Adrian is really good guy with a strong work ethic. He takes care of his customers. My water heater was leaking at a rapid rate. I tried to turn off the valve to the heater but it would barely budge. I called Dependable Water Heaters at 10:30 PM to leave a voice mail for someone to pick up in the morning. Adrian called me back a few minutes later! He did a quick diagnosis over the phone and advised me to turn off the main water valve for the night. A water heater could not be obtained until about 36 hours later, but Adrian came out the next morning to reroute the cold water so I had running water at least! Five stars is not enough for Adrian. He is the definition of professionalism. When my 86-year-old father's water heater failed, I called Adrian. After troubleshooting over the phone, he determined that the pilot light went out. He tried to walk me through the process of re-lighting it, but I couldn't get it (my fault, not his). He said he could come out the next day. In the meantime, with the help of YouTube, I was able to re-light the pilot light. I texted Adrian to cancel the job. Unfortunately, it went out again and I was unable to re-light it. I called Adrian again and after discussing different options, I decided to replace the water heater. Is there anything worse than having a major plumbing problem during Thanksgiving weekend? I woke up with a flooded garage and figured out soon enough that my water heater failed completely. Unfortunately, I also had to shut down my water supply entirely to avoid further flooding. While there were several listings that had 4 stars or so, there were always a few "horror stories" preventing me from fully trusting them. Friendly and courteous, professional and experienced, it was pure luck that I decided to give Adrian a try. The symptom for our 10-year old water heater was that there is no water coming out if you only turn on hot water. The cold water was fine. At first both Adrian and I believed that the tubes in the tank were probably congested due to the age of the water heater. Nevertheless, Adrian took a deeper inspection on the water pipes in and out of the tank. It's probably my lucky day because Adrian found out there is something in the pipe blocking the water flow into the tank.
