I recently had surgery and was finally feeling well enough to eat something substantial, so I ordered breakfast for two through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing meals I've had in a long time. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Omelette with cheese-covered hash browns. The omelette was completely inedible. Everything tasted old and poorly prepared, and the hash browns arrived cold, soggy, and unappetizing. I was hungry and needed to eat, yet the food was so bad that I chose not to finish it. It also was a poor serving size for $23. We also ordered an All-American Slam, and while it was slightly better, it was still very underwhelming and nowhere near the quality you'd expect. What makes this even more frustrating is that the total came to nearly $50 for two breakfasts. For that price, I expected fresh, hot food. Instead, we received meals that tasted like they had been sitting around for far too long. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. On the last leg of our cross-country trip, we stopped in Victorville just to stretch our legs, use the restroom, and grab something quick before the final drive home. I ordered a strawberry milkshake -- always a reliable favorite at Denny's -- and it was delicious as usual. Ray had the Cali Club, and it hit the spot perfectly since we were anxious to get home. What really stood out, though, was our waitress, Jo. She had such a beautiful smile and a pleasant attitude, even though she was the only one working! She handled everything -- taking orders, running the register, seating new guests, and bringing out food -- all with grace and kindness. Huge shout-out to Jo for holding it all together. We like Denny's. Usually when we are out of town we always end up here. It's nice to dine at a place where you know the food will be consistent. Here at this location the restaurant was clean. Our waiter was nice. He took our order and was able to get our food out quickly. The food was great. We ordered off the specials menu which was perfect for us. This was our first time at this location but I can see it being our go to place when traveling to California. read more

Lastnight 8-23-25 5.30p my wife and I took three of our grandkids to eat at dennys and had the best time and food. I would like to say we had a fabulous server by the name of Rene G table # 22 There was 5 of us and Rene took such good care of us all. We mentioned to the grandkids that we would make it a weekly or bi weekly trip for dinner I will call the day of coming and see if Rene is working. I've been to this dennys many times over the years and never had a bad meal or service for that we thank you!! Dirty, dirty, dirty!!!! I was not going to leave a review, but the more I think about it the more I realize I need to comment on my experience. Last week I came here with my family and my husband ordered a coffee. My husband's cup had lipstick stains on the rim so he asked for a new cup. We watched the waiter take the coffee, dump it out, and wipe it with a napkin. He brought back the cup and there were STILL stains but all smudged. My husband took the cup and brought it to the manager and told them what he saw. They apologized but did the same thing AGAIN. But to make it worse, they brought the "new" cup of coffee to a different table!!! They never brought my husband a new CLEAN cup of coffee and they passed on that dirty cup smudged with bacteria all over it to another unsuspecting customer. Super filthy. We lost our appetite immediately. And they tried to charge us for it. Please be careful going here. read more

I came in this morning and I can say that the service provided to me and my family was extraordinary. Starting with our server Jose that went above and beyond with his kindness and speedy service. Sunday morning breakfast with family. Joel was our server and he was super kind and polite. The place was busy so it took awhile for food to come out BUT we were still provided with really great service from multiple people. This place is so lively. I got the berry french toast meal and it was super delicious with cream cheese in the middle and the strawberries were perfectly ripe. Orange juice tastes super fresh. I love eating dinner at Denny's after a long drive, but today I'm very disappointed. I never stopped here before at Victorville and it was the first and last time. First, the utensils were dirty. They look very dirty. Second, they forgot to make my dinner. I have to wait over twenty minutes. I ordered salmon. I like it with lemon. They didn't have it. Came to here with the family was good our server Joel was good they slammed him with 4 big party back to back but he was on it. My wife ordered an omelette and the egg was over cooked and I ordered a ham and cheese omelette it was okay it lack flavor the toast was also over toasted. The rest of the family was okay with their selection. One thing that did leave me unsatisfied was that there is a value menu but if you don't ask for it they don't offer it and of course if they can get you to spend more better for them. In my opinion they should mention it and if you don't like what's on that part of the menu you order from the regular one and customer will be happy. So if you ever come here or I don't know if other Denny's offer that menu you should ask for it. Hope any of this helps. read more

Great Service, Great Value, Great Food! The server Ramiro was very attentive and has done a great job every time we have visited. Also, the coffee is good not watered down and they offer French vanilla creamer. Plenty of parking, near the highway and Costco with lots of seating. We will keep on coming back. read more

What a joke this place is. I called early Christmas morning to see if they had any pies available. They said they had pecan so I came in and got a pecan pie when we finished our Christmas dinner. We got our desserts out when I opened up the pie box. There was another box inside with a frozen pie, they've never told me it was a frozen pie. They had it in a pie box like it would've been a fresh pie thank you Denny's for ruining my Christmas dessert.... I would definitely not recommend this place. Also when I was there getting the pie a traveler stopped and that had to use the bathroom really bad. They told her the bathroom was for customers only and she said I really need to go bad and they said no, she asked to speak to the manager, but they said the manager wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes. She would tell them the same thing. The guy said buy something then you'd be a customer.... I could not believe how rude they were to somebody on Christmas Day. They sure do not have the Christmas spirit in this place and when they sell frozen pies really I will never go back. read more

The burger had just a mild to medium kick from the pickled jalapeños and pepper sauce so it wasn't over the top spicy. The beef was juicy and tender with the right amount of seasoning. I made it a double since I was hungry and substituted the French Fries for their Beer Battered Onion Rings. That was a good choice as the onion rings were crispy and flavorful. read more

My wife and I along with two girls walked in and was greeted right away, our server Joel G was very kind and made great suggestions. I order steak everywhere I go and it was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately there isn't a zero star, or we would have chose it. Before beginning the review, we wanted to say the manager Renee was a sweeheart who was in a bad situation. When we arrived we were ignored by the waitress(and I'm being kind calling her that) and told to wait in the lobby. The restaurant was almost empty. We were there about 10 minutes when Renee came and asked us if we'd been helped, and we said no we hadn't been seated yet. She seemed surprised, and helped us right away. The restaurant was out of many items, and I felt really bad for the manager. She kept apologizing. Renee took our orders and we waited. My husband ordered a patty melt, and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. We waited, and waited and waited...After about 40 minutes we flagged down a staff member and asked about our meal. This is with 3 tables with customers. When the orders arrived things did not get any better. The patty melt looked like old hamburger meat and the cheese was not even melted. The lettuce on the chicken sandwich looked like the picture below. Kind of resembled spinach, but wasn't--and it was slimy too. We asked for the manager, and Renee took one look at the lettuce that we showed her and she apologized again. While talking to us another table of 3 that had got there just after us got up and left, since they hadn't received their orders yet. The wait staff was beyond lazy, and there was no sense of urgency to take care of customers from them at all. My sandwich was remade in about 4 minutes and it was much better. The waitress who ignored us only had one table to wait on and when she wasn't doing that she stood around doing nothing. The manager was in a very difficult position with such lazy and unprofessional staff. We won't be back to this location again, and I truly hope that this owner finds new and more dedicated staff (except the manager--she was a class act in customer service). read more
