Receipt showing nondisclosed credit card surcharge.

Three stars due to credit card surcharge. We live near this Dileo's and my spouse often orders and asks me to pick up for her. I was not aware (nor are there any signs, nor was it mentioned when she phoned in the order) that this location adds a 3.65% surcharge to all credit card orders. They attempt to conceal it on the receipt by calling it "NON CASH ADJUSTMENT #001". On this day I had them reverse the surcharge and I paid cash but are they really afraid to lose customers if they are transparent about the credit card surcharge? Or maybe customers like me who discover they have been paying the surcharge for the last however many years won't return? They didn't seem to this this is a problem. They claim to be a family business yet they are never thankful when I pick up their product.

A few good things about this place are how it's affordable and fast. DiLeo's is a long time favorite around here. It's one of the fewer locally owned Italian restaurants. Has a very easy to understand menu. The basic stuff like pizza and spaghetti. Came in recently for carryout. If only getting something for a couple people, a pizza may be too much. The alternative is getting spaghetti. It's $9 for the basic. There's increasing charges for adding meats. It's a pretty decent amount in a bowl. The sauce was pretty good and thick. Noodles could have cooked more. Of course that's why it came out quick. Even so, it wasn't too bad. The sauce was the best part. For sure I could come back. If around here. This may not be special enough to make a trip for but it's good if you happen to be close though.

My family loves DiLeo's! We order here often. The braised chicken is the best around. Service is great. It has the family feel.

Loved this place immediately when I first walked in and noticed the guy behind the counter taking extra time with an older customer.....service is still the deal breaker to me. That said...ordered an Italian beef and fries and a gyro plate. Beef was immense! Not a lot a seasoning in the meat but completed my taste for one. The gyro plate was also plenty. So go with an appetite.

So I came back here and ordered the Chicken Limone again. Can you look @ the pic provided and can you tell me what that is??? Is it cream of chicken??? I don't see any lemons!!! I didn't know Chicken limone was creamy! Is it cream of chicken soup? Also, it doesn't look anything like what they gave me the first time! Well, I know not order it again since there is obviously no consistency in the preparation of it. I will come back here only to try their fried chicken and wings. But can somebody please tell me, in that picture... "What is this?" sung by Walter Hawkins (R.I.P.)

As a mailman that has visited many pizzerias during my career & have tasted just about every slice any small business pizzeria can offer....it is safe to say this one is THE BEST. Cheesiest, priced, tastiest.....oh my. I took my GF here on a Friday night with every intention in the world to do a Yelp review. We enjoy trying small pizzerias & reviewing them. This one is awesome. When we walked in we were greeted by the man behind the desk (I think his name is Anthony) who took the time to walk us through the menu. From the broasted chicken, to tacos, to hot dogs, all the way to sweets.......we ordered mozz stix, chopped salad, sausage pizza, & chocolate cake. FAIRLY PRICED MODERATELY PRICED. The mozz stix were chewy & hot. The chopped salad was blasting with flavors, the pizza oh my goshhhhh the pizza! Perfectly cooked gooey, hot, tasty, oh my gosh the pizza. And then on top of this....their chocolate cake. It was truly amazing. The restaurant was clean, the tv had a cool movie on, & as we were eating we noticed the staff knew almost everyone's first name when they walked in...talk about customer service holy cow! I asked to speak to the manager. Some lady named Terry who was nice & said she's been at this location for awhile. Highly recommended I will return

Be prepared and wear your walking shoes, this restaurant is massive! It's absolutely beautiful throughout too. There's a walk up, carry out section next door to the restaurant too. Apparently pizza is a big deal here? I'll have to try next time! Our food was incredible - the vodka sauce on the rotolo is phenomenal! I seriously recommend they jar this and sell it. The meatballs on the side are delicious too!! My husband loved his osso bucco as well! And for starters, the house salad - as simple as that is - was soo good! The service was very good, despite it being a very very busy night. I did get the sense that everyone around us was hanging out and in no hurry, whereas we had plans. But still, it was a wonderful time. Can't wait to come back!!

Poor quality food for the first time ever, not even just different, but Poor. My pasta came out half full of water and oil. I'm sad about this, it really was my favorite restaurant.

Q's has had my interest since discovering it sometime ago while in search of "pizza". At the time of my discovery, its 4.6 rating out of (120+) was the assurance I needed that I would have a quality experience, plus an endorsement from my barber. Looking through the menu, I took interest in items like the baked tilapia, eggplant sandwich, eggplant parmigiana, shrimp alfredo, pasta with broccoli sauce, and their pizza of course! Out of all, I ended up ordering their eggplant sandwich, which came with a side of crinkle cut fries. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, ordering platform, and I was well on my way. I am grateful to have had a smooth online ordering experience because the likelihood of me ordering online again at the location is very high. As for my order, the eggplant sandwich smelled so wonderful once I got inside my vehicle and got my first whiff of it. It was then that I realized I had a 12.7-mile drive back to my residence in Chicago. If there was any time I would have loved for someone to take the wheel of my vehicle, it would have been that moment so that I could enjoy my eggplant sandwich. I was pleased to see the generous portions given of the eggplant sandwich and crinkle cut fries once I opened the styrofoam container. Oh my was it delicious! I will say this! Eggplant sandwiches taste better than the name appears if you have not had one before. I am quite positive that I will order it again as time goes by because it sure was satisfying. So satisfying and filling that I did not have any room for the crinkle cut fries, which I barely touched and ended up eating the following day. If you are looking for something to order on the menu at Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria, I recommend the eggplant sandwich because you will not be let down. In closing I had a good experience as I have indicated in this review of Q's Restaurant & Pizzeria. I could surely see myself ordering from again off-and-on when I am in the area likely for a haircut. And as it was introduced to me via Uber Eats, I share my endorsement of it as well with you all on yelp. That filled up quickly, I might add! They have an extensive drink menu, and some great specialty drinks. We started with the Four Cheese Aranchini. Not too bad. The outside was quite hard, and I do wish I knew all four cheeses were in it. The pasta we had was fabulous. My husband ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara. I had a bite, and the cream sauce in that was absolutely delicious. I went out on a limb and ordered something I normally wouldn't, and got the Truffle Fondue Cappellacci. Which is a folded pasta, almost like a ravioli. But I would have to say better. It had a black truffle brown butter sauce on it and I was wondering if it may be a little too sweet, but the aged balsamic was perfect enough to cut through it. And the toasted pistachios on top gave it a slight crunch. The dish was perfect! Just perfect. I ate the whole thing except for one piece of pasta. Who doesn't love fresh pasta, especially when done right & great flavors! Wow. We will be back. We ordered desert to go, so I didn't get any pics but that was probably the best tiramisu I've ever had. I have never had a tiramisu with orange mascarpone in it, but that was something else!!
