I order almost every sub from here and it is by far one of my favorite places. I have never had any issues with the service and there is always people inside enjoying their subs. I feel like even if there is a long line you don't have to wait to long and the food is always fresh and really good. I really love the potato salad. Very disappointing. I went in with my family and the whole experience was poor. The cashier was unable to figure out how to put in our account to get points. We asked for a 32oz cup but we're given 20oz because they rang it in incorrectly. The cost difference between a 20oz and 32oz is neglible, just upgrade the drink. The whole restaurant was dirty. It was around 3pm and not very busy yet every table was dirty and not wiped down. So we finally sit down to eat and neither of our kids meals had cookies or applesauce and they made our subs incorrectly. Just overall a bad experience. read more

We ordered two subs, the godfather and a build your own (turkey, lettuce, mayo, banana peppers, provolone). A little blown away by the complete opposite of quality between the two. The godfather was huge! Full of meat and beautiful. It was delicious. The build your own was absolutely terrible. The bread was half the size and looked like a squishy soggy sandwich from Subway. Then we ordered the employee was very helpful because we never been there they had a nice menu of different subs me and my daughter went for a 17 inch turkey and ham sub her roll was plain mine had sesame seeds the usual of lettuce, tomatoes, onions I added pickles and black olives with mayo my daughter the same but added cucumber and oil instead of mayo. While they make our subs you move over to pay then wait. That's when I checked out the place very cute was impressed. Everything went smoothly all workers were nice polite and helpful then took it home home to a BIG sub that was so thick I couldn't open my mouth enough to bite the whole thing. Plenty of meat and I mean PLENTY of meat ,fresh veggies and a nice roll good tasting different than a regular pizzeria roll . On a Saturday night during COVID-19, after a full day of prepping to paint paneling, I didn't want to cook, or throw something together. DiBella's is close. I saw earlier in the week that they had a 25% off coupon, if you ordered on their website. I decided to do that and ordered the Godfather. The ordering process was easy. I went to DiBella's after waiting 20 minutes for my order to be complete. There are signs all over the windows and doors saying do not come in, call their phone number and they will bring your order out to you. It is nice when a business puts there phone number on the signs, so you don't have to go online and look up their number. I called, and the woman brought my order out right away. It was a great process. When I opened my sub, it was a little too saucy. I did order oil and mayo, but it was soupy. I didn't like the sogginess of the situation. I immediately places the sub in a different container to curtail the sogginess. The sub was delicious. I had ordered it with grilled veggies and it was lovely. I took a star off for the sogginess of the sub and presentation of too much liquid. The sub and the process of ordering was great. read more

I heard that DiBellas makes the sub rolls for Wegmans, but I'm not sure how true this is. The kids meals are a good value - can choose any cold sub and toppings. They also have good cookies. I never had DiBellas before and I will never order from here ever again. This experience has destroyed my perception of this establishment. We ordered delivery through Grub Hub. So every one was paid but the customers get stuck with no service and a lack of due diligence. If you are looking for a shotty product and even worse customer service. DiBella's is owned by Bella from Twilight, and that might be why the employees here express zero emotion whatsoever when serving you. I prefer the location on Transit road, because my subs here were... I'm not sure how to describe it. Same ingredients, same size, same price... but they didn't taste as good. In case you don't know, it's a chain from Rochester, but a local chain that never went national. They make excellent old-style sandwiches that sometimes taste like the best thing in the world, and sometimes leave me unfulfilled. I usually get the Godfather, although last time I came to this location I branched out and got 3 or 4 subs as part of the "2 for 1 radio special", and I have to say, I will stick to the Godfather in future. DiBella's makes some really awesome subs, and the rolls they use are always great tasting and fresh. I typically get a Cowboy - BBQ, chicken, and cheddar, and have never had a bad one. The salads are also worth trying. The inside is super clean and unique feeling. It almost feels as if you're in a diner, but with better aesthetics. All the employees are polite, and the food is to you in no time. The parking lot is quite large, but it's shared with an Army recruiting center and a hair salon for men. The lot gets packed during the day, and trying to take a left out of the parking lot onto Union is nearly impossible. Service is inconsistent. You order your sandwich and it's a simple format on the ticket but apparently the guys working there are too stupid or distracted by chatting up the girls they work with. Plus, they're laughing right over my food spitting on it , totally gross . I usually pay attention while staff is making my food but maybe I thought seeing Brown bread instead of light brown brown was supposed to be the give away to wrong order. This place is a great sub spot. They offer large portion food for a decent price. They feature sandwich specials and all of their food is delicious. I eat here often and cater from them once or twice a year. The establishment is clean, the service is fast and all food is custom prepared right in front of you.
