Kind of weird how Denny's doesn't seem to respond to negative reviews, but I figured that I would post here for buyer beware. Came to visit family in the area before stopping here before heading home. Very sketchy location at night. The server did the best she could but the hostess oversat her. The food came out wrong and she tried to make it right but the cook didn't seem to understand what was going on and kept sending out wrong food. I am not sure why people say the manager is nice because I heard her arguing with the server from the front of the restaurant. Our server was very polite and did the best that she could, but staff all seems disconnected, the visit was extremely unenjoyable and management seems very chaotic and dismissive if you aren't a teenager being sat with her. I thought it was illegal for managers to take tables and tips? Weirdest, worst Denny's I've ever been to. Don't come here. read more

Staff very attentive, lemonade taste like water w/ a dash of lemon, I had to add sugar for taste. I Ordered the lumberjack slam $14.50 daughter ordered a Oreo shake & vegetable beef soup. Over all it was good my waitress was awesome she kept checking on us to make sure we were good. So no complaints food came out fast. read more

This is by far the WORST Denny's I have ever been to in my entire life. You'd be better off eating from a goddamn trash can than here. First off, we were forced to wait because they needed to let their "service catch up" which was slightly reasonable. Then, the server we had chose to take our sampler before it was done and didn't even freaking ask! We were saving a few pieces for our daughter, because the kids meals aren't enough for her but she doesn't like the adult meals. Then she chose to ARGUE WITH ME WHEN I ASKED! Like what the heck! Lastly the bourbon crepes look like shit on a plate, overcooked, and look completely wrong. Don't come here. Rest assured, you will be severely disappointed. If the option of negative stars were available, or '0', no stars ought be an option......let's see, where to start? Famished, a friend and I decide on the nearest Denny's for some early morning bfast, (about 20ish mins to 6am)...did not see a customer in sight. Waitress gal 'greets' us, and stated to sit wherever...so, the first booth I considered, well, had residue of customer's passed, crumbs, smears/smidges, etc., I opted for the next booth. Upon my settling in, i look across from my friend, and the divider-thing in between the booth(s), the plexiglass or whatever, was FILTHY! Filthy with sticky fingerprints, grease, snot, who knows? And who knows how long it's been that way?? The divider behind me was no picnic, neither. Before ordering, I exchanged a few pleasantries with the server gal, she stated how Slow it was that night/early morning, then decided it was becuz this or that...anyways with that being said, I order an ice tea, lemon on side, coffee, and bfast items; the coffee was far from fresh, and room temperature at best, no lemons on the side were provided. The sugar pack holder thing had the artificial craps'a'plenty, only 2 actual sugar packs at my table, no biggie, I inspected the nearby, empty tables and re-upped the packets. While waiting for foodstuffs, I have nothing positive within the restaurant to mention; **the window sills were very roomy, but nothing sat in them except layers of dust, dander, trash, and used crayon fragments...no refreshing, greenery one would think suitable...***trash under the empty tables/booths, *** the bathrooms were stinky with a malodor of sewage, and 1 of the stalls was "Out of Service", the stench was overwhelming, the men's bathroom apparently had piss all over and around the urinal, eewww. Food comes to table, looks decent enough, but food temperature was well within DangerZone, which is not a good thing. Furthermore, the salt shaker was nearly empty, the ketchup bottle Was empty, as was the syrup dispenser, along with sticky...my friend's toast was had a bit of something upon 1 side/slice, smack dab in the center... and not a jelly topper to be found...nor any butter portions. SIGH My plate offered a couple pieces of odd colored looked-like-microwave-type bacon strips, and 1, one, single mini 'sausage'...which I thought unusual, just 1. Eventually, lemons on the side were delivered, no long iced tea stirring spoon provided, Server gal not once came by to ask how everything was, I would have bit my tongue, it would have been nice for the straw wrappers, empty packets of sugar, and spills from creamers cups be removed from table whilst dining, or extra napkins offered, but, NO. Before wrapping it up, I requested for (re)fill on tea, no-go, then asked the relief server for tea to-go, she said that 'she' can take care of me at register...instead of taking 1 minute to honor my request, nope. I'm only giving them 3stars is because the night crew is amazing overall better staff and better food, i usually come at Midnight but today I took a chance and came in the afternoon and was met with an incompetent server at the register who couldn't understand English and then I had to re order my food with another server for whatever reason my first order wasn't put in . A special shout-out to the over night crew for 6/5/23. I arrived about 3 AM for pancakes, eggs & bacon. Unfortunately I was informed that the grill was closed due to fact the cook was a no show. This is the worst dennys, it wasnt always but the last 3 times ive ordered here the portions and the food have been pathetic. Today there soda machine was being maintenanced (no one was working on it so id just say BROKEN) then i asked for chocolate milk and they were out of milk!! And they cant make gravy with no milk so forget gravy on my biscuits. Soooooo disappointed. Will not be returning to this location ill drive accross town to the one on hwy 18 is much better. read more

So upset waste my 40 minutes of my time for biscuits and gravy. Such a simplistic food and I was given all of my items separate, of course I didn't eat it when all of my food was cold. Okay, server friendly & attentive but... Asked for Soup, got salad Hubby asked for Medium rare Steak, got well done I asked for Creamed corn, got regular corn Hubby asked for Toast with heavy butter, came with no butter. My salmon was good but on the dry side and no offer of tarter sauce. Was told a 10-20 min wait time which was fine until we were seated and then had to wait an additional hour just for our first appetizer to come out , food was not served at once or even together , we were getting 1 plate at a time. There was hair in my hash browns , we waited so long to the point we left and didn't really eat what had came out. We paid for our drinks and the appetizer we ate . Customer service was fine but they definitely need to hire more people because my family was not the only people waiting and upset. read more

She had a handful of other waiters and waitresses who didn't help her one bit. The kitchen staff of 3 couldn't get orders out right at all. This poor girl had zero help from her associates. My mom and sister had a birthday coupon they were really excited to use. A free breakfast. When it came time to pay they were not whiling to use the coupon, this is even after the waiter agreed and told us the coupon works. On top of not giving the coupon discount they charged extra stuff so it became more expensive and they just completely screwed the bill up. We now go back inside to try to fix the fuck up once again. They did not seem to care or even try to understand the situation. Even getting the manager involved, it was honestly no help. Don't bother coming here. Save the headache and go to IHOP. F this place.... only positive about it was the waitress Josephine. Everything else as far as the food quality and care is trash. She did the best she could with what she had to deal with in terms of other customers and attention to serving me. But the food isnt prepared with any heart, even when asked to make the items hot it still came to my table lukewarm, and the cook at night/early morning sucks. My family and I went to eat and they received their meals before me. The waitress tells me that the manager was unsatisfied with the way my buffalo wings were prepared and that they were waiting for a second batch. I get my wings only to realize that they are over fried and drenched in sauce, which was probably the original wings and someone decided to just smother them with sauce and throw them back out to be served. If I had more time I would have asked them to make me a new batch...but due to time constraints I wasn't able to. Poor kitchen service and when asking the waitress if the way my wings looked was normal, she stated she never eats there. Now I know why. read more

I need to remember to take more pictures of my food. This Dennys location was clean, and the staff were very friendly today. Although the parking lot was packed, we were able to sit down two minutes after we walked in. We had a party of 2 only. I ordered the Grand Slam with all turkey bacon and over medium eggs. I love that the meal comes with coffee and orange juice. Great combination. Our waitress got us water as we sat down and said that she would be right back with us. When she came back shortly after, she asked if we were ready to order. What happened to the days when servers suggested the meals or deals of the day? Waitresses literally give you menus and ask you if you're ready to order. Suggesting new flavored drinks, new crepes or stuffed French toast would go a long way. read more

We've never had issues at this location before and as a server myself I'm very understanding with service issues. However our server Kelsey seemed to be having a difficult day. She seemed to have only three tables and was still struggling to get food out. We waited our whole meal for some toast and our crepes. Presumably the manager and a host were talking and ignoring a family waiting to be sat. The family then sat themselves and both the manager and host gave them menus and dirty looks.
