In the past, I'd simply arm myself with a can of Spider Killer and spray them as I encountered them. Now I'm older and wiser and decided to hire professionals to spray instead, so I wouldn't have to have anxiety and mini heart attacks every time I'd see a black widow. Looked on Yelp to find a company nearby my parents' home with high Yelp reviews. Good Earth was my first choice. Getting pricing info and making an appointment was seamless with Yelp's messaging system. Kevin was so helpful in keeping me apprised of the process and the appointment time/date. On the day of, Zack showed up promptly and with a smile. I was so surprised when he told me my one-time treatment would actually allow follow-up visits within 30 days. He told me the first treatment would be spraying and then the second treatment would be getting rid of the webs. Wow, what a great deal! Both days Zack was punctual, friendly and professional. We even talked about the celebrities he looks like! (You'll have to meet him in person to guess which celebrity) On the second treatment day, he came armed with a cobweb brush and I actually felt kinda embarrassed because it was like he was doing housekeeping for the spiderwebs! Excellent experience and so far I haven't seen any spiders left! Highly recommend this company. All Clear was one of the two companies that returned my call and thankfully they were able to get a technician out sooner. They sent Grant out a few days later to evaluate our property. Grant let me know ahead of time he was coming so I was prepared. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and spent 45 minutes going over my options with me. In the end a lot of what could be done was dependent on me purchasing products myself and doing work but I felt a lot more confident about what to do and how to proceed. His information was extremely valuable and he didn't even charge me for the visit! Several weeks later and the rats are far fewer in number. I would definitely recommend calling All Clear Pest Control for your pest problems.

Our company switched to Dewey Pest Control summer last year 2017. I was very hesitant for change at first, I loved the person who came out and serviced our properties and I was beyond loyal to that technician and company we had used for over the last 10 years with this company. Andrea Galvarin Dewey's Sales Specialist was not pushy or over the top she just luckily came in on a bad service day and it was time to make a change. I thought I was very happy with our previous company until about a month into service with Dewey, the technicians are always prompt and on schedule. Andrea has been great with anything that has come up at our largest community in Sacramento as well as all of our other properties we have given them service contracts for. We have recently changed all of our landscaping and typically bugs arise after changes like that. Our community is in great hands and we have had no issues with angry pests due to the changes. I would highly recommend Dewey Pest Control to anyone looking for outstanding service! read more

Dewey Pest Control is AMAZING! They have gotten rid of all my bugs, including black widows! I can now go out into my yard and enjoy all the surroundings with out bumping into spiders. Dewey Pest Control Always hits the cracks, and the grass line around my property for any ants. They take down all the webs around my house and even mist around the hiding places to get ALL the spiders! I haven't seen any pincher bugs, crickets, mice, fleas, ticks, snails, or wasps since Dewey has been passing by. These guys Rock!!! Dewey will even come back and do a service completely free if anything is ever appearing in between services! There is a reason they have been around for 86 years, they will take good care of you. I've want to say that I have had a great experience with my service rep who's name is Tony. He's is very knowledgeable and he explains detail by detail when he comes out to spray my restaurant. He's very experienced and he looks in every nook and cranny of your restaurant. He tells you the do's and the don'ts wear pests and rodents hide and he sprays my building very well inside and out. I love the service that he gives me each month. And he's always the same he has a very professional attitude and he's very helpful along the way. I really like the fact that he checks the traps that he sets inside and outside of my building as well as spraying outside around where my barbecue pit is. Tony you're the greatest. I had been living in my place (I rent) a little over a year when Dewey came out to my neighborhood offering their service, this house has an issue with black widows, pincher bugs and ants. They (Ein) did a very thorough job of explaining the service, what to expect, when to call,etc. The day after my first service the office (Monique) called to ensure I had a good experience and explain how the billing works. I am sooo thankful that we can now enjoy the backyard, I can take the trash cans out the night before without worrying about bringing in a black widow and I feel at peace in my home. We have been customers of Dewey Pest Control over the past three years and have been satisfied with their work for ant and rodent problems. Today I had to write this review after meeting our new technician, Jennifer W. Jennifer was very polite and professional as she explained the yearly cycles involving rodents and the services which Dewey provides. I noticed that Jennifer took care to spray the entire exterior surrounding our home foundation and made more than one circuit around our home taking care to examine and restock the rodent bait boxes. Following the service Jennifer contacted me to discuss what she had observed and explained additional services which can be provided. I had not had pest control for many years and by happen-stance they were in the area and I signed up. I had been having a terrible time with ants and spiders. Literally I would go into the kitchen every morning and have to wipe everything down, even when there was no food to be found... It got to the point where I simply felt I just had to live with the ants. Spiders were terrible in the back yard too... Big black widows! Mohammed came out and within two days the ants and spiders were gone! He cleaned all the webs around the entire house and even around my tiki bar. Giving a great rating to my Dewey technician Michael. He comes on Saturday as I have a child care business and this does not interrupt our weekly play schedule.. I have neighbors behind me who are hoarders and they brought rats with them to this neighborhood...my Dewey pest control is the reason I can keep them under some kind of control here on my property. The technician explains all the safety aspects of the bug control and we put the rat bait boxes in wire crates to keep any other creatures from accessing the bait box except rats this has been working well.. Our technician Jeff. S, was the only reason I stayed with Dewey pest control once our contract was complete. I had some billing issues recently where I was being double charged & was beyond frustrated with the billing department. However, Jeff. S has recently serviced my property for the past couple of months & I can honestly say that if a different technician arrived at my house to service my property I would reschedule my appointment with the hopes of having Jeff. Service was great! Had a good experience with your technician employee name Orlando. He knew what he was doing, he is very knowledgable about the rats running around my house, and most of all his service was very friendly. I was able to gain my trust in his work! He went up my attic, which is over 100 degrees, and was able to pin point entrees, set traps and also give me some great advice on how to prevent these little pest from reproducing. Me and my wife have been looking needing to do some peat control on our home and have been putting it off for a bit. That was until Troy from Dewey Pest Control came knocking in the door. Troy came yesterday and explained the services that they offer and answered any questions we had right away. Dewey Pest Control in Sacramento services our company bi-monthly. The technician that handles our service, Tony, is very polite and thorough. He always comes in our office upon arrival to make sure we know he is on the property, and always leaves a receipt when completed. Melissa, their AI assistant, had difficulty understanding my request. By browbeating the automatic system, I finally got through to a customer service representative. But my service requests were still ignored. I called back and Melissa again cheerily greeted me. I asked to speak to a manager. Melissa assured me that should would forward my request. I asked to add that it was urgent (we had discovered several wasp nests on our house). Melissa marked the message urgent. No reply. No manager or even a customer service representative ever called. A quick search online showed that the local company had been sold to a corporate entity. Oh. So we hired a new company and canceled our service with Bell Pest Control. Only, Melissa would not let me cancel. When I finally got through to the customer loyalty department, September, the customer service representative, would not let me cancel either. In fairness, the account is under my wife's name. September insisted that she would have to talk to my wife. I explained that my wife was out of town for two weeks in charge of a large event and that she would not have time to speak with Bell Pest Control during the day. I asked for an email address where we could send our cancellation notice. September insisted that California state regulations prohibited canceling a pest control contract in writing. What a crock! The State of California recommends canceling in writing since verbal notifications can be ignored. I again informed the Bell Pest Control customer service representative that they had received notice of our intent to cancel and that if they require notification in writing to provide an email address. I emphasized that they would no longer receive payment even if Bell Pest Control decided to ignore our cancellation request. If you wish to receive poor service and then figure out how to hurdle an automated AI fence in order to speak with a real customer service agent who will not be very helpful so that you are forced to cancel only to discover that even this request will be ignored, then sign on with Bell Pest Control. If you want to avoid the aggravation and frustration, then hire another *local* company.

Ok, fine, if you can deal with the issue. So they have an inspection guy come check the house and provided a report for exclusion services which mentioned the possibility entry for rodents come in and it's charge $2700! And they send a technician come to my home just put some traps on my second floor attic and keep to come to check if catch something. After around one month, only one time the guy said caught a big one but didn't show me!! And did see him take some out when he left. The problem still there, can hear the noise every night, I'm serious doubt he "lie". Their service which is put traps on your attic only and check it which we can do ourselves, if you say something they will let you do exclusion services! I paid service, at least you try your best to find where is the rodents, they didn't on attic! I told you where I heard noice, but didn't try to figure out where is it. Just put traps to somewhere no need. They just trying to sell exclusion services which can't ensure clear the rodents.

They were super-helpful and answered all my questions. They came out and took care of business. We've now been on a monthly schedule for years. We don't see many bugs anymore, but if we do see them they're usually dying from the treatment. I have a feeling that if we stopped our monthly service, they'd be right back. So it's just another thing we need and I'm really happy we found Noble Way. Did I mention that Noble Way will come back if I need them to? Yeah, they even do that at no charge. And the tech that comes out, JJ Williams, it the best! I highly recommend Noble Way Pest Control.

(1/5) My family has…read morebeen loyal customers of Noble Way Pest Control for many years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. About four years ago, we got a friendly family dog. On a few routine maintenance visits in the past, the technician arrived while our dog was in the backyard, and the service was rescheduled. We completely understood that decision and never had an issue with it. Recently, however, we developed a wasp nest that needed treatment. We scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. We later received a last-minute email explaining the technician had experienced a family emergency and that our appointment was being rescheduled for the following week. We completely understood and had no complaints. Unfortunately, the rescheduled appointment came and went with no service and very little communication. We still had the wasp nest and were left wondering what was happening. Shortly afterward, we received another last-minute email stating they would be coming out on a Tuesday. They never confirmed that the new appointment worked for us, nor did anyone contact us beforehand. The technician arrived unannounced while our dog was in the backyard. Because we had no idea they were coming that day, we had no opportunity to bring our dog inside. Rather than attempting to coordinate another visit, Noble Way cancelled the appointment and then called to inform us that they would no longer provide service to our home because there had been "too many incidents" involving our dog. It's frustrating to be dropped as a long-time customer for circumstances that were largely created by their own scheduling and communication failures. Had they simply communicated with us before arriving, we would have happily put our dog inside. Instead, they repeatedly cancelled or rescheduled appointments with little notice, then blamed us when one of their unconfirmed appointments couldn't be completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unwillingness to work with a long-standing customer were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend Noble Way Pest Control based on this experience.

Very responsive and truly the best value for the money. I initially thought I had a serious roof…read morerat issue and received a quote from another local company for over $3,000. Then I remembered using Bugs 2 Rest Control on one of my rental properties, so I gave them a call. They came out the very next day, assessed the situation, and found it was actually a minor issue. Instead of overcharging, they recommended only what was needed--costing me less than $500. Honest, professional, and easy to work with. Great service, friendly people, and excellent pricing.
