I came here the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, not to eat, but to get some bills exchanged for a graduation money lei that I came from San Diego to drop off in Tustin. I would not have time to go to the bank on Saturday morning before the parent would meet me to pick up her lei order. I was in a bit of a dilemma, but saw this Denny's and decided to see if they could help me. Big shout out to Jeremy, the GM/Supervisor that night for helping me get the money exchanged that I needed. The place was clean, but packed with families at about 10:30-11PM. However, Jeremy did not hesitate to help a lady in need. What great customer service and I didn't even dine in yet! I will definitely come in and eat if this is the way the manager treats a stranger from San Diego on a crazy, busy Friday night who didn't even come in to eat. The service here is always good. The crepes were just right for someone with a sweet tooth as the crème inside is light and goes with the strawberries perfectly. The pancakes are good too. They're fluffy but still a little crispy. Each time I have gotten the eggs, they have always been cooked perfectly. This is definitely a good place for a solid breakfast. read more

I really like this Dennys I've been here three times now. Each time I have always been welcomed as quickly given a table. Some of the best stuff on the menu is definitely the pancakes, and any breakfast combo. The interior is well-kept, very clean, and soft warm lighting. Lots of windows, and the table and seats are also in great condition. The customer service is very good, the waiters give frequent check in's, refills for water, and menu recommendations. The food is served hot, and every time I have gone the food always taste delicious. I love having breakfast at Denny's, I'm almost always satisfied with the food. This is my 6th time at this specific Denny's and my first time for breakfast, it was THE BEST Supreme skillet of all the Denny's locations that I frequent (MANY)! I ate it while it was still sizzling and forgot to take a picture, but I did take a second to snap the yummy pancake. Coffee was hot and fresh, an entirely new second cup arrived with the fluffy pancake! The service was on point & friendly, the team headed by Manager Omar and the wait staff of Heriberto added to the positive vibe. I will be back!! read more

My husband ordered and picked up from this place. They gave me a surprise gift. I chewed it and If swallowed it, it was a disaster. We asked for a refund, they just said call back tomorrow morning. I think all staffs will know how to refund. I don't know why Im waiting until tomorrow morning. Im so disappointed by their handling. p.s We called them back, They said the manager is out off place. Denny's is exactly what it always has been: easy, quick, consistent food and service. They make little menu changes but nothing big I'm decades. This Denny's is right off the freeway with a huge parking lot that can accommodate any rv or oversized vehicle. It's a newer building so everything is fresh and clean. Judy was our waitress and - pleasantly surprised - she offered upgrades like strawberries or bananas on our French toast or avocado on my husbands eggs Benedict. My most recent visit involved me trying to redeem my free Birthday breakfast. My app didn't work. I tried logging in for 3 days and kept being asked to reset my password after doing exactly that. I came and talked to Ana. She was super nice and helped me out. She and her manager Scott hooked me up with the birthday pancakes. She went out of her way to help me and made my day! Haven't been to Denny's in a while. This is a prime location and has been here for years. My in-laws were regulars-- elderly now so they cant go as often. Went for breakfast and it was super! Leo was our server, very friendly and prompt with service. The remodel looks good, it really makes the place look clean and comfortable. Plenty of seating space. Food was great, thank you to the cooks who we don't always see- the Baconalia breakfast pancakes were excellent! Please keep up the staff moral, we need good servers. I come in late nights due to work. Really nice staff, they've always had a positive attitude even during the covid times. I've gone to other places in the wee hours of the morning and gotten some hesitant looks (understandably so, male walking into a place with a mask at 1am gets attention from staff) but they never had that attitude towards me. Just read two negative Yelp reviews regarding customer service here and I can tell you that is not what me and my family experienced. From the moment we walked in this morning till the time we left. We had the best customer service here compare to other Denny's we have been to. Great teamwork! I can tell you, this please was so clean I was amazed. There was no one crumb on the floor or in any corner or nook. Our waitress was very welcoming, funny and sweet. She was on top of our table and all her other tables. We and everyone that enter the door was greeted and direct immediately to a table. It was a raining morning, not crowed but the place was full. Our food came out fast too. We couldn't be more pleased and will be making this Denny's our go to Denny's from now on. read more

No matter what anyone says, Denny's still has the most reasonable breakfasts around. We went to Japonaise Bakery & Cafe but there was no bread yet so we had an hour to kill. Lil guy wanted breakfast and this Denny's was nearby so we went inside. The restaurant was only about 1/4 full so we were seated really quickly. Our orders were taken quickly too. However, the kitchen must've been short-handed because it took forever for our food to come out. Service was great though, we got refills and our server kept coming back to let us know the food was coming. He also kept checking back with us after we got our food. While we were waiting (I had a lot of time to kill) I saw that some servers were calling customers by name and almost every single server had just a seriously pleasant attitude. They were cheerful and quick to refill empty glasses. They also were really quick to clear tables. This Denny's is in an awful location right off the Red Hill exit off the I-5. Other than the kitchen being slow, everything else was super good especially service. PS: Did you know that Denny's now offers a choice of grits OR hashbrowns?? read more

SOLID! So good I went back 2 days in a row for curbside pick up! LOL Seriously, I have such a great appreciation for all of these hard working employees that are working in such uncertain times. Without them, we would have no food on the table among other things. I also appreciate all restaurants offering curbside pick up. It makes things so much easier for us. Having underlying health issues, we take things very seriously. Since I've been living in the area, this was my first time at this location, I ordered online and our food was ready in a timely manner. I called when we arrived and they bought out our food immediately. Everything was made fresh and to our specifications. Either I was really hungry or my food was just that good! They actually pay attention to the notes when you order online, most places forget -__- . I have no complaints and super satisfied with our food and service!
