We've always enjoyed the food from Dewey's. My only complaint is that whenever I order a calzone, they don't provide enough sauce to dip the calzone into it. The container that the sauce comes in is always filled half way and never filled to the top. Their calzones are big as it is, yet we get more sauce from LaRosa's and their calzones are smaller than Dewey's. Note, I'm not one who goes heavy with dipping the sauce, just for reason being that there's never enough sauce provided, and usually I can only eat half a calzone for a meal and save the rest for later. My order last night, I only ate half my calzone and my sauce was almost gone. I feel like that for what we're paying for a calzone, we should be provided a full container of sauce and not half. read more

I loved dewey's in harpers point til today. I did a curbside pickup of the large house salad and there were only two small blobs of goat cheese and few cranberries. Very disappointed. This is a gorgeous Deweys location with a very nice patio overlooking the manmade lake. My last visit was unfortunately before the patio opened for the season, but the inside is nice too. I split the large Ryans inferno pizza with my favorite Red cream soda and house side salad. My other friend had a custom genoa salami pizza. Everything was delicious. The waiter kept my soda filled at all times. At the end of the meal, I presented a coupon I had received through Thanx, their loyalty app, however they told me it was sent out in error and wasnt applicable until the next day. They were still nice enough to honor the coupon for me, without me even asking. Very happy overall with this location. read more

Went here after a trip to the mall over the weekend and the pizza hit the spot. Their seasonal Harvest Salad was also a great combination of flavors, figs, bacon, spring mix lettuce, pumpkin seeds, and Boursin cheese. I would definitely recommend the salad, get it while it lasts. Also, maybe I am the only one, but there is half-off draft beers on Saturday night! Also, the pizza was good as usual. read more

Quality pizza every time! I love that you can do half of one half of another. My favorites are Socrates' Revenge and Edgar Allen Poe. I keep meaning to try the Porky Fig. It sounds delicious! Dewey's Pizza is the Dew-More! This Dewey's Pizza is one of the best pizza places I've ever had since I was young. I couldn't even ignore the smell and taste of their finest pizza of Cincinnati. I've gotta say that whenever you order a pizza of your favorites off the menu, it's like a mouthwatering journey with lots of toppings and choices. Their salads are like the finest salads with the finest salad dressing that you will get at Dewey's. The staff does the finest service every time whenever you dine in this pizza place. They're always friendly, they always fix problems that you have with the food that you have, and they will be there for ya. The Good: 1. The food always comes out nice and fresh every day whenever they open in the morning, the afternoon, and at night. 2. The way they clean this area is a professional on how they do their job. 3. Their ice teas are always nice and fresh if you're trying to find the greatest ice tea. 4. There is a party room in case if your child wants to have a birthday party at this Dewey's. 5. Their bar sometimes has their own beer that Dewey's crafts. The Bad: 1. Parking Spots can be a little bit irritating and hard to get a good spot. The fig pizza was really good. The Bronx bomber needed more flavor. We shared a 17 inch and had several pieces leftover to enjoy for lunch the next day. The dining area is spacious and service was fast. The price point was about $22 for 17 inch so cheaper than A Tavola and comparable to Donatos. read more

Hadn't dined in at Dewey's in a while. The pizza tastes even better at the restaurant! We always have to get at least half the pizza as a Wild Mushroom. Their Killer Veggie is great as well. Can't beat the crust or the guys tossing the pizzas in the window. Loved the Heritage Salad (think that was the name; it has figs in it). The figs were delicious! Also, was trying to decide on the glass of wine to get and the server brought generous tastings of both! This is a really nice Dewey's. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think this is the largest one in the Cincinnati area (or at least out of the ones I've been to). When we arrived on a Monday night for dinner there was no wait. Service was really really good, I would say better than other Dewey's that I've been to. For two people, we always split the full size house salad ($9) and one medium 13" pizza. We'll have leftovers for lunch the next day, but it's always better to have too much pizza than not enough! For the pizza, I like to get half and half so I can try two different flavors. I really like Ryan's Inferno (their house made ranch dressing is amazing!) and the Green Lantern. I also love their seasonal pizzas which are usually very good. My favorite is the taco pizza, so order that one if you ever see it! I love Dewey's, you really can't go wrong with this place. New to the area and it was our first time here the other day. Arrived at 5pm on a Saturday and found plenty of parking and not many people in the restaurant. Ordered a Hawaiian and a meatball pizza for our group and they were delicious. Crust was soft and wonderful. Drinks were refilled without us asking. Prices were very reasonable. Usually the pizza is pretty good, today my wife called in a order around 430 and asked for it to be ready at 630, the guy on the phone seemed confused, put her on hold, and then came back and said it was worked out... He didn't change the time on the order, just put "6:30" in the notes... They made it at 5:00 and it sat there for an hour and a half before I picked it up. $56 dollars for two medium pizzas and a salad + tip, and they weren't even warm when I opened the box. Next time (if there is a next time) I guess we know to specify that the order isn't for immediate pickup before ordering, you know like every other takeout place is capable of handling... read more

Pizza was really good. And good cold the next day. We waited for a bit longer than usual, the manager told us when they took our pizza out of the oven it tore in half and there would be no charge. The service here is top notch. All the servers work together bringing out food taking orders getting refills. Plenty of parking outside. We checked in using yelp so there was no wait. As a pizza aficionado I like to try pizzas when I travel. On this trip Dewey's came recommended. We had the Italian salad and the Bronx Bomber pizza. Both were very disappointing. For the salad, it just didn't work for me. The potato chips detract the arugula to romaine balance didn't work, and the cheese have a texture of sand. The pizza was just a mess. We order the Bronx Bomber 1/2 no mushroom. Got mushroom over the whole thing. Despite arriving 10 minutes early our pizza was already done and very under baked. Despite our hotel being less than 5 minutes away the pizza was already room temperature by the time we got back. Picking off a piece of sausage the cheese want even fully melted. read more

Very Poor Management & Customer Service!!! First time trying this Dewey's and it will be the last! We arrived on 09/06/22 around 7. We put our name in with hostess and she said it would be around 20 - 30 minute wait which was fine with us. We went to the bar to get a drink - Asked if we could go out on the patio to sit and the bartender said yes. So we proceeded to go out onto the patio, pulled a table and chairs under the awning, wiped then down because they were wet. Sat down then the manager comes out and asked us (rudely - with a tone) DID YOU CHECK IN WITH THE HOSTESS? We said yes and stated that we we're only sitting out there until they called us. 10 minutes later the waitress comes out to take our order. We shared with her that the manager treated us like DBags. She then proceeded to go in to tell the manager what we said. He came out yelling at us and said if we wanted to call him names to say it to his face (shaking and yelling). I said I'm sorry but you don't treat customers like that and I said we're leaving. He said yes get the F_ _ k out of my building (still yelling & pointing). Needless to say we will not be back and they will probably lose some more because there were other customers that witnessed the entire ordeal and they too looked stunned. I have called and emailed the main office but got no response. So, I went a different route. read more

I've always had great experiences here. The food and service are both equally awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because it was so loud. I think there are a lot of people in a fairly small space that have to almost yell over the loud music. I really couldn't hear anyone at my table unless they were directly next to me. Dewey's is my family's official favorite pizza now that we have my moved to the north Cincinnati area. We came from central IL where Chicago-style is king, but we all really like Dewey's. I think the crust is the key, the red sauce is very good, and they have interesting combinations. We consistently order the SW BBQ chicken and the Don Corleone (pepperoni/salami/etc). I guess it's most similar to NY style in terms of normal categories, but we like it better than most of the NY style places around here. The Harper's Point location was very convenient for me while I was staying in a nearby hotel while we were relocating. We will probably be frequenting the West Chester location now, but Harper's Point staff are very friendly and we always had great pizza from there. read more
