Piece of crap service, they need a new management here, manager is has no decency. Came in on my birthday and I got my food 30 minutes after everyone else got theirs. It was not even busy and I only ordered two pancakes. By the time I got my food the rest of my table finished with their meals. I have been going to this Dennys for years and as time has went on the service went from bad to super bad .. they really dont appreciate the customer and the service is really sub standard .. its need to be closed and remodeled and reopen but with so .much stuff being built in Rialto we will have more choices and they will have to step up there game or get out. We waited forever for our food. Got the food and half of the orders were cold! We complained and waitress decided to get an attitude after that. Barely came to our table. We had to get up and ask for anything we needed. The worst Denny's and worst service I have had in quite a while. Made excuses as to why the food was cold. The food here is terrible! All of my family order steak, but it seems like they pre-cook them first and when people order them they just put them in the grill to warm them up! The meat was dry and didn't look appetizing at all! We also order cream of corn as side dishes and we had to returned them cause they were sour. The girl that helped us was really nice! Went in with my baby today and hated the customer service. I have always enjoyed having breakfast here but this particular Denny's has such bad service. After We Ordered Our Food And Took About Two Bites, We Discovered A Dead ROACH Right Near Our Table. This must've been the first Dennys I've been to that had horrible service. This was my first time coming here and maybe my last. My family and I waited for our food for almost an hour. By the time we got our food it was cold and my order and my mother's order were wrong. 5 minutes passed by and we finally got our order correctly. As we were half way done with our breakfast the waitress stopped by and I asked her for a refill. I didn't see my refill till we were already leaving. She said she didn't charge us for it but by the time I got it I didn't even want it anymore. When I walked out to our car I took a sip of my iced cappuccino and it tasted sour. Unbelievable! My husband and his friend went to Denny's for lunch he ordered a salad with grilled chicken breast. It turned out he was charged for a salad 7.00 the strips of chicken that cost 3.00 he noticed the salad consisted of lettuce no tomatoes a sprinkle of cheese a few pieces of rotten avocado and some chopped bacon. He literately had to order tomatoes. But lost his appetite for this rotten salad. Denny's claims that is their new menu. This is the worst Denny's I've been too. Service was terrible. The lady at the register was rude. The waitress helping us was nice but not on top of her game. We waited 45min - 1hr for our food. Everyone got their food at different times.. coffee was not refilled. I asked for French vanilla and she said they were out. Then she took the table next to us some French vanilla. I asked for hot sauce and she told me to give her a minute.. 5 min passed and my food was getting cold. I got up and went to go get one myself. I did not enjoy my food whatsoever. The graveyard is the best service time EVER! Lucas is thee most genuine waiter. It's so laid back and quiet most of the time. He aids in keeping this vintage styled diner upbeat and entertaining. This used to be a good and well kept Dennys but recently I have sen it go down hill and I attribute it to the management. The waitresses wold manage this place better then the current management. I have going to this Dennys since it opened for business but I'm almost done trying to give them another chance. When tried to call and make a Togo order the manager could not speak very good English nor could he understand it. Service is always good. Food is usually decent. Sometimes the tables smell like they have been wiped with a dirty rag. Loaded baked potato soup tastes good, but it's a bit watered down for my taste. Could be a bit thicker, which would make it really good. read more
