    Terrible Dealership, I purchased a 2nd Pre-owned vehicle back in November 2025 and day's after purchasing it, it had a Exhaust rattle so I took it to a local Exhaust Shop to see what the problem was a rigged flex pipe. I had to pay out of my pocket to get fixed. I contacted the Salesman about the issue and he contacted the GM about my concern and he stated that he would compensate me for the issue LIE #1 While at the Exhaust Shop they noticed that the Oil Pan was leaking and the front Axle looked to be leaking too. I then contacted my local Ford Dealership to see what the fix would be and they did replace the Oil Pan Gasket and the front Axle Seals. Thank God I purchased a Extended Warranty but again Dimmit Chevrolet should have taken care of this problem while it was in their own Service Department! Again I got a text that I would be compensated again by the GM LIE #2! I got a text this morning by the Dealership that I'd be getting compensated again, LIE #3. I left a Negative Review about my Experience and just was told I definitely won't be Compensated in Definite! So BUYER'S BEWARE on purchasing a Pre-owned vehicle from Dimmit Chevrolet!!

    First off recommend Rim as your saleswomen! 10/10. I came in and she welcomed my family immediately and gave us a test drive. Did not make us feel pressured to make a deal that day and that's why I went back. Dealership did not give us the shark vibe which was nice! When we were ready to make the deal Rim sent us a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. Several emails about the specs of the car. Overall purchase process was a breeze. All done from comfort of my home and signed papers within 30 minutes and drove off with new car. 10/10 recommend! RIM ROCKS!

    Completely appalling service not delivered after multiple visits and prefaced phone calls. The service manager Edwin Rodriguez has a super sideways attitude and remarks, and doesn't allow you to sentences of discussion before sighting "there are plenty of other service centers. You can go to, we won't be providing your service here". This is after a phone call into Shannon explaining repeat visits, wasted, with knowledge of the problem to be cured [one wheel replacement, three wheel reconditioning]. You can tell Edwin is on a high horse and likes to speak matter-of-factly, as he is interested in addressing his issues before asking about problems to be solved. After making his remark and not agreeing to have further discussion, I was tasked with requesting official contact information from various officials across the service center, after he and other officials went into hiding. Very perplexing behavior and attitudes coming from a multi million dollar dealership. Previously had to agree to prepaid service just to have the wheel evaluated for a slow leak They would not otherwise identify. Definitely worth a story being shared. I have communicated to upper management officials and am awaiting a response back.

    UPDATE if your car has a mandatory recall and they BREAK it "fixing it," they will block your honest reviews on social Media, tell you on Google and Yelp that they'll help you, then they won't return emails or calls and won't help! I even filed a GM complaint. What a worthless company and group of employees. Worst company and car experience of My life. John Johnson you are a liar about offering me any help. You just posted to look good but it was full of air.

    Buyer beware ! Dimmitt Chevrolet is one unethical dealership. dishonest sales PERSONEL. hidden fees labeled as Vehicle Reconditioning Fee ( They want to charge you pandemic prices, and tag their cost of doing business on top of it too.) Also, let's not forget strong-arm tactics. "If you do not trade your vehicle you will get charged another $2-3,000 if you don't trade in. Low ball quote then proceed to rape you on the backend. Beware of Todd The Dimmitt Chevrolet digital sales director and Mr. Raheel "The Corvette Specialist" are two of the most unscrupulous salesmans I have met in my life. if you are reading this at their dealerships Run don't walk away.

    They did us dirty and went beyond when I complained. Buyer beware.

Fast forward a few days and my cars displayed an alert that my blind side detector was not working and I needed to see the dealer. Reached back out to Butch and he came out to diagnosis. We both figured it was due to the after market mirror I told him to go with and not one directly from the dealer. We were right. Butch explained the problems in clear, simple terms, from worn components to tricky wiring that comes with age. What impressed me most was his respect for the originality of my vintage GM car. The A/C now runs ice-cold and the airflow feels just like it did when the car was new. It's rare to find technicians who understand the unique challenges of vintage GM HVAC systems, but Butch absolutely delivered.     I cannot say enough good things about Supreme Autocare…read more I had my Mercedes GLB towed there when my check engine light started flashing, and from the very beginning the experience was exceptional. Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. He even told me exactly what to say when I called Mercedes. Because of him, I ended up saving about $7,000 on that repair. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes honesty over profit like that. Supreme Autocare has absolutely earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the receipt: A) The headlight diagnostic charge: $165.00; labor to remove and replace the bulb: 256.50; the EiKO Headlight bulb part D4s: 220.79, Bulb Total: 642.29 plus shop supply and tax. B) The HVAC blower motor diagnostic charge: 165.00; Balkamp HVAC Blower Motor part #6552697: 295.49 and Carquest Premium Filters Cabin Filter part 60146c $23.91 plus tax and shop supplies. Multipoint Courtesy Inspection (22 point), no charge. *Pertinently, I don't recall being informed of the $165.00 diagnostic charge when dropping the vehicle, no less 2x 165.00 diagnostic charges. Diagnostic total of 330.00 with the vehicle dropped of at 10:40am, "diagnosed" and reported 1hr20 minutes later. Again with a diagnostic cost of 330.00 for that 1hr, 20min. Headlight Bulb and A/c Blower Motor Grand Total $1325.40. What Supreme Auto Care earned are my reviews.
