If you go to this location please be aware of Veronica F. Apparently she likes to nickel and dime her customers. Been going to this location for awhile and never been charged extra for a side of sauce FOR the chicken tenders we ordered or extra for A SINGLE ONION on a club sandwich. Then blatantly not give us a strawberry sauce for my kids yogurt. So not only were we charged extra for common things we normally ask for, we also didnt get parts of what we ordered. Then when confronted about the charges and asking if she could credit the sauce we didnt get for the sauce we were charged for, it becomes an inconvenience. This has been a go to spot for late night munchies as a kid. Service at this location is usually good and friendly. Quality and taste could be hit or miss here depending on what time you go. I came here to eat with my daughter and her father. Our server Emma C did not treat us with respect. It felt like she judged us from the moment we walked in. She came took our order, left, brought food then maybe 4 mins later she dropped off the check and said when we're ready we pay up front. We now felt rushed and unwanted there. We continued to eat our food as it had just barely arrived. We then wanted to ask for butter for our English muffins yet she never came back to our table. We watched her serve the other tables. She did not bring them there checks as soon as dropping off there food. She allowed them to eat in peace. She checked on those other tables asking if they were doing okay. I looked at her signaling that we needed something and she just kept ignoring us. Then when we finished our food, I had half of my plate left. I wanted a to go box and kept trying to get her attention yet she ignored me entirely. I have never felt so little as a person before. I will never return to this location. If I could I would give this place 0 STARS! My family and I just left this establishment w/o eating we literally sat in our booth for 10min and NO ONE helped us we weren't even offered silverware. But after us came this nice couple and they were helped immediately offered silverware and coffee. I went here around 1AM and was surprised to find a pretty big crowd that consisted of a lot of people, yet the line was not long at all to get seated. There were a lot of high school students in fancy dresses/suits, probably from their homecoming or whatnot, as well as a rocker group and just miscellaneous groups of adults. Got seated almost immediately and they came up to me after looking at the menu. Food was delicious. I got a grand slam with the biscuit, hash browns, eggs, and toast. Got tons of jam (yay!). Hash browns were delicious and crispy. The toast was very buttery and good, eggs were amazing, and biscuit..... so rich and thick! I couldn't finish it. However, they were good about letting me keep a milk tea I got after work, so that was awesome! The waiters were really nice and quick to serve. I also got the brownie a la mode..... my stomach, by that time, was like OMGGGG I'M TOO FULL STOP EATING! But I had it anyway and took it home. Amazing..... Cheap... Yum! I just left this denny's and had to leave a review ASAP. marinoosh, or noosh, our server was so amazing, we will go out of our way to come to this denny's just for her. She was extremely attentive, treats you like you're one of her kids, and gives you that diner experience you always see in the movies and tv shows and hope for. The tables around us all had the same sentiments. The table behind us had a different server which was just as sweet, and handled the very picky and rude kids at her table with grace. This being my fourth and worst experience here it finally deserves this review. I ordered online for a pickup, knowing the previous 3x it took an extra 20 minutes than stated on their website after ordering. (They estimate 20 minutes.) I arrive 30 minutes after placing the order, twice was told to wait a bit longer which I patiently was. After 58 minutes and I was rudely asked by another women who looked irritated, what was I waiting for? When I responded a Togo order she snapped well we are busy right now (mind you a quarter of the tables had patrons), so I responded it had been almost an hour. Always frequent this Denny's before work around 445-5am. Came inside and was greeted by my server Anthony. A few things I've noticed recently. Tables don't seem to be set and no more use of paper settings? That aside, ordered ham cheese omelet with coffee. Anthony brought my meal and asked if I needed anything else and I said ketchup cause the one at table nearly gone. As I ate, Anthony and the cook struck up a conversation about lifting weights and getting 'shredded'. Not once during my whole meal did Anthony come back to refill my coffee or ask how my meal was. I had to get up and go to the cash register to pay and finally the cook motioned to Anthony that I was at the cash register. When he came up I said you should pay attention to your customers more. I am a huge fan of Denny's Restaurant. I enjoy the food and there is a variety of tasty food you can choose from. When I go to Denny's, I always get the same meal. I will get a salad with chicken noodle soup, and then order a Moons Over my Hammy with a side of hash browns. My family and i have eaten here a couple times and we're never disappointed in their service. And recently me and a friend came in one night for a late night dinner/study session. Been here for 40 mins. No tickets for the cooks and 3 tables. All i ordered was 2 milk shakes. Lady forgot to make them and while the employees saw me waiting for ever no one approached to even ask to see if everything was ok until i had to approach to ask about my order in which they tried to place and charge me again. If I could give this location no stars I would! My husband and I went here last night for a late night dinner. They weren't that busy so it doesn't give them an excuse to treat us the way they did. We were seated in a booth by the manager. 20 minutes passed and no one has taken our order or drink order. Two servers were working and they kept glancing at our direction yet neither of them acknowledged us. Finally a waiter named Robert G walked over not even a hello or sorry for the wait. Just simply asked if we were ready to order. I'm like wow that is rude. You guys saw us waiting yet nothing was done. He took our purser but at this point I was already livid. The manager who is a Filipino guy was at the tables next to us conversing and taking pictures with a Mexican family who had a larger party. I guess since we weren't a bigger party we were irrelevant to them. Unacceptable and purely ridiculous. Took us long to get our drinks and our food. Absolutely ludicrous if you ask me. It's not acceptable to be taking pictures with the customers and laughing especially if you are busy at that you being a manager. Would never go back to this location ever again. I don't leave reviews too often nor do I trash businesses for no reason. I try my best to give accurate reviews based off of my experiences at the places I review. That being said, let me inform everybody about this Denny's location...So we walk in and the manager says the normal greeting you'd expect from any Denny's eating establishment and we get seated. That's the extent of the pleaseantries from this evening's dining experience. After we are seated we wait for at least 15 minutes while the servers attend to everyone else Al the while not even taking a single moment to acknowledge that we have been waiting patiently for the past 15 minutes. The two servers working glance over at us a few times with blank expressions on their face and go back to catering to a big family who's just came in. I guess since they're spending more than we are that they're all important we don't exist. We don't get any kind of assurance that they will be with us in a moment, we don't get any thanks for being patient instead we get completely ignored. So now this big family though, they're getting the Royal treatment. Both servers are attending to their every need and even the manager is over at their table talking to them all and laughing and joking and making them feel as at home as he possibly can. He glances over at us a few times completely expressionless and dosen't even have the courtesy to say that he will have a server with us as soon as he can. He dosen't come over to us and laugh or joke with us, he dosen't say a single word to us. Bit then again we aren't a big family spending a good amount of money either. So finally a server walks over to us. Robert is his name. He walks up and in a monotone and uncaring tone of voice says are you ready to order? No hi I'm Robert and I'll be helping you tonight. No hi folks I'm sorry about the wait, no nothing. He even had the nerve to ask us if we needed more time to order! We have only been sitting here for at least 15 minutes and this guy Robert has looked over at our table numerous times at this point so how he even thought we would need more time in beyond me. So we order and he in that same monotone and uncaring voice says that our food will be out in a bit. I made sure that my tone of voice expressed my irritation over being treated this way but that didn't phase Robert one bit. Now by this point you would think the manager would take a moment to come over to us to see if we are ok or to say he's sorry for the wait but instead what does he do? Walks over to another group having dinner and starts talking to them he even brings out a pot of coffee and proceeds to refill their coffee. I guess two people trying to have dinner after a long day of work are irrelevant. We haven't gotten our food yet, but I'm pretty sure that the food quality will reflect the lack of quality that was shown by this piss poor staff and their clear lack of customer service just because we aren't part of a big party spending money. It's understandable that they should be helped but don't ignore your other paying customers just because they're spending less money. A simple hey we will be with you in a moment or an apology for the wait would have been fine I get it it's busy. But don't blatantly ignore us and look over at us numerous times and not say a word to us. That's disrespectful, irritating, dissapointing and had assured that we will never come back here and hopefully this review will deter others from wasting time coming here unless of course, you're part of a big party. In that case come here they will kiss your feet and roll out the red carpet. Everyone, do not waste your time here. Eat elsewhere where you will be treated with respect. read more

I've always loved this Denny's!! I've been going for years and I'm never disappointed. To start, it's just a very convenient option as it's always open and you can get breakfast at any time. The only thing about this location that isn't great is the parking which is a bit tight, but nothing they can control. The wait staff is super attentive and always nice; In the mornings they're always walking around making sure everyone's coffees and waters are filled and at night they're equally as active. I've never had an issue with poor service and they don't even roll their eyes when you ask to split a check at the register (something that many restaurants find annoying especially with groups of teenagers). You definitely get enough food for what you pay for and there's so many options. They are also super nice about substitions for orders. Food is out relatively quickly and it always tastes pretty good. read more

I had a hunger for some late night food and I should've gone Mexican instead of Denny's. Even though there wasn't much of a crowd at night, the wait staff here seems like they don't care very much. I had to wait over 15 mins to get a table while the waitresses were just walking back and forth tending to just one table. Once seated, we were given a menu and didn't see the wait staff come back for another 20 mins. I played some paper football with the sugar packets while waiting and was able to finish one full game. I always go for the eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, which is part of the grand slam deal. I requested the eggs over easy, but they came back completely cooked-hardly a runny yoke. The pancakes were dry until I had to drench them in the syrup. The bacon was crunchy to the point of chewing small overcooked rocked. The sausage was the silver lining, which was tender and tasty. We were only given water once and never was asked for a refill. I thought requesting for the check after we were done would be easy, but that entailed another 15-20 mins wait, while there were only 3 other tables dining at the same time. A part of me blames the waitress, but I also blame the owner who was too cheap to hire another waiter on the night shift. All in all, I should've gotten Mexican food instead. At least it's FAST food. read more

Food is consistent with other Denny's, but their parking is terrible if you have a nice car. I got a bad door ding there. Their spots are some of the smallest I've ever seen. They also have a lot of eucalyptus trees, which are terrible to park under (acidic leaves). read more

Beware of this Denny's, the hotel next door is under construction and there is absolutely no parking. Ad to that most of their parking spaces are tiny and filled with construction workers pickups and dump trucks.
