She asks my social security number, phone number, address, birthdate and employer name as well as my name loud enough for everyone to hear it even though it's on the documents that I provided. She purposely pronounced my common name wrong after I told her how to say it. I told her that the way she barked commands to me, interrupting me while I was talking to her was rude so she refused to give me the test. I was asking if I could leave my cell in the car because she was demanding that I leave it in the waiting room while I was in the back. She said that it disrupts the testing machines even when powered off. Before I could get the question out she cut me off saying, "Are you refusing to comply?!" She said that she would tell my manager that I refused the drug test. ( She also announced why I was being tested in the waiting room in front of everyone when I checked in.) I NEVER REFUSED. So if you don't allow yourself to be treated like an inmate, she's going to make sure you don't get or keep your job. Little did she know that the HR manager brought me there so I went and got her from the car to save her the trouble of writing an email and could tell HR that I refused. Funny. She gave me the tests in front of her but never told her that I would not do it. The female employee told me to go and provide a urine sample knowing full well there was no toilet paper. When I told her, she said, "I tried to tell you ". She interrupted and talked over me the whole interaction but she couldn't pass me tp or add it to the lengthy dos and don'ts of cup peeing? The lady who works on Friday was so much nicer and probably the only reason my sample got processed for me to get the job.

I ended up going to and urgent care because by the time I realized about their mistake all the clinics were close. The very next day I went to the UMC clinic at Shadow Lane and they would not give me the PEP because I didn't have insurance. Then I remembered AHF and went there. They tested me, gave me access to their doctor, and the doctor prescribed me the PEP right away. Save your time and come to this place right from the beginning, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely false. The office repeatedly dropped the ball during the application process failing to communicate, providing incorrect information, or not submitting the correct paperwork. This caused unnecessary delays and stress. It wasn't until I reached Erica, the office manager, that I finally got help completing the application. However, my frustrations didn't end there. I later found out they were gatekeeping my injection until after labs were completed yet my appointment was at 5 PM and the lab closes at 4:30 PM. When I called on my way to explain the timing conflict, Erica's response was a dismissive, "I know how it goes." That kind of attitude toward a patient's urgent medical care is beyond unprofessional it's disrespectful. This has been a nightmare. The lack of communication, compassion, and basic organization here is shocking. My health is not a game, yet it feels like the only thing this office truly cares about is collecting payment and putting up barriers to treatment. Patients deserve better than this.

In my father's case, a CNA or staff (not a doctor) called to review his test results, and the interaction was abrupt and confusing. It's unacceptable that a patient dealing with an issue would be treated with so little care or professionalism. Overall, I do not recommend this facility. The reception, medical assistants, and management are disorganized, rude, and seem more interested in proving a point than supporting patients. I had Covid 4 months ago. but to make things worse I asked the Dr. to add it to the notes that I am not infectious. he said its up to TTS if they want to add his notes and that he will do it from his end. those A-holes didn't add their Dr.'s notes in my test results!
