This is my go to place for cream cheese wontons! It's super easy to order from the app, and my food was still hot and crispy and ready when I arrived to pick it up. They packaged the wontons separately with two containers of their delicious dipping sauce and two fortune cookies. Yum!

House Special Chicken is one of the better entrees here or House Special Steak. House Special Chicken is sweet and salty which tasted pretty good with white rice. I only come back to Pick-up Stik for their House Special Chicken or Beef. However, since after covid, the taste had not been the same as pre-covid for some reasons. I don't recommend family meal unless you like fried rice and chow mein - they had a unique taste. Chow meins were too saucy for me and fried rice tasted a little plain. I always order through Pick-Up-Stix app. They have promotions here and there. Staff is always polite and cordial. Food was finished as stated time after I ordered online. The inside looked clean and organized. Plenty of parkings in front.

Found peanuts in our orange chicken, despite asking prior to ordering about peanuts in the food because of an allergy (we even double checked the online allergen menu to be safe before eating). Luckily we noticed them after my partner had only taken a few bites.

I haven't been to Pick Up Stix in like a decade but I'll sure be coming back more! We had such a great dinner! Tbh we pulled up right before closing and they were still so chill with us. We ordered 5 plates to go - my fam has lots of different dietary restrictions but the staff were still super patient and helpful answering our questions. I ended up getting the firecracker tofu and noodles. SO GOOD! They made all the food fresh to order and did everything so quickly. And those plates were FILLED. Like the bag was so heavy I was laughing. You'll definitely get a bang for your buck. I don't often have leftovers because I can eat a lot but it was definitely enough for two meals. This review is only for the "new" firecracker chicken dish, the service and ambiance are always excellent. So this new dish is abhorrent because it's just 90% fried bread. It was so nasty and there was no discernible chicken in it that I became suspicious and found out there's only 10 grams of protein. An order of chicken strips from a competitor (rhymes with chic bilet) is 40 grams. So if you want to eat chicken when you order chicken don't get this "firecracker chicken" since there's no chicken there. It appears to be a scam to make a dish that looks nice but contains only cheap carbs because carbs are cheap. Go elsewhere. read more

No issues here, the wife is able to order through the app, make some custom selections, and the order is ready to go by the indicated time. It's perfect for a quick meal after work and the prices can be quite affordable with some random coupons that are available if you signed up for their mailing or weekly offers. I pretty much only opt for the house special chicken, and it's great that you can add extra caramelization as well as veggie mix ins. The veggie mix may take away some portion of the house special chicken, but it does include snap peas, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli. The portion seems rather decent as the container seems nearly filled to the lid with rice and chicken. The associates here are real friendly and literally each and every person inside the store behind the counter said welcome to pick up stix (seems like management is really pushing to be like Panda for acknowledging customers). The app is good, the prices seem alright, and the overall service makes this a good go to spot for a quick Asian-American meal. read more

Nothing bad to say about this fast food joint. My kids request orange chicken maybe once a month and this place always delivers. They are quick, efficient and the food is always great. I mean it's fast food Chinese so you get what you pay for. The service and management is quality and if you need a quick meal on a random week night in Tustin, I would highly recommend this location. They let us know there was a new chef today, and they would remake all the dishes for us with the original chef. The replacement dishes were just as good as all our previous visits and it was excellent again! So thanks to the staff for fixing the problem. I'm not sure if they are training a new chef to take over, or as a backup, but they need to be careful as serving bad quality food like that would drive most people to never come back. We knew the food was good from prior experience, so we knew we could ask why the food quality changed. For first time customers, or those that may have ordered to go - if you had bad food today, it may have been a fluke due to the new chef. Service however was a amazing as usual. Though, I can attest that the noodles are delicious after having a taste of my friend's noodles. Now, back to my burger. I ordered the Cumin Beef RoujiaMo, which is stir-fried beef mixed with cumin and chilies and served on a crispy flatbread. It's listed on the menu under Asian burgers, which is actually inaccurate. After all, there's no lettuce, tomato, mayo, or any condiments that one would come to expect from a burger. It's more accurate to call it a "Chinese sandwich," which would help set the right expectations. Semantics aside, the Cumin Beef RoujiaMo was tasty. The meat was tender and the flatbread was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. I quite enjoyed it. Just note, it is spicy! I asked the server how spicy and she said, "Mild." That's "Asian chili-lover mild," folks, not western mild. By American standards, it's more of a medium spice level. The Location: It's located in a small strip mall off MacArthur Boulevard near the 55 Freeway. It's not difficult to find, but it is difficult to find parking -- especially during peak hours on the weekend. To make matters worse, the parking stalls themselves are narrow. If you normally drive a large truck or a wide SUV, consider taking a sedan or smaller vehicle if you have one. The Service: For an Asian establishment, the customer service was surprisingly solid. I say this as an Asian myself; old-school Chinese restaurants are known for having employees with non-existent customer service. But this crew was young and understood that being friendly was essential for western restaurants. The staff didn't check up on us or offer exceptional service, but they were accommodating and knowledgeable when whenever I flagged them down. The Setting: Even though it's a smallish-medium restaurant, there's a decent amount of tables to accommodate a decent number of people at one time. It's clean and nicely decorated. However, the bathroom was another story. Sure, it had soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, but the back of the faucet was coming apart due to corrosion and it looked like the toilet bowl hadn't been scrubbed in months. Overall, a shocking sight considering how tidy the dining area was. The Conclusion: If you love spicy Chinese food, you'll love Six Alley. While I don't, the dish I had and the customer service was good enough for me to want to go back and try some of the other dishes. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

just ordered from this place, i had ordered 2 meals and only really received one and a half. i ordered a kung pow chicken, and a chicken lettuce wrap. i called to let them know that i was here for curbside pickup bc i did not have a mask on me at the time. i quickly brought the food home to my starving child and they didn't even include the lettuce for the wrap? aren't you supposed to double check the order before sending it out? the staff is clearly poorly trained, as the women who gave me my order didn't even confirm it was the order for me. extremly disappointed with this location and would not recomen it to ANYONE read more
