5/29/2023 Came here with my husband and our 6 year old daughter, the restaurant was not full there were a few tables empty and two people ordering. I sat down to look at the menu at the table we wanted and we got kicked out because those are for customers, we left and had an amazing breakfast at Mangos down the block. read more

I've been here so many times and it NEVER DISAPPOINTS!! It's always fresh, always clean, always hits the spot. The staff is quick, and always on it to help with whatever you need or have questions on anything on the menu. The menu is huge and there is something g for the whole family. We came for breakfast here, my family and I. We were looking forward to sitting and enjoying a nice breakfast. Well the treatment by the manager was so bad we didn't finish and couldn't eat. We were waiting in line to order when we told the kids. 6 & 10 to go sit at a table and wait for us. Well the manager (whom I forgot her name. She is white long blonde hair middle age) told my kids they couldn't sit there to get back up and go with your parents. Our kids came back and stayed with us and while we thought It was odd. She said they can't sit until after you've order. So we abided. The problem here is that after following her rules. A group of people came in with a party of 6, stood in line and started putting tables together. Not only had they not ordered yet and had 2 parties ahead of them. THE LADY MANAGER HELPED PUT THE TABLES TOGETHER FOR THEM! I was shocked as she said it wasn't allowed. We waited for our food to come out. And this point. A couple came in, sat looked at the menu left their stuff at the table then got up and orders. No problem there. Nothing was said to them. and she helped More people came in. I was shocked as she said it wasn't allowed. At this point we're thinking what's going on. Well that's when we saw her put number on a larger table. And waited for what looked like possibly family. Because she kisses people on the party on the cheek. Not sure. But she greeted them at the door and personally sat them down. They all sat down BEFORE ORDERING. At this point I was starting to get frustrated. Lost my appetite, my husband and I did. STILL I was shocked as she said it wasn't allowed. Here's the problem. We felt very discriminated as I am Hispanic and from what I could tell was the difference. I've never felt so unwary sick to my stomach before at a restaurant from treatment then here. My husband confronted the manger. And while we knew her name. She gave us a fake name. (She's not hard to miss though.) We explained how it felt unfair and called her out on everything else. But she couldn't apologize. She couldn't admit she was wrong AND and she would say is "I'm sorry you feel that way" would NOT make it right. This is very disappointing for us as this was a family favorite restaurant. Racism is very real please beware. The rules are unfair unless you're white. I have read previous reviews of mistreatment towards other Hispanics and it's truly disappointing. read more

If you're looking for comfort food and a relaxing/casual dinning experience, then this is the place for you. When you walk through the doors you're immediately greeted by a display of homemade cakes and pastries. I would highly recommend the red velvet cake. The crystalized sugar, sprinkled on the frosting is DELICIOUS.The portions are large, and well priced. The service was excellent. I found the staff to be very attentive. Seating is done after you place your order, so there is no holding tables. There is plenty of seating available, whether you opt for indoor or outdoor seating. Had a nice relaxed dinner at DeVivo Bros last night. The place was pretty busy but the do a nice job taking care I've everyone and keeping thing moving. Nothing really fancy here but just all around good. The unusual place where the menu is fairly extensive but they do it well. I never really considered or ding meatloaf at a restaurant but after seeing it here I may consider it next time. I had the Ruben which was very good. I would have preferred thinner slices of corned beef instead of the chunks it had but it was still good. My wife had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which looked insane and tasted as good as it looked. This is a really good place with something for everyone including a ton of baked treats for dessert. read more

When my entire family get together for holidays or celebrations I always order many large pans of various entrees off their catering menu and we have a feast! If you want to eat in the restaurant, you can bring your own bottle of wine, while they give you the wine glass to use! This place is the best!! read more

Only thing that holds this place back from a 5 star review is the ridiculous ordering and sitting system they employ. I hope when they expand into the larger space next door they institute a standard host and table service. It really does take away from the experience. But having got the one negative out of the way, the food is sublime and worth any hassle to order and find a table to sit at, even if just for late coffee and cake. What a fun local joint! Hubby and I went for date night and ordered The Stella Sandwich and the Chicken Fried Chicken. Walking in, we were warmly greeted and placed our order at the counter. It was upscale enough to feel like a date night spot, but friendly enough to bring the whole family. The cost was extremely reasonable and the food was stand out. One of the best places to eat in North Fort Worth- I had been waiting to try DeVivo Bros for a while and am so glad I did. Service is great, and the food is even better. I had gotten the chipotle Gouda pasta as my lunch- during the lunch hours you could opt for a smaller "lunch" plate or the regular portion. The depicted picture above is considered the lunch portion. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the sauce was incredible. The chipotle flavor was subtle, but it paired perfectly with the Gouda. While Chipotle Gouda sauce may sound rich, it was not at all a heavy sauce and left you feeing satiated, and not fat and sassy. We had also gotten the bread pudding, which was a good way to finish off the meal. The bread pudding portion is quite large, so it would be good to share with someone! I would recommend DVB to everyone- I always read in local news how the DeVivo Bros truly care about their restaurant and community and its 100% true. From the food to the atmosphere, they have solidified themselves as one of the best places to eat in the area. read more

Stopped here from out of town because it showed they had a gluten free menu online. The food was average, greek salad, waffles, and GF chicken salad sandwich were good. They do have a large amount of gluten free options. Upon entering it was a bit awkward having never been there before and not knowing what to do, you have to read the menu at the door in the small entry way and then go up to order and then you pick a table.. cant sit before you order. Then once seated all of the workers just stand behind the counter kinda staring over at you, felt like i was being watched, Its over $5 for one piece of cake, while a decent size still seemed expensive. This is our go to spot in Keller! Hand crafted food that is fresh to order and at a reasonable price. Some dishes are enough for two so my wife and I can split some meals. Breakfast is a real treat here. Especially when they have special menu items like pumpkin pancakes in the fall. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu, from burgers, to sandwiches, steaks, italian dishes, salmon and so on. Some of my favorites are the Rueben, grilled Salmon, and the pasta bolagnese. My wife loves the chicken salad sandwich (without tomatoes), my kids are a fan of the spaghetti and meatballs, but they also love the pancakes and eggs. ***Update*** After reading reviews I see my feedback is common practice by "the manager". That was the first and last time we will visit. Upon walking in for lunch. There were 2 people in line and about a dozen open tables. My wife and I grabbed some menus and sat at a table to make a decision on what to eat. Within seconds of sitting down a member of staff approached us and said that we were not able to choose a seat before ordering. Tables are a first come first serve. As I was already in the restaurant at this time, I believe that qualifies as first come. I would recommend if you want to control the seating in your restaurant, greet people at the door and seat them yourself. The staff members approach to the situation left a bad taste in mine and my wife's mouth, so we left without eating. I am not sure this was a battle worth choosing as there were enough empty tables for everyone in the restaurant, those in line and those that were to come. read more

I have been wanting to try this place forever! I finally got the opportunity when one of my college girlfriends came to visit. She said to take her to a place that she couldn't find where she lived. We went about noon on a Saturday. The restaurant is located in a small shopping area. There's ample parking. I expected it to be crowded but we were still able to find parking easily. The restaurant was smaller than I expected but clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived. There are tables inside and a few outside. There is a small reception area where you pick up a menu before getting in line to place your order. We were greeted by very friendly staff who answered our questions. The line was fairly long but it moved quickly. Prior to reaching the ordering area there's a small counter with a variety of desserts. All looked delicious. I wasn't able to snap a picture because my daughter kept photo bombing my pictures. She doesn't understand my need to obtain photos of food. After placing our orders, we were given a table number. I was afraid we wouldn't get an inside table since it was busy but the staff was ready to direct us to an open table right after I paid. We ordered a calamari for the table and I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken for my entree. Both were delicious! The calamari and chicken fried chicken were both crispy and well seasoned. The chicken fried chicken came with peas. I'm not a fan of peas but they did a great job. It was probably the butter that enhanced the taste but I appreciated it. They were very good. We were full after eating but I just had to get one of the desserts to go. I forget the name of the dessert I got but it was a cookie topped brownie with an Oreo middle. I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds later in the day and it was amazing. Overall, great experience at DeVivo. We will definitely be back! read more

I can not understand how this place has such great reviews. We only ordered sandwiches. There was a big, long hair in mine. My kiddo's had what can only be described as "fuzz" all over the top of theirs. I tried to eat the hairless half of mine and it didn't taste great. Definitely NOT yummy enough to possibly eat someone else's hair. We spent $40 to take 3 bites each and leave. read more
