Then, several months after installation, I ran into a problem with my new bi-fold doors that stopped working. Kerry, the Cust Svc mgr had their own technician come out right away, and when he couldn't resolve the issue, they called the manufacturer in. The mfg fixed the problem immediately, and my bi-fold doors are working better now than before. We paid $130 for kickplates and never got them. Andrew the owner said an email he would refund us and never did. They also never installed the dummy door handled because whoops again, they failed to order doors with a hole for the handle. I tried to research and I picked it. Homer tried to steer us to better quality to hold up for everyday use, but I was dead set on this. I should have listened. He was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, our experience with Shawn on the windows and doors side was the complete opposite. He often came across as condescending, seemed distracted and in a rush, and follow-up was poor. Customer service and communication were disappointing, and we were left wondering why someone with that attitude is in a customer-facing role. Based on my experience, I would happily recommend Homer for flooring, but I cannot say the same for the windows and doors department.

We are vary happy with the product and it was installed in two days by American Vision's technicians Cesar Cruz and Homberto Mendoza who did a great job and communicated with us well to explain how the project was going to be implemented. I have given 4 star rating only because the shower door was not available on the day of the install, otherewise I would have given a rating of 5 stars. After the frameless shower door is installed, I would revise my rating to 5 stars. I highly recommend American Vision for other prospective parties who are considering remodeling their bathrooms.
