At no point did she show any understanding or basic courtesy, even though it was obvious I was struggling to reach. It was a simple transaction that turned into a frustrating experience because of her attitude. Customer service should at the very least be respectful, and unfortunately that was not the case here.

They tell me they will send an email to upper management and someone will get back to me . No one has gotten back to me not even a supervisor! I learned online that some stores are franchises . This store is. I contacted David Richard's who is the Director of Operations for this franchise . They own many locations and it is called T & K LP in Marina Ca. He has not returned my call. This is an issue lie that needs to be addressed! I know I am ultimately responsible for my credit card. But why won't they respond back. Also the worker had plenty of time to bring my card out to me . She could see my car from the drive thru and I was there a very long time . I'm sure she noticed she had my card after all that time. This concerns me. Lleaves a bad taste in my mouth . I don't think I will be going to Taco Bell again especially since no one will even call me back.!I know I have locked my card and will get a new one! Bottom line . Everyone be careful when you go anywhere. Tap the card if possible don't hand it to them . If you have to hand it to them be sure they give you your card back!! No accountability! Wrong ! I don't like it! Why was there that big charge on my account? Also look through your statements often . There are so many scams out there!

5 Stars - Great Value & Fresh Food I'm not sure why Denny's has a low rating because my experience was great! The salmon salad was fresh and delicious, with a generous portion that left me satisfied. The sandwiches were also fresh, and the menu has tons of options, so there's something for everyone. The restaurant is spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent--friendly and efficient. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes. If you're looking for a good meal at a great price, Denny's is definitely a solid choice. I'd happily come back! read more

I frequent this Denny's quite a bit and their service has always been 10/10. Unfortunately, recently they've made the terrible mistake of hiring "Octavio" at least that's what I heard his co workers call him because he does not wear his name tag or proper uniform. This all falls short due to the fact that he is flat out racist! My friends and I heard him clearly say "I don't like black people". I always give a trying a second chance after a first mistake that obviously whoever is on steaks in the morning, does not know how to cook a steak. This is something that needs to be improved, especially after the first time when I ordered a new strip and ended up with the Sirloin. Hopefully management looks into this and pays attention to the floor and makes these corrections. I will give it a couple of weeks then go back to see if any improvements have been made. If so, I will update my Star rating. If not, I will then do the opposite.

He gave me the table number card and I found a table. He said that he did get to speak with a human after all after I'd gone outside. Surprise, surprise! When the food came, my sandwich, while tasty, was super sloppy with too much sauce. I had a hard time eating it without risking wearing part of the 'wich on my clothes. It was an unsatisfying experience on many levels. I don't blame this store, per se - I realize that it's a decision foist on them by management up the food chain. I've always respected the Habit Burger chain, but that feeling took a big hit with the fiasco at the Salinas location. I didn't feel welcome or appreciated. Removing the human connection is a big mistake for any business that requires building customer loyalty.
