The waitresses here are rude AF for no reason. I asked for a iced coffee and she didn't know what that was. PUT COFFEE IN A GLASS WITH ICE. It's not rocket science. She brought back some contraption that was 90% sugar and 10% coffee. The simplest tasks are extremely difficult for these people. Another time, I ordered oatmeal. I said I needed a to go box, and the waitress took it back, and the chef ate it. THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE OATMEAL! read more

Hashbrowns are always under cooked and they taste disgusting, coffee is bitter, toast is hard.They are always under staffed. Two waitresses for the whole restaurant where the maximum occupancy is 190. read more

Taneshia went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy. We came because of an advertised special on TV but it was different than what this location in Utah offered. Breakfast items they give you a discount if you're an AARP card holder. We stop at them when travel there clean. You can sit down and get good service. We don't like fast food. read more

Ordered the sampler appetizer and the t-bone steak and eggs because hunger. The appetizer was quite good! The mozzarella sticks were crispy and full of cheese, the fries and boneless wings were also crispy. I felt like the appetizer came right out of the fryer, crispy, not soggy and full of flavor. No complaints. The t-bone steak.. cooked medium-well to well done, I asked for medium. Then again it's a Denny's, what do you expect? The eggs cooked like I asked, over-easy. The toast marvelous, crispy and buttered up. The hashbrowns were good, nothing special. The server was friendly, however the dishes was brought out within a couple minutes of each other, so I felt rushed. Overall, a good experiemce for a Denny's. read more

Slept in lot here last nite. In for breaky and shower. Woo hoo. Almost home.. one more day. We had the same waitress and nice n chatty. I ordered poached eggs and toasty muffin with peanut butter , oatmeal, bacon and tobasco. Bf had garlic sirloin a la carte and chef salad. Well my eggs came over med... Wa wa wa... bummer. I ate them. She said she would make them over but I didn't t wAnt to deal with it. And my muffin had no butter and NOT crunchy. So I was a bit dissatisfied... but dennys is usually pretty good. read more

This Denny's is located in the Flying J Travel Stop. They weren't that busy at all and we was immediately seated. The ambience was peaceful and the waitress was so nice and polite. She brought us out drinks and gave us plenty of time to order. We had our food in about 10 min. if that and it was delicious. Our waitress came by and refilled our drinks and checked on us. It was a great experience and if I'm ever in the area I'd definitely come back again. read more

Two out of the five meals were not correct, service was moderately quick. One of us was eating a burger when she realized there was a fly in her mouth from the burger. The fly was dead so we showed it to the manager and he said "there aren't any flies in here". read more

This was my second visit to this Denny's and it was good, but the first time was better. I got the Spaghetti with a side of broccoli and garlic toast, and my husband got 3 build your own wraps. My food was good but they forgot to put my broccoli in the bag so I had to go back in to get it. The also forgot my husbands cheese and sauce for his wraps. He said the chicken in the wraps was a tad bit greasy but they tasted "ok." The 3 stars are basically for the taste of the food because the service could have been better. read more

Easily the best Dennys I've been to and I've been to a lot. I had a grand slam breakfast and it was cooked to perfection. I was especially impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I'm looking forward to returning the next time I'm in West Haven. read more

Rubbery Pancakes. Bad Coffee. Good Hashbrowns. Careless waiter. K'Ehleyr and I had just finished an away mission to the technology supplier "Best Buy" and were feeling ravenous. I wanted fresh meat, she wanted a grain slurry cooked into something called Pancakes. Denny's seemed to offer us both options. In the end we both left disappointed. If it were not for the laws of earth I would have challenged our waiter to a duel, however he seemed neither armed nor trained in combat, so I doubt the other patrons would have approved either way, as any victory against such a one would be without honor. read more

We got there at 9:30 on Friday night and were seated after a few minutes of waiting. 2 different waitresses helped us. Our food took 45 minutes to come to us because they said they only had 1 cook. Food was decent and the young thin waitress with the dark hair was the sweetest thing! They are connected to a truck stop gas station and was surprisingly clean. I ordered chicken fingers she didn't give me the options of getting ranch or barbecue or anything. My husband ordered loaded tater tot's there was maybe six or seven tater tot's in the bowl. For $5.99 my young child ordered spaghetti with apples. The waitress never did bring the apples actually had ask for them.2 times. The spaghetti was not Done she could not eat it. The food was exponentially exceptional. I was disrupted that there were absolutely ZERO oryx or deer animals mounted on the walls as they claimed. I showed up for a glass of water and orange juice. I got just that. I wanted some tequila and they failed. Ice cold air if you like that on a hot summer day. I wore a sweater. Had a great waitress this morning. She served the items with care & did the little extras, as well as cleared the dishes promptly. Had very hot chicken soup & 55+ (1-egg, 1 strip bacon, english muffin & a fruit cup ( bananas, grapes, cantaloupe, & apple slices). All good. Service good. This afternoon, had chicken soup, it was Luke warm. Kale Salad with chicken breast, almond slices, cranberries, & honey lemon dressing. The service was fair. She was either poorly trained or just did not care. She did not clear the dishes. She did not give us plates, when she knew we were sharing the salad. Had to ask. Saw her as we left, she was close to the exit door smoking a cigarette & using a cell phone. read more
