I just had a brunch here and it's one of those hidden gems that makes you remember that the food in SoCal is the best. I got their pancake sandwich (2 hot cakes, 2 sausages and 2 eggs) and my +1 had their international omelette special with hash. For something so simple, it was amazingly delicious! Portions are large and we needed to ask for a togo box. Hospitality is great here too. For our visit, there was one cook at the open kitchen and two very friendly servers at the restaurant. It was only us and 2-3 other group/couples at Rudy's. Food came out quick and hot. Server checked up on us and refilled my coffee whenever I ran low. Eat at Rudy's is on my highly recommend list for Torrance.
