There is now a new manager at this location. The previous manager Fernando was a living nightmare! So full of himself and super sensitive! These are such poor qualities to have for a person in the position of leadership. So glad to see him go ! The new manager Erick is a breath of fresh air! I've had many conversations with him and I see the management skills he has obtained over the years with his experience. Customers will see improvements immediately because in customer service everything starts from the top! This change in management should have happened a lot sooner! Upper management was blind to see all the faults their previous manager possessed ! With all the complaints all management would say is to let them make it up to you! How pathetic trying to cover up mistakes with an apology! So glad to see you go Fernando, as low as you have set the bar it can only go up from here after your gone! read more

I recently visited thus Danny location and ordered a steak and egg with an additional topping of mushrooms. While the ambiance was pleasant and the service from the waitress was friendly, I was deeply disappointed by the minuscule portion of mushrooms that accompanied my steak.Upon receiving my meal, I was shocked to find only six tiny, thin slices of mushrooms scattered on top of the steak. Despite being charged $1.5 for this addition, the quantity provided was far below expectations. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied with this aspect of my dining experience.Attached is a photo for reference, allowing you to judge for yourself whether such a portion meets your standards. While I appreciate the pleasant service from the waitress, the lackluster addition of mushrooms to my steak leaves me hesitant to recommend this location. read more

Don't come to this crappy dennys. The manager sits on her butt doing NOTHING. I was had dinner here with some friends there was another big party here at the same we were here. With one waitress Cassandra working ALL BY HERSELF she did the best she could. Dennys find better managers not lazy ones who sit down and see when help is needed. I see other complained too about about same girl on the SAME NIGHT. I can attest she do anything till someone from the big party got up to ask her that her employee only has two hands but she can use her help!!!! Food was cold. Only Denny's near here, I asked for Veterans Day free meal, after I ate my meal, the waiter/cashier says I thought you meant the free birthday meal, why are you showing me your veteran's ID. I told him I'm suppose to get free meal on Veterans Day, He say he never heard of such a thing and he's work there for more than 20 years. Of course couple days later I get a e-mail from this Denny's saying they have free meal deals on Veterans day, Now I got the grand slam, which I thought was the free veteran's meal to get, but it is not. Managers ERICK & RENE plus servers KARLA & GRACIELA are my primary interactions at this restaurant. I enjoy coming here. There are other employees but i do not have their names. The food is good and timely. The managers will dive in to help bus tables and assist Servers with bringing out food. They engage with customers and all employees consistently and positively. This clearly reflects on the quality of training weather with new employees OR veteran servers. I highly recommend this restaurant,,, good grub and service. ;) read more

While having my meal at Dennys I realized everything was perfect. I ordered the sirloin steak n eggs and it was cooked to perfection the way I liked it which was medium rare. The steak was very juicy n flavorful, on top of that service was phenomenal. I was helped by Jocelyn and Yesenia and both very attentive and accommodated to my needs. The restaurant was also very clean including the restrooms which was a huge relief. Overall a 10/10 experience here at Dennys will recommend and come back soon. read more

Man I've been coming to this location, and theres been nothing but nice things to say, the place is clean, the food is superb, the Staff is Excellent. My brother went into the store too try and get the food that we order and Donald did us a huge solid and got us our food. Was at this location last night , I normally go to the 7th and hacienda location . But customer service was great , the hostess was very helpful . I recommend sitting with the server jay . He was on top of anything and everything I needed . I will be back tonight . Also if you want a great lava cake jay is your man. Cheap, fast and service is good. Their 2/4/6/8 Menu is where the value is. I liked their Seafood Plate with free soda refill, but that one is no more, so I go to $6 for the Turkey Sandwich and Soup, which is a good value. I take my kids here once a week because the food is way better than it was 10 years ago, and the service has also greatly improved.
