we had been seated, and we were a bit dehydrated after working a long event right before our visit), and another 15 minutes after the water before our desserts came. By then, what we had hoped would be a relaxing celebration after our event turned into a frustrating test of patience. The manager had verbally told us where we could sit instead of guiding us. During our wait, several young teenagers had arrived and got their order taken before us. Came in here for breakfast, it was only 5 of us(3 adults 2 kids) waited +25 minutes for what they said would be 15 then was seated and ordered in less than 5 minutes got the drinks and waited +30 minutes just for our food. We didn't order much but part of our order never came so we cancelled it and when we approached the manager about it he said the excuse that we have to understand they are "busy" and "takes time" horrible service on waiter end and on manager.
