After some time, they managed to "make us" a table so not sure what was the point of reservation.

By far, this is my favorite Denny's! Heriberto, our server and His service was incredible. If you go there you gotta ask for him. He will do anything to look after you and make sure every little need of yours is full-filled. Frankly, his attention to detail elevates the entire experience. Scott the manager is excellent, and keeps everything running along nicely. Everyone just plays so well together. This place takes it to another level when everyone jumps in the game nobody ever passes with a "let me get your server". Instead, they jump right in. I really hope this Denny's stays in business! The parking is ample, thanks to its own private lot, which makes it super convenient. As for the food, well, you know what you're getting with Denny's--it's classic diner fare. What surprised me the most was just how good it was during our visit after church one Sunday. Although there was a small wait, our server was incredibly prompt with our drinks and food, ensuring we didn't feel neglected. Denny's in Tustin on El Camino Real is making a great Covid come back! Led by the savvy and friendly Scott the big is a bear man with a heart to match is working hard to prove that together we can overcome this crisis with a little hard work and perseverance. Although I accidentally placed a pickup order at the wrong location, the customer service at this location far exceeded my expectations. I want to sincerely thank the staff, especially Mr. Scott, for his patience and quick action during the busy lunch rush. He immediately stepped in to address the issue and made sure everything was handled smoothly. BEWARE of Food Poisoning! I have eaten here twice, and both times I have got food poisoning! Its not just me, I know two other people by word of mouth that also have not only got sick, but have received actual poisoning. The food is also crap.....both times it was cold and tasted bad. The service is really slow here at anytime and the restrooms are pretty dirty! I hope the Health inspector pays this dump a visit. We have a lot of birthdays in the month of august in my family and we like to go to dennys to get free breakfast. But this franchisee does not honor the free grand slam that you used to be able to get on your birthday. They make things difficult so that you give up and have to end up paying. Well I'm not paying for it on my breakfast when it was Always free in the past at other locations where the franchisee is not a cheap skate. You have lost my business permanently. read more

Outdoor seating is available, and my teacher and I loved dining in again! We were coming back from St. Joseph's and really needed the food. Thankfully this place was offering seating for my teacher and me. Customer service is alright: they're doing everything they can in COVID 19 conditions. Tip them when you can.
