Best value overall. I got the interior wash for SUV package. And the wash took about 3 hours. All of the grime and dirt was gone from below the seats and console and all the nooks and crannies of the interior. The stuff from the trunk had been carefully offloaded and put back after cleaning. The interior of the windshield and the trunk window was washed . The only issue was some minor l remnants of the cleaner on a few corners that was not as throughly wiped which felt completely ok given the price, speed and overall seamless experience of the wash . There is no waiting area and nearest area with some shopping is about 20 min on foot. So plan the drop off and pickup of the car with that in mind. read more

Zam and his crew were great to work with. He is super communicative on Yelp, answered all of my questions, and got my appointment scheduled without issue. The shop is located near the Intel HQ with a nice little shopping center a quick walk away. Zam will drive customers over but I opted to just enjoy the nice weather. Zam did such a great job detailing my car that we just had him do my wife's car as well. Both times, the cars looked great (inside and out) for a relatively good price compared to other shops out there. We will certainly be contacting Zam for future detailing appointments. read more

This is my first time getting our 5+ year old car detailed and we had a wonderful experience. I am giving 5 stars for the service. Outstanding communication and responsiveness. Gave the two cars a free wax each and also a discount, 150$ per car. The owner was so wonderful to talk to and scheduling was a breeze! 4.5 stars for the cleaning! The guy who came to detail two cars, truly spent 2 hours on each car. I have very high standards for cleaning as I am a very thorough and meticulous cleaner so I usually clean myself and don't want to spend the money for someone else to clean! But after having a baby and we also have a dog, I wanted to get the fur off the difficult to reach and vacuum spots. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that there were stains on the seats after the cleaning. Apparently the stain was tough to get out with the equipment the guy brought for cleaning at our own home. We took the car in to the shop and they got out the stain in like a minute! It made me then wish I just brought the car into the shop as it seems like it has more powerful equipment to do a better job cleaning and I wouldn't have had to coordinate another day with my husband to get the car cleaned. The stains were removed from that one seat, but then of course it made me more aware of the other seat that still has some stains left which were much milder than the one they removed at the shop. I didn't notice until today, but there were also was a trace amount of pet hair left against the leg area In the back and in the area behind the backseat that would be easily removed with a lint roller and a dead bug. Just the smallest detail that I can nit pick. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, the other car that was detailed was a gift to my sister who also has a dog and they did an amazing job on her seats which was a different material! Next time I do a detail I'll come again and will bring to the shop. Thank you so much! read more

Hired Detail Masters to get my 1988 Mercedes 560SL camera-ready after a road trip from Los Angeles for a contest my nephew won. They did a nice job getting her all shined up and looking pretty, and I would use their service again. Not sure what product they used on the dash, but the shine was a little next level - was able to knock it down with a microfiber so it didn't glare in the windshield and reduce visibility, really the only "complaint" I have, and a very minor issue that was easily solved. read more

It was OK-- nothing special. I requested a steam clean and extraction of the cloth seats only on an extended cab F150. The top of the seats were clean-- good, as expected. They missed the back of the front seats and bottom of the rear seats (trivial to flip up rear seats and is a normal use case). Because of this, I believe it was expensive for the service I received. When I got the truck back, it was shifted into 4-wheel-drive 4 LOW. This gear should NOT be used on pavement or damage to the transmission can occur. Not really sure what they did there. The person that took my truck in did not speak English. Not really a big deal but made it difficult to question or clarify what exactly they did to clean. read more
