The food here is terrible! All of my family order steak, but it seems like they pre-cook them first and when people order them they just put them in the grill to warm them up! Unbelievable! My husband and his friend went to Denny's for lunch he ordered a salad with grilled chicken breast. It turned out he was charged for a salad 7.00 the strips of chicken that cost 3.00 he noticed the salad consisted of lettuce no tomatoes a sprinkle of cheese a few pieces of rotten avocado and some chopped bacon. He literately had to order tomatoes. But lost his appetite for this rotten salad. Denny's claims that is their new menu. This must've been the first Dennys I've been to that had horrible service. This was my first time coming here and maybe my last. My family and I waited for our food for almost an hour. By the time we got our food it was cold and my order and my mother's order were wrong. 5 minutes passed by and we finally got our order correctly. As we were half way done with our breakfast the waitress stopped by and I asked her for a refill. I didn't see my refill till we were already leaving. This is the worst Denny's I've been too. Service was terrible. The lady at the register was rude. The waitress helping us was nice but not on top of her game. We waited 45min - 1hr for our food. Everyone got their food at different times.. coffee was not refilled. I asked for French vanilla and she said they were out. Then she took the table next to us some French vanilla. I asked for hot sauce and she told me to give her a minute.. 5 min passed and my food was getting cold. I got up and went to go get one myself. I did not enjoy my food whatsoever. Had breakfast with my family on a weekday and the service was EXCELLENT. Everyone was really nice and our waitress was very attentive to my mom's needs. Very clean with plenty of parking. Waited 20 minutes to be set at a dirty table , ask for a high chair for my eight month old and waited another 10 minutes for it.
