My favorite part of the Delhi-6 Tandoori Chicken pizza was putting chili oil all over it! I felt like it needed some heat, but I took matters into my own hands. I kid you not I ordered this pizza but ate it every single day for the last 4 days before work. Perfect pick-me-up! As for the Achari wings.... They were good but I damn nearly broke my tooth with ever single flat that I tried to eat. The bones on every single one of the wings were cracked into tiny pieces. I would try to chew into the wing and I felt like it chipped my tooth.... The drumsticks were okay and the flavors were okay but I wish the bones weren't like that For the pizza, YES! We used Desi Pizza to cater for our 5 year old son's birthday party. We order 14 pizza pies from them to feed about 50-60 guests and we pretty much ordered most of the menu, some chicken and some veggie options! I would say everything from the communication, to the pricing, to the delivery timing, to the quality of the food was top notch. I am not surprised that the adults loved the options but what was really surprising was that even the 5years olds loved it, even the pizza with green veggies as toppings! I was worried that because of the large order, they wouldnt be able to make it to us on time since we had an early start (11AM). My partner has tried several other Indian pizza places and also said this is the best he's ever had. Prices are fair. Here is what we ordered: Butter Chicken Pizza: GREAT crust - perfect medium thickness like the best takeout pizzas. I was wary about ordering chicken on my pizzas, but this combo really works and I think encapsulates Indian pizza really well. Garlic Bread: Similar in texture to their pizza crust. Also great. Atari Wings: Solid. Desi Pizza House appears to be the same business as Fast Pizza, just with different menus. Since they did so well with the crusts on the Indian pizzas, I'd wager their traditional pizzas at Fast Pizza are pretty good too. To be fair, I can't comment on how good the pizza here is fresh, because I didn't receive my pizza until 2+ hours after it was cooked. Despite what their website says, it wasn't fast for me. This is the same place as "Fast Pizza Delivery" or orderfastpizzadelivery.com, and apparently somehow linked with "slice life" too -- in case you get confused like I did (why several fronts for the same business?). We ordered a pizza on the Desi Pizza House website and then hours went by. It was a weekend sports night so I figured maybe they were busy. When I finally called to inquire about the pizza, they told me it's been ready for a few hours and is sitting on top of the pizza oven. Why wasn't it delivered? Well, because ordering on the website isn't for delivery -- despite what common sense would imply from a pizza place. When I arrived, they gave me the same old, no longer warm, pizza that had been sitting for several hours. And when I asked how I was supposed to order delivery, they told me I had to "go to the website". When I showed them their website doesn't say anything about only being pickup orders, they said "no not that website" and then proceeded to borrow my phone, type in Google.com, search "slice life" and then show me "this website". Right. That's completely normal. Go to Google and search for yet another company name to order delivery from this place. Pizza was cold, but didn't seem like it'd be great even if it was hot. But more than anything, customer service and clear communication is why I'll probably steer clear of this place in the future. read more

We get the achari chicken pizza here a few times a month; it's really good. If you ask for it cooked extra crispy, it's almost like a flatbread. I'd like to try some of the other Indian pizzas, but the achari chicken is too delicious! Desi Pizza House was formerly known as, and I think still may continue to be, Fast Pizza. It seems to go by both names. If you search for Fast Pizza, the traditional menu appears. (The Tijuana Special on the Fast Pizza menu is excellent and used to be our go-to pre-achari chicken.) If you search on Desi Pizza House, you only see the Indian menu. This is confusing especially if you want to order both types of pizza. I'd suggest combining the menus and maybe reverting to the Fast Pizza name. But that's just me. Also, the owner is very nice and if you subscribe to texts, you'll get frequent special offers. read more

It's definitely on the pricy side for pizza and not huge (I could eat ~2-3 slices from the medium 12" and my husband could do ~3-4), but worth a try for the unique flavors! 5 stars for the crust and 4 stars for the toppings. The crust was SO light yet crispy on the bottom, truly one of the best pizza doughs that I've had in a while. We tried the butter chicken and the achari paneer. I ordered from their website at 11pm, put in my delivery address, called at 11:40pm to check on my food to ask for an update, and was told that they don't have delivery drivers at that time and I can pick it up myself. No phone call to tell me this, no warning on the website. When I asked for a refund they told me I can dispute it with a website that I think might be called "Slice" or with Doordash. I told them I didn't order with either of those and that I ordered through THEIR OWN WEBSITE and the guy told me he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked him multiple times to spell whatever website he was talking about because I had never heard of it before, and he couldn't even do that, like he didn't understand what I was saying, even though I was very calm and honestly just confused. One of the best indian desi pizza in bay area. My son their loves Achaari Paneer pizza. Great service!! Order online from their website, you can get no touch curbside pickup as well.
